Meetings at the Cafe

Location:	Cafe - Greenwich Village
Synopsis:	Tyler and Andrea meet a Hunori at a cafe.

Twitch has posed:
The cafe is pretty busy. There are a lot of people doing a bunch of things and consuming any number of drinks and snacks. It's a pretty cool spot to hang out. In fact, it's so occupied that most of the seats have butts in them. Except for one at the counter next to where Tyler's sitting.

The young man is drinking a nice cup of something hot and has some food in front of him, along with a cell phone that he's typing and swiping at. He's not completely into his device, though, occasionally looking around to see if the scene is changing at all.

Hunori Seong has posed:
Busy wasn't really a deterrant anyway, not when you had a craving for food and caffine. For Seong Hunori (Or 'Hunni' as she simply preferred) that was very much a reality. Pushing through the door, the young woman in the dark black shorts and obnoxiously pink hoodie made her way toward the line, hands folded and tucked into the pockets of the garment while she waited to place her order. The line wasn't long, but the seating? That was going to be noticably a problem.

With a frown on her lips, her eyes fell on that empty seat -juuust- as Tyler's own gaze caught hers. Silent question asked, she didn't really want to eat outside.

When Hunori looks at him Tyler glances at the open seat and gestures for her to sit. After giving her some time to get seated, the fellow smiles and asks, "How's it going?" He sounds relaxed and friendly as he looks the woman over quickly. He works quietly on his food, devouring it swiftly before washing it down with his coffee.

Rage has posed:
The doors of the cafe open up to reveal Andrea who steps through with a quick, yet noisy murmur of the crowd that spies her. It only takes a moment for the room to be filled with flashes of camera phones to take her photo as she heads for the counter to place an order. Today she's wearing a white sweater with a pink heart on the front of it, as well as designer jeans with slices of holes through the denim. She gives a glance over towards some people that call her name, giving a nod upwards in a 'sup' manner before putting in an order for a coffee and a sandwich.

It takes her few moments to spy Tyler, her brows raising upwards before she lifts her hand to wave in his direction, offering up a grin. "Hey Ty! You want anything?" She calls over to him, then tracks her eyes to the girl he is waving at. ".. Oh! Uh.. nevermind!" He's on a date?

Hunori Seong has posed:
A stranger, but a polite one, that was good enough for Hunni. Technically, having only been in the country a handful of weeks, everyone was a stranger to her! Settling herself down with her own hot cocoa, complete with lightly bobbing marshmellow, the girl nods her head in thanks before taking her first sip, the question earning a shrug of her shoulders. "Pretty good. I was wanting one of these all day...still not quite the same to try and make with the packets the hotel gives you."

She'd say more, but Andrea's arrival has her looking up, a little blink on her features as she looks from the new girl back to Tyler. "Sorry. Did I sit in your friend's seat?"

Twitch has posed:
"Hey Andrea!" Tyler replies to his friend, calling out over the surrounding people. "I could use another mocha latte in about ten seconds." He picks up his cup and drains it in less time than that.

Turning his attention back to the new arrival he says, "Seat wasn't saved for anybody." And then he grins before his head twitches slightly to the side. As soon as he's recovered he says, "Glad you got some good cocoa! Everything here is pretty good, though." Lifting his chin he asks, "So you're in a hotel? Here on vacation?"

Rage has posed:
Turning back to the counter, Andrea leans in to place an order for the latte as well, taking out some cash to pass over, followed by a generous tip. She teps to the side for the next customer, pausing to take a selfie with a young girl, followed by autographing her phone case with a magic marker.

She glance sonce more over to Tyler and Hunni, taking a look at the new girl for a moment. She doesn't recognize her, but she's cute. Her brows lift upwards and she passes an amused grin in Tyler's direction, then winks. 'She's hot'. She mouths to him.

Hunori Seong has posed:
"Pretty much," Hunni nods, shrugging her shoulders. "It's sort of 'off season' anyway, but I'm taking a break and travelling. This is actually the first time I've been to the U.S., New York is...something else. Very different to Seoul in a lot of ways. Not so many heroes running around!"

Andrea gets a look over as well, but it seems she missed the mouthing or didn't pick up the mouthing in what was a second language to her. Her English was fine, if not a little accented though. "I can stand," she offers, shrugging, "or 'Scootch' over if you like."

A look to Andrea, she tilts her head. "Do you want me to move?"

Twitch has posed:
When Andrea mouths those words to him Tyler grins, then makes a barely perceptible shrug. His attention returns to Hunni, "No need to go anywhere. I like meeting new people, especially people from out of town." He pops the rest of his food in his mouth and swallows it before speaking again, "My name is Tyler. I'm from New York, been here my whole life, so if you have any questions or anything I'll try to answer them. Can't say as I've met any superheroes, though. Seen a few, which is pretty cool."

Rage has posed:
Once her order arrives, Andrea finally peels away from the crowds of fans and those who want to talk to a celebrity and heads to Tyler and Hunori's table. She slides the drink over to Tyler with a grin. "Hey dude. I can't stay long. Got some work to get to, but I love this place. Who's your friend?" She asks as she glances over to the Korean girl with a friendly smile. "Hey there."

Hunori Seong has posed:
"Hunni," the Korean girl offers, another sip of her mug as she holds it in both hands. A little shrug, she grins. "Very much not from here, but enjoying it so far!"

Who was she? Another shrug, Hunni jerks her head towards Tyler. "Just someone he gave a seat to."

Twitch has posed:
"Nice to meet you, Hunni," Tyler tells the young woman with a smile. "Hunni, this is Andrea. Andrea, Hunni." Polite. Maybe unusually so, but he's quite friendly about the whole thing. "It's a great city, not that I've got a lot of experience with others. Do you travel a lot?"

Rage has posed:
"Oh. Hey there, honey." Is that how you say it? Andrea is all smiles as she wiggles her fingers at her, then takes a sip of her own drink. "Nice to meet you. I hope you enjoy the stay! New York is awesome. See if you can catch a Broadway show if you haven't already. There is some good ones out there. Lion King is one of my favorites. So is Wicked."

She slides into another seat, shuffling her sandwich in front of her, then cuts it in half with the side of her plastic knife. "Whatcha up to Ty?"
