Amarok has posed:
The China Basin of Old Gotham has never been a safe neighborhood, but with the GCPD on strike, criminals have the run of the place.

A gang of looters is openly going through the streets, smashing windows, parking meters, stealing cars. Complete chaos and anarchy fills the night as alarms sound off without answer, guns are fired off carelessly, and a feeling hope being crushed into dust fills the hearts of the innocent people cowering in their homes nearby, praying they'll go unmolested..

Cyberdragon has posed:
With the City in Chaos partially Still it is a free for all, and he has power. And he wants to help people so the Dragon like creature has taken to the streets. He is working hard as he sores up and as the gang members are fighting each other the dragon swoops down as from both hands come a number of plasma Bolts. The impact the ground next to one of the lighter armed groups. And then in the group that had the heavier weapons The Dragon like creature lands with a gust of wind in the middle of the gang members. He's trying to slash weapons, claw them apart. Tail lashing out knocking legs out from inter people. Wings flare hitting people in the face.

From a distance it is evident dispite the reactiont imes the dragon is either very new at fighting or an inexperianced kid.

Still he knows to avoid blows that can kill striking in the chest, the legs, knees. His main goal is the dispersal of these two groups.

The Metallic roars as some bring knives to his hard body, armored scales as hard as tank armor protect him from all but the heaviest of weapons fire. a Calibur of weapon these guys hopefully don't have. But... this is gotham.

Amarok has posed:
There are many freaks native to Gotham, but few things as bizarre as a metallic plasma throwing dragon, as evidenced by the panic the thugs fly into. A good half flee in terror in every direction, even trampling each other to get away. Half of the remaining scramble for cover to fight from, many ducking into buildings even if they have to smash their way in. And the last quarter of the many halved goons do what Gotham punks do best. Throw themselves at it en masse and hope to overwhelm it with sheer numbers. Given that there are at least fifteen of them and Gotham thugs are notoriously stupid, it makes sense why they think this might work....Well, it makes sense to them.

Cyberdragon has posed:
The Dragon of course snarls and lashing he will use his plsma at their feet, the strength is like Flashbangs going off. Allowing him to deal with the stunned guys. A few have spiked bats, or clomaybe sledge hammers. the dragon focus on the hands slashing with his claws spread out not at the head of the weapion but the middle of the shaft as plasma sheeths his claws to efforlessly slice through.

As his wings flare one flap down and he has gone Air born, a roar of rage is issues as he seemingly inhales and s stream of plasma fires from his mouth. enough to lighly scortch the street, but a fire breathing dragon? FIRE is the one primal urge that people instinictvely fear.

Amarok has posed:
The thugs that hadn't already scattered, procede do so, panicking and tripping over each other as they flee from the plasma fire as it scorches the streets. Those who'd run for the buildings before start absolutely unloading everything they have at the metalic beast, but suddenly, one by one, all the gunfire from one building stops. And then from the building next to it. There's a few sounds and flashes of shooting from the next building, and then utter silence. It would seem the dragon isn't the only one on the hunt tonight.

Cyberdragon has posed:
As the dragon snarls when the gun fire from the windows comes, and then as it falls silent and then the dragon will drop from the sky into the wall and slide into the last window that had gun fire as he snarls. Wanting to make sure that the thugs are not being killed. If it's batman, he can work with the bat to help bring some order to the city. Right now he could use a mentor.

"Who's there? Show your self!" he roars out.

Amarok has posed:
The only response the dragon gets is a pained groan from a pair of thugs at his feet. There's no sign of any other intruders, save some impact points on the walls. Further exploration of the building will result in finding six more thugs in similiar shape, with clearly broken or dislocated limbs, heads at awkward angles to the floor and walls, and just generally an unpleasant time abound.

Cyberdragon has posed:
Looking at the thugs and seeing them out of action the dragon grabs who looks like the leader and says, "I suggest you boys stay out of trouble until the police get back in power. I better not find you causing trouble or you'll loose those limbs for good got it?" and then he brings up his right arm as from the top a spike suddenly extends like a blade that looks wickard sharp. "Got it?" he waits for an answer before he will Grab any weapons they have and break them ibn two bending barrels, crusing the loading breach any thing to get them out of service and use. The dragon needs to keep on the move. Wings spreading as he takes to the sky searching for another hot spot. Active Gang violence is what he is looking for, gun battles.

Amarok has posed:
The apparent leader just groans in pain and fear until the blade extends, at which point he groans in pain, fear, and discomfort as he suddenly becomes very warm and moist in the dragon's talons, passing out almost immediately after. By the time Cyberdragon returns to the skies, the city has gone deathly quiet, apparently completely in awe of the display of draconic fury. From the alley behind the building Cybderdragon just left, a thug is being held up by his neck and forced to watch it leave as the new face on the block, The Urban Wolf, quietly deadpans into his ear, "Now, are you going to tell me where you were going to take what you stole? Or do I need to call my friend back down here?"
