It is shortly after lunch time, and those who had come to the park in order to enjoy that meal amongst the beauty of nature have begun to filter away from the space. There are some who happen to remain. One of those who remains is a Siberian, the traditional Chinese robes neatly settled about him where he sits in cross-legged fashion near to the water's shore. His hands rest lightly with his lap, the sight of his fingers nearly lost within the silk of the wide sleeves of the robes he wears. His black hair falls down over his shoulders and back, left loose and free and parted down the middle.
He appears to be quite calm there where he sits. Vitali's dark gaze is focused out to the water, watching the slight ripples that pass across the surface. His magic is already held and has been for a few short minutes. He lifts his right hand and makes a slight gesture with his fingers, and a series of waves start to pass sideways across the surface of the water, starting small and the cresting larger until they reach near to a foot in height.
