Synopsis: Tony visits the JLA to info-dump.
Cast of Characters: Iron Man, Green Lantern (Jordan)
Tinyplot: Astral Flux

Iron Man has posed:
Tony Stark showed up without too much fanfare. Only because he's being efficient and has a load of things to do, really, so he doesn't have TIME to have a giant entourage. But he also doesn't do subtle. So him walking straight into the main lobby, one assistant tailing him, still draws plenty of attention. He comes to the front desk and just smiles, with his usual expectant quality. It's the same look used when he approaches the desk at any restaurant, or airport security terminal, or just about anywhere. It causes people to leap to accommodate him, generally.

Led back to an area where he can hang out until he's met, he accepts a cup of water (bleh) and lingers on an overlook into the museum while working away on a small mobile device one-handed. His assistant takes a seat on a bench near him, carrying on some idle small talk with patience with her boss.

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
Arriving at the summons from the executive assistant at the Hall of Justice, Hal Jordan floats down from the sky, and lands in the front courtyard of the Hall of Justice. Walking into the Lobby with a medium pace, Hal Jordan wlks up to Tony Stark with a smile. "Nice view."

Hal Jordan nods, and then says, "Afternoon Mr. Stark. What seems to be the issue? I don't think you'd be here unless it was vitally important. UNless you are just sightseeing, and if that's the case, I can give you the VIP tour." Hal stands near the man in question, and crosses his arms, waiting for the response.

Iron Man has posed:
"Janet would love the tour," Tony says boldly, gesturing to the assistant. She blushes but does demurely agree that she would like that. "Go on it now if you like," he says, checking the time. "But be back after lunch," he determines for her. And then switches gears off of the assistant instantly.

"No, not a social call. I host those, mostly," Tony says smoothly. "I've already started to share the data across into the database I'd connected to from our last join venture," he explains, still swiping away on his handheld device. "But I like doing a few things in person," he says, in his jaunty, comfortable way. "But, world crisis, and so on. Probably going to be really really bad. I think SHIELD is going to poke an enormous hiding monster, and it's going to have some severe consequences for us to deal with."

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
"Janet. Oh." Hal Jordan smiles, and warms slightly. "Not a social call. Too bad. I hear those can be almost as fun as stopping bad guys with you." Hal chuckles, and nods, as Stark switches gears, and comes at him with the information. "Yes, thanks, I am glad our teams can work together."

A pause, as Stark fills Hal in further. "World Crisis. Another one. Seems there is a new one each week." Hal shakes his head. "SHIELD huh? Never was a fan of those guys. Well, if they poke the monster, that leaves the mess for us to clean up. The JL will be there to help, you can count on us."

Iron Man has posed:
"Come to the next one," Tony shoots out easily about the parties, with a distracted gesture of other hand. "Glad to hear it. Brace yourself for information bomb." Tony smiles roguishly. "Don't worry, I'll send full data on these, no need to take notes. So. There's two big points, and I wish they were actually as ridiculous as they sound, but they are not. I've got a lot, bear with me." Tony looks around, and leads the way to one of the exhibit screens nearby. He likes his visual aids. He uses the screen to show some pictures: maps, some other things, as he talks.

"Alright. First: We've got a powerful telepath, called the 'Shadow King of the Astral Plane' - no, I didn't come up with that - That is controlling and manipulating people and heroes worldwide. Manipulated the mushroom problem. Possibly caused it, or is just an opportunist. He's somehow got some of those fungoids still alive, and there's a big one in Mexico. SHIELD is moving to poke at it, and where they hope the telepath is located physically there. Based on my surveillance, that fungus could be as big as a city. Which we've seen, once in outer space. It nearly killed all the Asgardians. Not so good if it comes active and we're not ready." Tony shows a visual of the massive biological-looking monster ship that was in orbit. It's larger than the Asgardian ships also in the frame; there's some footage of Thor attempting to bash it and not making headway.

"--SECOND-- this guy has something called an 'infinity stone', a magical wizard gem that's making him a hell of a lot worse than normal. A piece of the universe's creation, or something like that. A 'Mind stone', Dr. Strange called it. Figured you might have more on what these things are, or what needs to be done with it if it turns up."

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
"I will. Thanks for the invite." Hal says, smiling. "I've heard they are amazing, and I wouldn't want to keep the ladies wanting after all." Hal chuckles and shakes his head. "Okay, I'm ready for the bomb. Lay it on me then." Hal wills his ring to save the information, and store it for analysis. The ring glows faintly on his finger as it complies with the request.

"AH. Telepaths. Hate telepaths. I've had one or two nemesis from the past that are telepaths, and they are not fun." Hal regards the information, and nods. "Shadow King. Astral Plane. Got it. Probably need J'Onn on this one." Hal makes a mental note to ensure the Martian Manhunter gets this info.

"Second..." Hal just gets through all the first info, when Stark comes back with more. "Oh no. I know about these stones. Incredibly dangerous in the wrong hands." Hal's frown grows bigger. "The Mind Stone. Right. Omega level telepath, now has an artifact that makes him a thousand times tougher. Dammit." Hal nods, and says, "Ring. Download what the Guardians have on the Infinity Stones into Mr. Stark's device." As his ring glows, and an emerald beam of light strikes Stark's device, all of the info they have is now readily available." There ya go."

Iron Man has posed:
"Great. Not that I don't fully trust Dr. Strange, but he IS also keeping our mansion tucked into a side-dimension. Granted, that is so that the city doesn't explode, but, well, there's stuff in it I liked," Tony jokes, starting to peruse the items he was sent with distracted interest, putting in his own quick direction for an AI to bog through that info. "So, I'm expecting us to see one of these monsters surface, and it may be backed by insane cosmic infinite gem. Heads up, I suppose. If I get more I'll send that along," Tony says, relaxed. "Anything else? Lunch?"

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
"Thanks for all this. It is appreciated." Hal doesn't look to happy at this moment. "Yeah, let's have lunch, and we can talk about this eom more, if you have time. We need to discuss tactics, strategy, and set up for dealing with this mess." Hal sighs and leads the way, "Follow me, we'll hit the team lunch area, out of the eyes and ears of everyone else." Hal walks towards the next area without a second thought.
