Francisco 'Cisco' Ramon is Chief Mechanical Engineer at STAR Labs. Despite his relative youth for the position, he's shown an imagination and aptitude that confirms his place within the organization. A fan of Geek and Pop Culture, he rarely lets the things break his jovial spirit. His close friends and co-workers know of his 'Vibe' ability but he's not yet well-known in the superhero circles.

DIMENSIONAL AWARENESS

In relation to his Precognition, Vibe's affect on inter-dimensional Physics gives him an awareness of his home and other dimensions. This is what allows him to see through not only time, but also space, allowing him to have an effect on other dimensions, such as the Speed Force. Deeper control and knowledge of this power is still being explored and researched.

DIMENSIONAL TRAVEL

Because of his awareness of other dimensions Cisco is able to open portals to and from different dimensions as well as between two known points in his own home/current dimension.

ENERGY PROJECTION

The more obvious and descriptive of his powers, Vibe has the ability to project shockwaves of vibrational force. While he is still fairly new to his powers, there is the potential to shatter dense materials such as steel or concrete in addition to the concussive force that he is currently able to manipulate and control.

PRECOGNITION

The power that started it all; Cisco has the ability to see snapshots and cut-scenes of the future. It most often happens when he is touching an object or person that is involved in the future moment, but as he learns his skills, he is better able to do this at will. Flashes of the future still happen unbidden, however.

BAD GUY NAMING

Cisco has a way with choosing appropriate names for new Bad Guys (and the occasional Hero) that comes onto the scene. No one can say that he isn't creative!

BILINGUAL

Cisco is fluent in English and Spanish.

COMBAT

Vibe's combat skill is basic brawling as he tries to keep his opponents at a distance rather than engage in hand-to-hand melee.

COSTUME AND GEAR CREATION

One of his duties at STAR Labs is to help create appropriate costume for, not only his associates there, but also for him self. He also makes the 'toys'; gear that can enhance, control, suppress, communicate, or otherwise help out whatever goal is at hand. These can range from a small medallion that allows for observing vitals to guns that can harness or counteract specific types of energy or powers.

GENIUS

This isn't something that Cisco wears on his sleeve, but he is a legitimate, certified Genius. Unlike many, he neither projects nor brags about his intelligence but he lets his work speak for itself.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

His area of expertise and his position at STAR Labs is in Mechanical Engineering. As he likes to describe when asked about his job, he 'makes the toys'. If there is a problem that can be solved via a piece of technology, he'll figure out how to do it and he'll constantly work to perfect it as situations arise.

MUSICIAN

A little known skill of Cisco's is that he's a skilled musician. While he is pretty much self-taught, he plays piano, guitar, ukulele, and sings.

FAMILY

While he and his brother have a somewhat strained relationship, Cisco remains close to his family. While he doesn't really rely on them for monetary support, they are there for social and emotional support.

STAR LABS

The bulk of Cisco's resources are tied to STAR Labs. Not only is it the job that allows him to keep his moderate lifestyle, but it gives him the materials and technology to create items used by himself and his friends in order to keep the forces of Good going strong.

NEWISH POWERS

Cisco's powers are fairly new to him and new equals 'scary', especially in terms of his precognition. It's not necessarily something he's been eager to explore and it's taken quite a bit of encouragement and necessity for him to even figure out and grow remotely comfortable with the current levels of his powers.

POOR RELATIONSHIPS

Cisco has the worst luck when it comes to relationships. He's great with friends, but anything romantic? Either they're villains stalking and chasing after him, or they're unattainable for some reason. He's a flirt, but sadly, the flirting rarely goes anywhere.

SELF-CONFIDENCE

When it comes to his scientific acumen, Cisco has confidence for days. He knows he can design something and build it and it will work. When it comes to his powers, however, his confidence is far less to the point where he hesitates exploring just how far he can push his powers or what he might be able to do with him.
