Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana is at the Arts Center today, its a busy Sunday but since it snowed last night there's not quite as much traffic as there normally is.

As of right now the place is pretty lively though with a combat scenario going on in the popular training / sparring area on the north side of the main floor and there are quite a lot of people in the art exhibit area who are participating in a Themysciran art show where locals in Manhattan have created artistic representations of Amazon Warriors based on photos and first-hand experiences from people who have gotten to visit the famous isolated island.

Diana is near to the art show, as of right now. She's wearing a white dress and a dark red short jacket that ends at just above her waist level. She's speaking to a number of people who get the chance to approach her to talk about the center, the art show, anything they want to really.

She looks happy and in good spirits, with a smile on her red lips.

Thor has posed:
    It is a short jaunt from the Avengers' mansion to the Arts centre. Just a few blocks taken, a stroll for most and if Thor had chosen to fly it likely would have been nearly instantaneous. But there is no need for now to disturb the weekend of so many people, and no reason to draw further attention that would be needed. Perhaps a noble sentiment, but then again the execution might well be lacking when performed by the God of Thunder.
    He had entered through the public entrance, the glass doors opening for him as he walks in with his umbrella in hand. His grey hoodie and blue jeans should do well to blend in with the tourists visiting considering it fits the uniform of the modern male. But it's that eyepatch that ruins the effect. And his height. And his smile. Then there's that deep rumbling voice as he lifts a hand to wave to the bevy of young men and... to be fair mostly young women filming him with their phones as he enters.
    "Greetings." He offers in his best subdued tone. He turns to the first Amazonian representative and tells them, "Greetings." Still the crowd follows him, phones held aloft and some people giggling.
    "Just... visiting. Taking in the sights." He offers, as if that will allay peoples' attention. It does not.
    But then he turns to the young representative for Themyscira and he says, "Hello. I am looking for Princess Diana."

Wonder Woman has posed:
It won't take too long for Thor to get ushered to where Diana is and he won't have to wait in line for that long as Diana has been conversing with people for awhile now, so most who are here have already had their chance to speak with her. When he finds her, she's crouched down beside two little girls--twins in fact--dark hair and dark skin both dressed in matching pink outfits with pink jackets and bows in their hair.

Diana is posing with the two girls for a photo op, they've all three got big smiles after Diana does a count down for the photo flash from a device. Then she hugs each of the girls and rises back up to her full height to say farewell.

Its then that she sees Thor and she smiles big at him too, clearly she's in a great mood as interacting with children often makes her, even to see the God of Thundererer! She approaches him and offers him a somewhat sarcast little curtsy. "Your Highness." She says in her husky voice, playing up that playful sarcasm for him.

Thor has posed:
    "Princess Diana," Thor lowers his eyes slightly then returns them to her as he looks around and he can practically feel the eyes of others upon him. "I had intended to try and approach you without much ado." And failed.
    He turns and gives a small smile and wave to those twins before he looks back to her and says a little quieter, "Where we may not be overheard if possible?"
    That having been said he steps to the side and holds up a hand as if trying to keep any attention away from himself, and then waves in a gesture to the lovely Princess and those children as he attempts to give her what time she may need.

Wonder Woman has posed:
They're both being photographed and recorded quite a lot, as they're both such prominently known people throughout the world for ultimately similar reasons. Looks, heroics, power, the groups they're involved with... etc.

Diana smiles lightly to him and she nods her head. "Of course." She says back and turns to walk toward a set of doorways not far away. She looks back over her shoulder at him. "I hope this is not another grim tidings visit." She says as she draws near to one of said doors and moves to open it with a slight hiss of air sweep between rooms.

Inside is a conference room with no one currently in it, its got a circular table and several chairs all around it as well as a few other pieces of furniture in the corners of the room for others to use in larger meetings.

Thor has posed:
    As she walks along and then turns to tell him of her hopes, he gives her a sort of pained smile with just the bottom corner of his mouth drooping a bit as his eyebrows raise, clearly trying to hope he could tell her it isn't. But it is.
    So when they reach that door and slip into the conference room, he steps in and it's only when the door closes that he says. "I am afraid it is, Diana." He steps towards her and stops a few steps away. "And time me be of the essence in regards to it. So forgive my haste."
    As he says this he looks about the room, as if making sure that there are no others watching or filming, or cameras in the walls or the like. And there aren't, or at least none he can recognize. But he then holds his hands up as if to brace her for the news when he says. "Ares came to me yesterday with word that there is war. On Olympus."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana steps further into the conference room but she doesn't move to take a seat, no she remains standing and her expression stiffens when he confirms her 'fears' that this wasn't just a social call to speak with a friend.

