Synopsis: Havok is lacking in his life and looking for other directions.
Cast of Characters: Havok, Polaris

Havok has posed:
Alex took one of the smaller x-jets out for a flight. He listed his flight plan as Genosha after the fact of leaving. He's got ideas and people he needs to talk to. The transport is a small dual person craft. Upon his approach to the island nation, he'll ask for all the proper clearance and see that he is directed to land on a certain airfield. Touching down, he'll park and open the canopy where he will reveal himself wearing a basic black uniform with gold trim (wrists and belt). No mask and no other affectations other than the X on the buckle. He looks around for the welcome party.

Polaris has posed:
Flanked by some "security" Polaris walks out, comfortably dressed in wear suitable for the warmth of the island. Her loose silk dress catching the wind on the landing pad as she walks briskly, metal bands lining her arms and small discs adorning her green locks as she gives Havok a curious look. "You're quite a ways from home." She offers once they're a bit closer. "Welcome to Genosha, Havok." She offers more formally.

Havok has posed:
His eyes smile as does the curl of his lips upward with the welcome sight of an old friend. He seems to recall the customs of calling people by their code names on Genosha, so he goes with it, "Polaris; Long time no see. And yeah, I figured I'd stop by on the way back from getting groceries. You know, on my way and stuff."

He descends the ladder onto the concrete and will begin to approach. Though expecting security to take offense or something. Not that he cares - then again, security may also be mutants and it could go badly.

Polaris has posed:
Walking towards Havok, Lorna gestures to the security to hang back with a hand. "Oh? Where are you getting your groceries? Australia?" She asks, an amused expression as she props a hand on her hip. "Well, have you had the tour?" She asks. "A little more exciting than talking on a landing pad, at any rate." She tells him with a quick wink, and nods her head back the way she came.

Havok has posed:
With a grin, Havok will answer, "Madagascar, by way of Timbuktu. Or something and no.. I've not had the tour. I was hoping to see the sights. Figure out what this place is all about - aside from the propaganda and rumors. Oh, and of course. See about talking to Magneto. If that was at all possible. I've had adventures, and I kinda want to talk to him about them." Havok move alongside her to walk in the direction she indicates.

Polaris has posed:
"He's a hard man to catch." Polaris smiles and leads Havok along, leaving the flight pad and cutting through a path through a bit of vegetation and rocks to the town. There is a lot of signs of construction happening in the area. "The priority right now is infrastructur. Getting the water and electricity up to snuff for people, improving living conditions. Once that's underway things should improve economically, tourism is always more successful when there's consistent lights and running water." She smiles at Havok. "Adventures hmm? I would expect nothing less. You aren't the sort to stick to the classrooms."

Havok has posed:
"Well, it was an unplanned getaway. In fact, unexpected as well. I ended up lost in another reality. So getting out of the classroom was a lucky side effect. Still, it wasn't all cake and roses." Havok states and then looks around while trying to reorganize his story. He notes, "How about I start from the beginning."

Polaris has posed:
"That sounds like a plan." Polaris chuckles. "But I will admit you lost me at it wasn't all cakes and roses." She teases and looks to the odd mutant making eye contact as she leads him through the steadily improving town towards where Magneto calls home, the impressive building predictably is largely metal, shining in the sunshine with lush gardens surrounding it. She aims for one of the gardens.

Havok has posed:
Impressed by the sights, Havok will take long looks at all the metal and put it all together that it's a city built by Magneto. One beam and steel plate at a time. Havok says after a brief moment of looking about and walking with Polaris, "So a few weeks back; here time; I was attacked and blown up by some mutant in the subway. I woke up in another reality. It was very much like this one, but with some really big historical changes. Like there was no Xavier. I think he died a while back. And instead, was Magneto. He basically was doing what Xavier is doing here. But also taking the fight directly to the people. Not like a terrorist, but a freedom fighter and an active hero, despite how the world felt about mutants. It was all about mutant rights and we, my team; known as The Six, were his fighters."

Polaris has posed:
"Huh. Interesting." Polaris murmurs. She steers him to a garden bursting with tropical flowers. From the relaxed smile on her face, it's among her favorite places. "It certainly sounds like something he'd be interested in at least hearing about." She glances to Havok, curiously. "Was his family still there? How did you get back? Time must have moved differently, I can't recall you being missing, really. Were you there long?"

