- Nikki Hawkins has posed:
Nikki has been...busy. Apparently she couldn't WAIT for Tim and had been to a shelter a couple of times on her own and then everything just sort of...whirlwinded. So she's set up a little nook with a cat tree (not too big or small), a scattering of toys and two plush cat beds. Then there's placing the litter box in the bathroom, food and water in another little area. She got them a water fountain type thing and two auto-feeders so they don't overeat. Ha! By the time she's likely found, both her and the two cats are sitting in the middle of the fray, one playing with a toy mouse, the other with a string Nikki teases him with.
- Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake had to work a bit later than normal. So, Tim is wearing his work suit, the day job one that is. He loosens his tie as he walks in and looks about not finding her in the living room, but seeing signs she is here. So he starts to look about the house, pondering adding in an AI to help find one another, but with his other activities, might not be the best idea. He walks into the room, and stops, blinking as he sees Nikki and the two cats.
- Nikki Hawkins has posed:
Nikki feels eyes on her, because it's sort of a skill she's honed over the years and soon she's glancing at Tim. "Oh hi!" She offers and then points at the tortie shell. "That's Phoebe..." and then to the tuxedo cat. "That's Dexter. Aren't they precious? They're a bonded pair...not siblings...but they just sort of became each others best friend so I had to adopt them both." Then she sort of blushes and slumps a little. "Are you mad?"
- Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake does have a bit if a brow crinkle at the first cat's name, but he will smile and says "Why would I be mad at you?" He walks over to her and kneels down, so he can see the cats better. He leans over kissing Nikki's cheek, as he reaches to let the one with the string smell his hand.
- Nikki Hawkins has posed:
"Cause she didn't wait for you to go with her to lookit the animals..." Nikki offers and then tilts her head. "Does he not like the name Phoebe?" Cause she caught that brow wrinkle. Nothing gets past Nikki. She pays too much attention and reads into every facial expression people use. It's often hard to decipher them.
- Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks over and says "Not that I don't like it, it is more, the last girl I dated before you was named Phoebe." He explains to her. We ended up breaking up, and she moved to Africa, in search of her family roots.
- Nikki Hawkins has posed:
Nikki frowns a little. "Well we don't have to call her Phoebe... we can name her something else if you want." Saying this much with a changed grin at that point. "They weren't named, it's just what Nikki picked out...so choose another name for her." Explaining that more while Dexter sniffs Tim's fingers for a few seconds and then noses into his hand. They're both quite friendly.

Tim Drake will scratch behind the cat's ears once it is nosing him, and looks over to Nikki and says "We can call her Phoebe, it aint a big thing, was just not expecting it. " He offers her a smile and says "So we know how old they are? are they fixed?"
- Nikki Hawkins has posed:
"They are fixed, and they are all updated on their shots. They're both about a year old, so still sorta kittens but growing out of that phase quickly?" Nikki offers. "And if you wanna call her Phoebe we can. Just...wasn't aware of the name's history..." She gives a giggle then as Phoebe - likely having heard her name so much - comes to investigate Tim.
- Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will smile and let the cat smell him as well. If the cat seems to be ok with it, he will pick her up, petting her a bit, seeing hos she feels about being held. "Was there a reason behind ya chose each name or just like the names?"
- Nikki Hawkins has posed:
Nikki shrugs. "I just like the names. I think they're fun." Offering this while Phoebe sort of struggles for a moment but then settles into Tim's arms as he holds and pets her. She continues to play with Dexter. "I got them toys, and a litter box, beds, food, a water fountain....pretty much the works."
- Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods his head a bit to this as he shows the kitty she gets loving and scritches while held "Sounds like you were on the ball, did ya get them catnip toys, or regular toys?" He asks her and smiles at her with the kitty in his arms
