Gotham being so close to Manhatten and so crime infested made it a clear avenue for smuggling routes from the Atlantic. From the Zetaport, the Hyperloop station allowed smugglers to send crates all across Starling, when they weren't using other, slower, routes into Starling.<br><br>It made tracking the route easy if you knew where to look and had access to state-of-the-art hacking ability and equipment to find Zetaport schedules. Tracking down the storage closet that apparently housed a dead drop for smugglers was childs play after that.<br><br>So, when midnight came and most honest folk were at home leaving the Hyperloop station pretty deserted, sans the graveyard shift.<br><br>Of course, when Tim went for the closet via vent or main door, he probably wasn't expecting Green Arrow already in the room, down on one knee rummaging through two mens pockets inside, the shelves around him filled with crates.<br> <br>
