Amazonian dreams

Location:	Upper East Side, Manhattan
Synopsis:	Cat and mouse with the Amazon. Dracula knew this would be a difficult quarry to attain, so he was prepared for being turned back.

Dracula has posed:
He's found his way to most all the dreamers at this point. He finds his way to the next. The dark, brooding face of the Lord of the Vampires studies his surroundings and then locates the his target.

He is dressed in a nice suit and carries himself like the noble he is. Moving her direction, he will get into her path, but not trip here. His intention to get their attention by the way he is moving.

Wonder Girl has posed:
One thing about being a demigoddess that's handy is not actually having to deal with annoying things like cold weather. Hell she could survive in space if she had an air supply. The downside is when you try to be all secret identity you have to dress the part.

But the fit little blonde that is Cassandra Sandsmark doesn't have to dress like a gortex marshmallow. Just snug jeans, a comfy corduroy bomber jacket with fleece lining peeking out from the drown material. her tan lace up hiking boots showing a hint of the same sort of lining there to match. A glint of those bracers that mark a sworn Amazon.

She really should have flown under her own power back to the Tower on her way from the Themysciran embassy but sometimes street level is where it's at. Though as she finds some eastern European looking guy that keps up in her way, maybe she should have flown. At least she's trying to be polite as they seem to bump into each other. "Oops, sorry. Kinda hard to see where I'm going when I can't se over anyone!" the height difference is pretty vast.

Dracula has posed:
Taking a step back, Dracula nods and replies,"It is a little crowded." he agrees with her,"Far more people than where I am from." His accent is, of course, Eastern European. It is very thick as well.

He takes a step to the side to let her pass,"Finding one person in particular can be difficult as well. Do you know where I can find the Themysciran embassy by any chance. I am hoping I will find her there."

Wonder Girl has posed:
The embassy gets Cassie pointing as best she can while she has some room to swing her arm. "Yeah it's down that way, couple blocks. Gonna guess you've got an appointment with the Princess? That's usually why anyone goes there." it does offer plenty of other services to the public but usually more to women.

"Just be careful, they'll be gearing up for some of the fun ancient Grecian festivals." she warns playfully. It's around the time for the Haloa. And she might have taught them Amazons about certain gingerbread biscuits that amusingly fit Haloa and Christmas traditions.

Dracula has posed:
He looks the direction she indicates,"Thank you my dear. I believe she is a princess, but I am uncertain." He turns towards the building and checks the name and repeats it for himself,"Cassie Sandsnark."

He looks back to her and nods politely,"Thank you. I will be careful. I don't wish to interrupt the festivities,"I would be very out of my element as well. Good day."

Wonder Girl has posed:
There's a small attempt at stifling a giggle snort. "It's the sort of mispronunciation you'd hear in middle school that sticks as a nickname. "It could not have been fun going to school with that name." she lets the joke ride a little. She'd been kicked out of a few schools as a kid when she was a scrawny little stick of a tomboy.

That said she keeps a playful smile and lets the very tall man head on his way. Though it means that she's gonna have to circle back by air to the embassy and see what the fuss this guy brings is all about. Though Olympian Princess she may be. At least she doesn't have to worry about thrones in her future.

Dracula has posed:
"I suppose not." he agrees with her, offering a little smile at her amusement. He chuckles softly and nods to her,"Thank you for your help. Again, my apologies for nearly stepping on you."

He starts towards the Embassy. Initially he scowls a little when turned away, but then he smiles as he walks,"Well played child. Perhaps I underestimated you." he muses and makes his way to the door. The people at the door don't let him pass as he has no appointment and once they are on guard messing in their minds might be a little more difficult. He shrugs and then turns to leave. Human chess, it requirs patience.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Usually when random people start asking by name about her. It's often one of her paternal family. Dracula might be old. Not that Cassie knows she's got some A List attention from somewhere other than Greece. But her family is FAR older. And she's had to learn their games really fast. Immortality would suck if they kept pulling one over on her.

Which led to that mad dash to let the Amazon guards know. When she gets a chance she may also warn her actual sisters. Though for all the blonde knows the guy is legit and mas business. But better to keep an eye out just in case.
