Cast of Characters: Wolverine, Rogue

Wolverine has posed:
Training without holograms almost feels novel. Still, this is how th grind is done. Logan is curling a straight ba for the moment. "So, how do they compensate fer yer powers again? Do they make the weights feel like a bus?" Every place a little differrent with how they train. Different ways to train someone whose strength goes off the charts compared to normal humans. Logan is curious.

Ocean blue eyes go back to facing forward. He breathes slowly. focused on the motion for the moment. "Too bad Pietro ain't here. Hell of a sparrin' partner fer ya," and a hell of a drinking partner for him. However, that goes unsaid.
Rogue has posed:
"I just use heavier weights and punching bags. We tested a few before getting the weight right. Beat the stuffing out of several bags before then." Rogue offers as she goes to town on a punching bag herself. Logan could probably knock it around without issue as well. Someone without super strength or adamantium bones would likely break fingers if they punched it.

"I don't really like sparrin' people. Too risky. I mean I guess if I wore my full suit and gloves, cause even with the control I have, if I get ahead of myself... that's bad business..." She grins and glances to him. "But if it's a spar you want, I bet I could take you on, no sweat."
Wolverine has posed:
"Well, this is why I stay on yer good side. Usually," Logan says with a smirk. He doesn't mind her power. Logan knows someone probably would be intimidated. The only time Logan fels any form of hurt pride over Rogue's power is pickle jars. She's the one that opens them. To salvage his pride, he'll say, "I'm gonna cut off the top n' ruin this fer both of us." Logan doesn't mind flipping the gender norms on their head.

"I know ya couldn. I could do some damage, but one misstep yer gonna mbed me into the wall," again he just prefers to stay on her good side. "I mean could spar wit' the claws out," he says with honesty. It could level the playing field.
Rogue has posed:
Rogue nods. "Course, I ain't really in a sparrin' mood right now. I just wanted to come work out. I mean our usual workouts are fine and all but sometimes just giving something a good punching can be...cathartic? No matter the reason." She puts that out there before giving a few more swings at the bag.

"Also, you come at me with yer claws, and yer lettin' me borrow some of that healin' power. I ain't about to be laid up in the med bay just because you decided to get a little feisty..."
Wolverine has posed:
"Ya can litteraly use me as a railroad spike," Logan says honestly for a moment. "I'm usn' stark tech or mmy claws if I spar ya," he says honestly knowing Rogue will have hm beat in a few good swings.

"So, what have ya been up too costume wise?" he asks curiously. Logan has a lot of drama around hmself. A lot of it he's still trying to figure out.

"Always wanna borrow my powres. think ya just like the healin'," he says knowing it does have their advantages. His ocean blue eyes look toward her curious.
Rogue has posed:
Rogue laughs as she shakes her head and steps back from the punching bag. Turning, she grabs a water bottle on the nearby bench, opens it and takes a swig. "Costume wise? I dunno... I always just have the one piece and the gloves. Just ain't been wearin' it cause I haven't had to." She pauses as she thinks about it. "If we ever have to go on a mission again I'll suit up. Like always."

That last bit about liking his healing powers has her giving a smirk. "I mean, sure, but it ain't like you've ever let me snag them so... what's to like if I never used 'em.."
Wolverine has posed:
"Well, touch me after ya braek yr hand," he's curious if she would do that intentionally just to feel it. Logan s smirking, feeling like he's in a game of truth or dare. Ocean blue eyes look at her as he is curious waht she will do. "I don't let ya do it cause the bones hurt when ya do," he admits. t's smethng few peopple know, those bnes of his heart and he feels it when that healing power kicks out.
