Players are allowed to emit open App-Free Characters and Villainous Feature Characters, provided that the character is used for a standalone scene, in an environment that is appropriate to the character, and is consistent with their portrayal in the source material.

When there are divergent portrayals in the source material, we ask that you use the primary one. We don't expect to see logs that feature the Irish Bullseye, top hat and tails Deadshot, or the green-skinned Mandarin.

The character may not be killed, maimed, or be fundamentally altered in any way. They must be tagged in the log. If you wish to make use of one over an extended plot, this can be arranged through a request (see +help +job in-game).
