ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Rain was an electrical engineering major in college! She also uses it to augment and understand her magic a good deal better. Watch out, circuit diagrams of EVIL! She has a bachelor's in EE.

MAGIC

Rain is a witch! She has magic. It's true. While she can cast a good deal of improvised spells, she has a few particular ones she can do better than others or is more familiar with. She is a fairly experienced witch after surviving MechaHitler, being Silent Hill'd and a fair amount of other things. But she's still not an upper level caster, maybe experienced beginner at best. It's only been a couple of years after all. Some of her notable magic includes: Healing, divination, elemental magics, magic blasts from her gun, melding magic and technology (behold, the toaster of war), newting people (They always get better...), flying and summoning her broomstick and portals. She loathes teleportation because she always seems to end up in drag or covered in chocolate. Her healing and divination are really her strong points. Although she's a crack shot at newtin'.

She can turn into a Siberian Dire Bear. Which really makes her wonder about her family tree. No tentacles yet, though!

AMBIDEXTROUS MARKSMAN

Rain can use BOTH hands! She's ambidextrous! And that leads to so, so many terrible jokes.

ELECTRICAL REPAIRS

Gale can repair and build some electronic things. Notably, she sticks to small electronics and things to do with wires and circuits.

SCAVENGER

Being homeless a couple of years teaches you to renew, reuse and recycle. A lot. It also teaches you where to find things, or you die.

CAPTAIN THE CAT

Captain is Rain's familiar. She can swap senses with him, guide him or cast spells on him. He is a Gothamian Orange Tabby Male Cat (shorthair). He also gets +10 to being sarcastic because he is a cat.

HOCUS POCUS FAMILY

While her relationship with her family is somewhat strained due to the whole 'keeping Winter out of the loop and totally not inviting her to the cool kid's club when she DID manifest ability', Winter was taught and trained fairly well. She likely could ask again, though it wouldn't be easy or pleasant. Newts may even be involved.

HOUSEHOLD HELP

Rain has Rain has inherited some of her aunt's household help. While this includes an angry Tumblrite succubus, a golem who loves to and wants to one day become a master of BBQ and some others.

TWIN PISTOLS

While she swears she's not compensating for anything, the truth of it is, Rain does in fact, have two pistols. She is loathe to leave home without them because they are the relics she depends on for casting. Wands would just lead to far too many terrible jokes. Especially the traditional 12 inch wand with a - you know what, let's leave it at that.

FALLING HOUSE

Rain's been homeless a good, long while. She suddenly finds herself a home-owner and it's a bit overwhelming. Sometimes she even forgets to come home and sleep /in/ the house. But she'll get there. Throw in the fact her house is magic and plays a bit of havoc with things around it, the magic booze cellar with the dimensional conduit and everything and it's a bit much now and then. Oh, and some of her relatives might try to kill her to reclaim the manor. If witch hunters and such don't first.

HEALTH

Rain's powers rely on her being able to concentrate and will work. If she's sick, worn out, drugged up or whatever, she won't be able to use her magic.

OBVIOUS HOUSE

Rain's house is OBVIOUSLY occult and draws fans to it. And maybe witch hunters. And others seeking occult curiosities.

RELIC GUNS

Rain cannot cast without having her relic guns on her person. While one is sufficient, she cannot focus her magic to any useful degree without them. It is partially due to training and partially due to the nature of her magic. Rain will be reluctant, if not outright refuse to leave them behind or hand them over.
