Wednesdays are usually a slower day for the Blue Lady. The afterwork dinner crowd has not yet fully disperced and the nightlife dancers and drinkers are just barely starting to trickle in in hopes of beating the cover charge. Axe, the young Hispanic man with a pair of tomahawks lashed at his waist isn't even wanding folks yet, just trusting the metal detector at the door to catch trouble as he studies for his upcoming exams. vAt the bar, Thomas sips something a dark amber from a highball glass and goes over some book keeping before the evening's shoozing begins.

Diana Prince has been looking to broaden her exposure to other forms of music and entertainment. Some of her staff at the Embassy had been encouraging her to visit the The Blue Lady jazz club to experience a live performance.

This was the day that Diana had the time to do as suggested. She wears casual clothing, A tank top o bright blue under an unbottoned white Oxford shirt. The sleeves are buttoned down, largely hiding the silver bracers. She was not wearing her tiara. Faded and ripped denim jeans cover her hips and legs, ending over open toe sandals. Her hair was left down and loose about her shoulders.

As she stepped up to the entrance, the metal detectors chirp loudy!

When the metal detector goes off Axe looks up from his book and gives a charming smile. "no normally Axe gets all upset when zat t'ing dare beeps. But If I'd have missed a mujer hermosa like yah slipping past me, I be kicking myself all night." He hops out with the wand and smiles, "Yah not planning on shootin' up de place or stabbing someone, right?" He asks, waving the wand over her, blinking slightly as it chimes on her arms. "Got some heavy duty jewelry here, huh? You minds I see it?"

It's about then that Thomas, alerted by the sound of the alarm makes his own way over. "It's alright Axe," He says with an easy smile, "She's on the list I promise she's not here to hurt anyone." He offers his hand and a slow wicked smile. "My name is Thomas Raith, welcome to the Blue Lady. May I say it's a privlage... And that you are far more beautiful in person your Highness.

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana Prince waited patiently as the detector screams she is in need of further attention. She was accustomed to this. It was just part of her life. A smile is offered to Axe and she shakes her head, "I give my word that I am not armed nor do I intend to cause harm to anyone here." She lets him sweep the wand over her and then nods, slowly reaching to pull back her sleeves to show the large silver bracers with red stars.

Her blue eyes look to Thomas as he walks up, a soft smile on her features. Shaking his hand politely, it might be noticed that her grasp could be much stronger than she is permitting it to be for the greeting. "Thank you Mr. Raith. You are very kind" she offers with the practiced tone of a woman used to being given everything sincere compliments to false praise. It was all part of being an Ambassdor to the UN.

"But here, now, I am simply Diana Prince" She says warmly. "It was strongly suggested that I come and experience one of the live performances in your club."

Taking Thomas's hand is... electric, though in a good way. A very good way. Most men can't /kiss/ as nicely as Thomas Raith shakes hands. He smiles easily, and nods. "As you wish... Diana..." Her name seeming to come off his lips almost wickedly, even as he lets go of her hand and gestures to a nearby booth with a gold placard lableing it 'Reserved for Owner.' He smiles easily, "Our main headliner isn't prefoming tonight, She works Friday, Saterday, and Sunday, but we let some of the other girls take their turns on stage during the week. Christina will be up first in about half an hour, and she has allot of talent in my opinion." He tilts his head, adding "so is there anything I can get for you?

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana Prince might notice that thrilling contact but she does not let on if so. She smiles and nods,, "I am certain that the performers will be more than impressive, whatever night it might be, Mr. Raith." She looks to the table. "You needn't go out of the way for me. I can be more than content with a quiet table to the side." She wasn't one to focus on any perceived celebrity. At least not to her own advantage.

A smile. "I am a woman of simple needs. If I might order a glass of wine, that would be enough."

Thomas Raith looks amused a bit, "Oh I am a simple man myself, unfortunately one of my biggest vices is that I like to pamper beautiful women, and you have the misfortune of being the most beautiful woman here tonight." He says playfully, He does however get then attention of one of the servers, placing an order for her, then adding, "I hope you like this wine, it's from a local vineyarde that is run by a dear friend of mine.
