Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa is working late, not anymore more unusual for him than coming in late ot working early. Being the head of a multinational corporation means your on call 24/7. And a major product launch on another continent makes for strange work hours indeed. His office is at the top of the X-Corp tower. it is a large room with a glass table in the center, the table is oval in shape and embedded with technology that is impressive. He has a group of stakeholders from across Europe in a holo call looking like force ghosts arranged around the table. He is smiling and wrapping things up on a positive note. "Okay, it seems like everything is in line for thebopening tomorow, that's great. We can touch base and debrief after the launch to see where we are. Have a great day everyone." Betto smiles, and closes the connection.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will ride the elevator up to the other man's office. It may surprise some that the VP of research and development himself is coming to meet, but that seems to be the case. He is dressed in one of his suits that probably costs more than most of his emploies's monthly income, but when your dealing with other high level business men, image can be as important as your message. He tells the Secretary "Mr. Timothy Drake-Wayne, to see Mr Ds Costa." Fancy place full fancy name.

Sunspot has posed:
The secretary smiles, "Go right in, you're expected Sir." She's cute a few years older than Tim or Berto but clearly efficient. Typical Berto hire. Berto is also well dressed, classic navy three piece suit, made by some small prestigious designer on the mediteranean coast. Bright smile, perfect hair, even his shoes are shined to a high polish.
Berto waves Tim into his office, "This must be important if you came yourself? Ooh, is a Camberfield?" He steps closer inspecting your suit with a low whistle. He admires the material and the lines, "Alfred set you up?" He smiles, "Very nice but what brings you to my humble abode?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake smiles a bit and says "Well, Bruce and Alfred have made sure I have proper attire for the job at hand." He smiles a bit and says "I apologize if I am interrupting your meeting, but I have been doing some research into your goals with X-corp, and thought if your wanting to help mutants find their place in the workforce, perhaps Wayne Corp could work with you on that.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa smiles and nods, "I'm glad things are going well for you, Tim. We would appreciate any assistance in pkscing worker's or in providing vocational training. Wayne is a huge employer with a reputation for fairness. What did you have in kind?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will move to set his case on the table, and pulls out a tablet offering it to the other man "Well, we were thinking about trying to bring in a few at different spaces. I was curious are you working to find ways for people to use their gifts in their work, or more just getting normal jobs and not being judged for who they are.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa smiles, and takes the tablet, "Both, actually." He taps a few keys on the table and pulls up a display. It shows a curriculum training mutants for the workplace as well as resumes showing mutants and their powers with training in industrial and commercial applications. "We're also providing funding for mutant owned businesses."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods his head a bit and says "Well power wise, I am sure specific powers would work better in the tech industry, but would like to work with both. I figured with Bushwick being here in New York, would start with some of the offices and plants closest to here.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa smiles, "That seems logical. Good idea, do you have a listingbof open positions? or would we be creating positions?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake says, "Well have a list of standard, but power based jobs would probably be more creating. Some of the ideas, I have thought about is telekinetic powers used to work in clean and sterile environments, I have thought about people with growth powers, either working in minitrization or possible food production."

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods, "Telekinetics are rare but we have a few lower teir as well as a couple of shifters capable of doing what you're describing. We have elemental shapers that are quite skilled in utilities, plumbing, welding, like that."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods, and says "I can see where those would be very handy as well, but I also want to make sure we help some whose powers are not as usefull to the work place, I don't want to just be using them for their powers.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods, "I appreciate that, we have any number of clients whose powers are less than useful in the corporate or industrial worlds." Roberto pulls up a few select resumes and even has in mind the kind of positions for which they'd excel."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake will take the files loading them onto his own table to be able to got through them more fully later. "I believe we can find a way to make these a mutual working for us. " He nods a bit in thought "Are you working on other countries or just America for now.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa offers his hand, "I think we can, yes. Well Brazil was an easy win. I've been laying some groundwork in the EU. Seeing what I can put into action. Do you or Bruce have any contacts? I will take any help I can get. I've even made overtures to Luthor.,"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake hmms and says "A few, but ours lay more in the Asian markets to be honest." He tells the other man. I believe we maybe able to help there more than in other places to be honest." I will check more into them as we go along.

Sunspot has posed:
Roberto Da Costa nods, "Okay, they're sort of cloistered among mutants. most of the mutants wind up working for criminal organizations or are taken by the governments. it would be nice to break that cycle."