Her gaze levels a bit when he reveals that its in fact about Ares. "A war?" She repeats. "On Olympus?" She draws in a deep breath and her right hand reaches up to the side of her neck then strokes back behind the slender form of it to rub gently a few times, expressin a weariness toward the antics of her 'brother'.

She turns to the conference table and reaches out to place one hand on the back of a chair. "Did he give any further details with regard to this war? Or is he hoping we will just rush to whatever... it is that he is surely behind--and the direct cause of."

Thor has posed:
    A nod is given, "Apparently he had no interest in taking part," Thor looks between her eyes, trying to perhaps gauge her reaction. "Another pantheon is assaulting Olympus, and to draw Ares into the conflict they have kidnapped his son." A touch of confusion can be seen in Thor's eyes, as if he's not sure exactly who the enactors are or what role they play, but relates as he can.
    "Olympus is cut off, yet he claims to have a way to get there, and will be leaving tonight." There's still that pained look in his gaze and as says, "I told him I could not leave at such an hour, with what threatens my home and what demands the attention of the Avengers. Yet I told him I would contact others and spread what word I can."
    There's a pause, then he adds, "Thus I am come to you."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana turns to face him again after he speaks of Ares son. She knows him to some measure, enough to know he's an innocent young man who doesn't understand the full spectrum of who his father truly is.

"I thank you for coming to me, Thor." Diana starts back at him then as her hands come together in front of her waist and she laces her fingers together. "But I need you to realize that what Ares says, is what Ares wants you to know... It does not mean that it is the truth. Keep that ever at the of your mind when dealing with him. I do not know what is going on here, but he could very well be giving you false information to sway you to what purpose he sees for you in whatecer scheme he has concocted in all of this."

It would appear Diana doesn't have a grand opinion of this Ares.

She lowers her chin, keeps her blue eyes on him and speaks again. "I will offer whatever help I can though. You need simply ask for it."

Thor has posed:
    "I cannot ask you to lend your blade to this cause. But I can tell you where he will be and you can ask of him what you will." Thor says and it's clear he doesn't have a hugely high opinion of Ares either, but he did say he would do this thing. And he has done it.
    "Midnight tonight, at the Avengers' mansion." He gets a small half-smile, "On the back lawn apparently." He uncurls a hand towards her, "If you intend to come I will tell the others to keep on the look out for you so you will not be troubled."
    He holds up a hand and then adds, "Thus, I have discharged my duty."

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana firstly just nods her head once to his words and then she has a small smile cross her lips. She knows that this topic is an important one, if not a dire one. "Ares' son is a good young man. If this is all true, then we need to do everything we can to get him back safely. He does not know the dangers of his father's life before him, it is unfair to have... let him be put into whatever his father has gotten him into now."

Diana looks to Thor's hand and she reaches out, not to shake it, but she uses her right hand to take his and to offer a soft squeeze. "Thank you, again." She says to him. "I will come to the Avengers home to look further into this. Protecting the world from these kinds of things? It is what my whole life's training has been for, especiall with regard to the... absurdities of Ares..."

Thor has posed:
    His own hand finds hers and he gives a small firm squeeze of reassurance in return, covering the back of her palm with his other hand and holding her there for a moment. Perhaps just an instant longer than he should, then he steps back and draws his hands away. Turning towards the door. He tilts his head to the side and then says back towards her. "I shall be around when he begins the journey. My sister may accompany you both. I know her only for some short time but she has proven honorable."
    Another turn and he steps back towards the door, walking backwards as he offers her a hesitant half-smile. "She is acting on my behalf and so knows what she is charged with. I trust her to behave in an admirable manner."
    That said he rests a hand on the door knob and then looks away. He looks back at her, "Is there aught else?" As if postponing his departure.

Wonder Woman has posed:
Diana smiles lightly at him and then moves to follow him toward the doorway again. "I very much look forward to meeting your sister." She says then to him. "I have so many questions." She says, teasing again of course, because thats just her style of humor when she's in a good mood as she has been all of today.

She stops as he stops and she shows him a light grin. "Oh, I met your brother. Balder... he showed up here one day, out of the blue, as it were. He observed one of our public sparring sessions and wished to participate, but it was a busy day and we had a lot scheduled. He was very nice though. He seemed like a... jolly, person."

Thor has posed:
    "Ah, Balder." Thor opens the door then and slips outside, but not before he says, "Him I have known all my life and can tell you that he is well and truly a cad." His lip twitches, most likely teasing as well as they both head off together.