Havok has posed:
Havok glances to her through all the questions and smiles. There's a sigh... "6 years passed there.", comes his regretful answer. "But no family. As far as I could tell. There really wasn't even a Genosha or anything like that here. Or at least it wasn't on the map like here. We had Avalon, the island he raised in the Atlantic. And he also had an asteroid, we called it M. But as for family. Cyclops had died in the past and I had a son with a girl named Madelyne Pryor. His name was Scotty. But the son was already there when I got there. And the relationship with Maddy had its ups and downs. It really took a lot getting used to the world and accepting that I was there permenantely. After a few months, I figured I'd never get back."

Polaris has posed:
"And here you are." Polaris considers. "At least it sounds like that Magneto wasn't alone." She looks up at the grand structure he's made his home. "I really do think that's the key to a lot of things with him, his moods. He seems to be his best self when he isn't alone. Or feeling isolated." She considers for a moment and looks to Havok, clasping her hands together. "So, you're here because you want to tell him about his other self and the things he accomplished?"

Havok has posed:
Havok pauses, turns and faces Polaris. There's conflict in his eyes and a struggle to form the words he wants to share. "I..." he starts off and pauses, "I wanted to see if this Magneto and the other world Magneto were on the same page. Ever since my return, I've struggled to justify the hands off approach to the world that Xavier takes. It's almost like Xavier is being reactive and not accomplishing anything. While Magneto of the other world was very proactive. And we changed the world - albeit with a few bumps in the road."

Polaris has posed:
"Have you ever known my father to be reactive? He'd say that's how the humans destroy us, trusting and sitting in wait." Polaris looks up at Havok, facing him. "I mean, I encourage you to speak to him and form your own opinions, but look around you. The Professor has his school, but that's what? Temporary housing for us as children before we're tossed out to face humanity and hoping for the best in most cases? This-" She gestures back to the town. "This is the start of something, a country, run by mutants, for mutants where there is no fear of persecution for us at school, or work, or raising mutant families. It won't happen over night, but-" She cuts off with a smile. "I'll save you the speech."

Havok has posed:
Havok grins and nods, "I've seen the speech. Least parts of it in the playback. Magneto really knows how to captivate an audience. But, yeah.. that's where I'm at. Rather, wondering where I belong. I know I believe in what the school does and what it's for. But on the flip side. You're right. Not everyone becomes an X-Man and gets to live on the property fighting the good fight. Most are sent back to their parents at the end of their primary schooling and then expected to go to college and try to fit in somewhere else. Not in Westchester."

Polaris has posed:
"I know how you feel. I love the X-Men, I love teaching, but this is my real work, helping build Genosha up for all mutants." Polaris shrugs. "There are schools here that need to be built after all." She points out and shakes her head. "Seems like you have things more together than I do. I'm sure you're welcome to stay for now, until you can secure a meeting with Magneto. I hardly doubt you'll cause trouble, or at least trouble we can't handle."

Havok has posed:
There's a shake of Havok's head, "Nah, no trouble. I'm 6 years older and a whole lot wiser than I was 6 weeks ago. There's a whole lot less jackassery today than back then. And lots of life lessons that I had to learn. Especially to get over myself." Then there's a pause as he looks around and considers things she just said. More than just casual interest. He then asks, "Where can I hang out to wait? Cause I know you're busy and all that."

Polaris has posed:
"Strange, you look just the same to me. Perhaps you're like my father and I. If that's the case, I wish you luck, it does not make dating fun yo know you're going to outlive just about everyone." Polaris looks over the garden and considers his request. "We can set you up with a guest room here, perhaps. It's nicer than what's available in town at the moment." She murmurs and crosses her arms under her chest thoughtfully.

Havok has posed:
"That'd be great." Havok looks down the path. "I mean though, I don't want to impose. I mean I don't know how long I'll need to wait. And, if it's really a long time, or make an appointment, I could always fly back. It's really no issue>"

Polaris has posed:
"Well, I can't imagine he'll keep you waiting long, and if you did need to make an appointment, then you're welcome to leave. But, this way you get a chance to see more of the island for yourself." Polaris points out and nods towards the water. "I'm a fan of the beaches personally, nice place to relax with a cool drink." She murmurs and offers a hand to Havok. "I'll get a room set up for you then, shall I?"

Havok has posed:
"That'd be great. And I'll go check the place out. There's a lot of things here I'm curious about and exploring is a great opportunity. Thanks so much." Havok notes as he will soon part with Polaris to seek his own way into the town of Hammer Bay.
