Cast of Characters: Wonder Girl, Raven

Wonder Girl has posed:
The smell of microwaved frozen burritos is often better when the food is previously hand made. It certainly helps with studying. Keeping your nose to the books for a masters degree in archology can be energy draining even for a demigoddess.

In the kitchen a blonde of below average height taps her foot against the floor, thankfully not so impatiently the building is in danger of shaking. Dressed in frayed and ripped old blue jeans and a red sweater is one Cassandra Sandsmark the younger of the Wonder Girl sisters. "hera! If I walked away to let you cook you'd beep like right now and be gone and eaten. Sure America made you so that's fair. But I watch you nuke, and you take soooooo long." she states with a pout as the decreasingly frozen snack spins about on a plate.
Raven has posed:
"LevioSA, LeviOsa." Raven is muttering to herself what appear to be names of spells from Harry Potter, but with the odd intent of someone studying them rather than just recalling some pop culture. She's got some print-outs from the internet in front of her, and her nose and brow wrinkled as she reads down the list, "Unforgiveable Curses? I certainly don't recognize any of these." She may unconsciously be following her nose, but whatever the reason she wanders into the kitchen and suddenly looks up from her 'studies', glancing around back and forth in a moment before seeing you standing there and remarking, "Cassie! Good morning, that smells delicious. Are you cooking something?"
Wonder Girl has posed:
Despite maybe looking more like a cheerleader these days. Cassie is still under all that blonde hair and skintight denim, a nerd. So hearing fictional spells from books decades old being uttered gets a chuckle.

"They won't work on their own Rachel!" she explains as the timer winds down on the microwave. "You'd have to be at the point where you can think up a magical effect and the spell goes off before saying Expecto Patronum to work." she adds and chuckles.

Raven does have a lot of oomph and magic mojo backing her.

As for the food, a peek through the glass shows a few burritos. "Just some leftovers America Chavez made last time I saw her here. Ms Big, Built, Latina Bombshell, looks better in star spangled clothes than me. Seriously, wooof!" she describes with a wink.

"That woman can cook. We really should get her membership status." she maybe kind of goes on a tangent. "Anyway, want one? I think the hot sauce is around here somewhere!" she offers and looks around, nostrils sniffing to try and track the erstwhile condiment by scent.
Raven has posed:
"I found this on the internet! Apparently, there's a whole wizarding world out there that people are huge fans of. To be honest, most of the things they're capable of dont't seem all that impressive but I'm still surprised I've never heard of this school before." Raven moves in and sets the paper down on the table, heading casually in the direction of the microwave to bend over at the waist and stare down into its glowing window. She purses her lips and says, "That smells really good." A short pause and she quirks an eyebrow, turning her attention in your direction and wondering curiously, "I don't think I've ever seen you in Star Spangled Clothes so I'm sure I can't say, but I would definitely love a burrito!"
Wonder Girl has posed:
DING!

Finally the burritos are done. "Comes with being Wonder Girl, the stars are there. Usually just on my pants and the sides of my hips where no one looks in favor of the rear view. Everyone just tends to fixate on the big golden W on my rack anyway." she admits with a more self deprecating tone. "Look, there's fans of just about every form of fiction. They even get into communities. There's people that are fans of us. Just maybe make sure safe searching is on when you look up Titans fandom. I had to get used to it early because of Diana and Donna being even more famous than us as a collective. And I still squee like a thirteen year old even knowing they my sisters!" she admits as she grabs a second plate, opening the microwave door to move one of the burritos from plate to plate by hand, making sure it doesn't break apart in a greasy mess soaking through the tortilla.

Thank goodness she has superhuman durability. Microwave melted cheese and oils can be hotter than a volcano and she could hot tub in one.

"Here ya go!" she offers the new plate while she grabs the original one from the nuking box.
Raven has posed:
"Oh yeah, that's right, it is a Wonder motif, the stars on the uh, underoos." Raven straightens up, standing back to her full height (which admittedly isn't much) after watching the burrito go off, "I guess I tend to be looking more at the bad guys when we fight than each other, you know, unless there's someone getting hurt or something." She purses her lips, trying to parse everything you've just told her - that impressive intellect sorting through the different information and then blinking and saying, "Wait a minute, are you telling me Hogwarts isn't real?"!
Wonder Girl has posed:
"I'm sure there are actually schools for learning magic. Just not Hogwarts. We both know the real thing is not something you want ten year old kids treating like toys. You get pronunciation wrong and you go from puling rabbits out of hats to eldritch tentacles appearing from hell dimensions." They've seen magic go awry way too often on adults.

Burrito is slowly nibbled on over the plate held close to her chin.

"And yeah, fighting does tend to be a good magnet for attention. Checking people out has it place, usually the periphery, or when we're shopping. Totally shopping!" she states sagaciously. While trying to keep cheese oils from dripping down her chin like a slob.
Raven has posed:
Flushing a little red and embarrassed by yet again being caught unaware of this human dimension's pop culture Raven clears her throat, crossing her arms underneath her chest and murmuring, "I mean, I was younger than 10 when I started learning magic." Just then the microwave dings, indicating her own burrito is done. What do you konw you're right, they really do seem to work faster when you're not paying attention to them! She pulls the plate out, leaning over to purse her lips and blow on the large tortilla while bumping her elbow into the microwave door to close it, "What have you been up to lately?"
Wonder Girl has posed:
The heat of the burrito isn't a problem for her, so the slow eating is mostly just to avoid mess. "Another year towards my Archeology Bachelors. and the my doctorate. Aside from that, may be pitching in with a chupacabra thing in Mexico. It's probably more than that but we'll find out when we start poking through ruins. Either way, the archeology gonna be fascinating. Slaying monsters is just good exercise." she explains with a big smile. "Plus the usual training, Amazon can't stop, won't stop! " she adds with a good measure of pride.
