It took some time, but Green Arrow had found the leader from the Warehouse quickly, and managed to get a time and a place from him where weapon smuggling was taking place. The dockyards have plenty of sewer system and warehouses to hide in... so searching them would take weeks. Unless you know what you're looking for already.<br><br>There were a number of locations to deal with, but this one was the easiest to trail without being noticed. The smugglers used a sewer inlet to get into the city itself, before coming up into the warehouse district to a random one. Green Arrow and Black Canary have been waiting on the roof of one of those warehouses for them for hours; their information gave a time, and a place... but this was not a meeting, it was a hand off.<br><br>Laying on the edge of the warehouse, the green suited emerald archer had been watching the sewer cover in the middle of the dockyard for the entire time, "Not very punctual. That, or the gangbanger lied to us." Green Arrow offhandedly commented, his voice distorter in full effect.<br> <br>
