Gambit has posed:
The holidays are quickly coming to an end, and soon the halls will be full of students again... More importantly the massive TV in the rec room will be always tuned to sports/Real housewives/or the streaming shop de jour. So Remy is seizing the opertunity to enjoy the peace while it lasts. a large bowl of popcorn sits beside him while on screen three souliettes in a theater type setting make fun of the cheesey movie they are watching.

Polaris has posed:
Lorna Dane has been laying low as always. She's not a teacher at the school, unless she is needed to cover one thing or other. These days she's keeping mostly to herself at Mutant town. But as always, something or other brings her back, perhaps it was simply late Christmas gifts she has come to both drop off and pick up as she has a big bag with her and is headed for the Christmas, still up for a few days. Better late than never at least?

Gambit has posed:
Remy LeBeau tosses a piece of popcorn high into the air castching it with his mouth as he laughs at the movie, a smirk on his face. when he sees Lorna he smiles. "Hey dare chere, seem like Ah ain' seen yah since last year." Yep Remy makes that joke...

Polaris has posed:
Lorna Dane offers a small smile and nod, perhaps preoccupied over something as she carefully lays the presents around the tree. "Hey, what you up to?" she asks with a shrug, nose wrinkling at the smell of fresh butter. "Mmm, got any to spare?"

Gambit has posed:
Remy LeBeau holds out the large bowl over the back of the sofa, grinning a bit. "Got pleanty, care ta join me? Watching Mystery Science t'eater t'ree t'ousand 'Obgoblins, an' Ah got dare take on No retreat, no surrender set up next... Den de Rifftrax version of titanic... basically got de big screen on lock down de rest of de night,"

Lorna Dane smiles quietly, grabbing a handful of popcorn and nods, munching on it thoughtfully. "Sounds like quite the lineup.." she peers towards the tv screen as if pondering, "Well I didn't plan to stay long, only enough to drop off these gifts.." she bites her lip, glancing between the tv and the exit, "Got one for you too..."

Gambit has posed:
Remy LeBeau grins and sets the bowl down on the sofa beside him. He then turns around to face her making "grabby hand" motions and says "Oh? Gimmie gimmie gimme." In a playful tone. He never got to enjoy Christmas as a child, so now he relishes it fully even a few weeks later.

Polaris has posed:
Lorna Dane shrugs and smirks, pushing a smaller box wrapped in red holographic paper and tied with a green ribbon towards him. Should he open it right away he will discover a pack of tarot cards in a wooden collectors box. Lorna isn't the greatest at gift giving but at least she tries. "It's not much but I hope you like it."

Remy LeBeau rips the paper off with the eagerness of a five year old, balls it up and tosses it over his shoulder. It vanishes with a small "pop and the slightest wiff of smoke. He smiles then examining the box and the cards inside. "Chere dey beautiful. Dat very t'oughtful. T'ank you very much." he says with a genuine smile.

Lorna Dane bites her lip and nods, a bit surprised perhaps. "Oh you like it?" she smirks and shrugs, "Not all cards are made for burning, perhaps my sister can give you a reading sometime." she sighs, glancing once more over the pile of gifts, grabbing maybe one or two with her and Alex's names on them, slipping them into her bag. "Well, I should be going soon.."

Remy LeBeau says, "C'est parfait. Merci tres cher." he says with a genuine smile of appreciation on his face. He stands and walks over to her brushing a very chaste kiss agienst her cheek. "It mean allot ta me. An' if Ah see Wanda again, Ah be sure ta ask her ta do jus' dat.""

Lorna Dane stiffens a bit, pulling away. "Careful, you wouldn't want to incur my boyfriend's wrath." a chaste kiss perhaps but Alex is prone to jealousy. "Glad you like it all the same. Merry Christmas, Remy." she nods and smirks, choosing to head for the door. "Drop by Mutant Town sometime, just watch out for my evil doppleganger." she winks.
