Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Phoenix, Doctor Strange

Phoenix has posed:
Since Jean gave Kitty the permission to use the magic mirror to travel back and forth between the Mansion and the Sanctum, she figured it was only fair that when she needed to make the journey, she'll take the magical short cut herself. As she steps out of the mirror on the side of the sanctum, she does look a bit disoriented for a moment, shaking her head. She thought telepathy seemed weird when she first started, magic now seems so much more chaotic and inexplicable. A reminder of how some might still see her and her abilities.

"Doctor Strange...?" She calls out, "this is Jean Grey, sorry to intrude in this manner, I figured you might appreciate it better than simply sending a telepathic message out of the blue when you might need to concentrate..."

She cautiously walks furher out into the room the mirror was in, taking a look around. "I have news about our mutual friend, one Jeremy Larkin..."

Doctor Strange has posed:
The room Jean ended up in is a basic looking bedroom with a selection of Kitty's and a few of Rogue's things left on the dresser tops and shelves. The door to the room opens up and a hallway is visible beyond and then there is a man in a cobalt color gi with a black eyebrow lifted upwards on his forehead. "Jeremy Larkin?" The wizard asks as he steps into Kitty's room to join the younger redhead inside the magical room. No need to overwhelm the telepath's mind with his outrageous house washing across her like a great tsunami.

Stephen flicks his wrist and one of the walls changes from the basic room wall into a large and warm fireplace, roaring with two plush wingback chairs for the two to take a seat in. He doesn't seem to shy away from transmutation spells for the sake of comfort. "What has Jeremy done?" Stephen asks, not knowing Jeremy directly but having heard about his exploits during the black sleep event while Stephen was trapped in another dimension.

Phoenix has posed:
Jean looks curiously at the amalgamation of Kitty and Rogue stuff scattered about the room, clearly, neither girl had enough time to fix it all up. Whether Rogue after leaving, or Kitty since moving in, but with the Sentinel threat, it was more than understandable. As she walked further inside, and out into the hallway, she turns to face the Sorcerer Supreme. "Dr. Strange! So happy I finally get to see you again," Jean sounds quite concerned, nodding at the repeating of the name 'Jeremy Larkin'.

"I have news about this Jeremy, remember, we collaborated against the Shadow King?" She asks, quite certain Strange would recall, but who knows, for a while he wasn't quite himself.

The shifting of the entire room has Jean a bit surprised, before she grins, "you make the physical plane work just like the astral, it's remarkable..." she sits down in her own wingback chair, and faces Strange, "I found out the truth about Jeremy..."

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen looks to Jean as he sits down in a wingback chair and invites Jean to do the same with a simple gesture as he laces his fingers while his elbows rest on the armrests. "What truth is that?" The wizard asks, his leg lifting to cross at the knee and he simply looks to Jean curiously with his grey eyes lingering on the telekinetic woman with curiosity peaking inside his mind.

Phoenix has posed:
"Who he is..." Jean offers straight and to the point, "not at all a 'Jeremy Larkin', try Loki, I trust you need nothing more than just the name." Jean looks somewhat concerned, as she waits to see what Strange will make of the info she's provided.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen's eyebrows visibly twitch in response before he quickly resets his stoic face back to just that. He's unsure what this means and the former surgeon is trying to wrap his mind around all the ramifications, "How do you know this?" The wizard asks as he leans forward in his chair, his voice dropping into a hushed whisper as he is certain there is a great risk in revealing and discussing such potent information.

Phoenix has posed:
"He came to the school, Jeremy behaves as a regular student, even though he is not. I called him to my office, and shared a bit more about myself, before giving him the chance to do the same...he accepted." Jean seems to imply there was something of an untold exchange to illicit the revelation, and yet both wound up knowing more about the other. "I am not sure what game he plays, and what is his endgame, but I figured it's important to make you aware of it." Jean smiles faintly, recalling the very first time she brought Jeremy to the sanctum to discuss the Shadow King, "you were right not to trust him initially."

Doctor Strange has posed:
"Something every man revels in hearing." Stephen says idly before he pushes himself out of the chair and steps towards the fireplace, his hand lifting to rest on the mantle as he looks into the fires. "Things are in motion that I fear I wont be able to do much about Jean." Stephen speaks to the mystically summoned flames. "Who else have you told about this revelation?"

Phoenix has posed:
"Can you enlighten me about those things? Do they have anything to do with the Sentinels?" Jean asks, her clear concern about that matter rather obvious simply for being who she is. "I told no one, I don't want to cause undue panic, and for what it's worth, 'Jeremy' did help take down the Shadow King..." Jean speaks these last words hesitantly. Clearly aware that someone like Loki may be after much more than he lets on. "Is he currently a threat?" She wonders.

Doctor Strange has posed:
Stephen keeps his attention on the story of the flames devouring the wood. "It doesn't involve the sentinels directly but there will be influences in both sphers." Strange foreshadows. "You know I can't get involved with the mechanical situation, but I will provide you and yours any help I can within my abilities." Stephen says as he looks back to Jean with a sorrowful face. "Loki is always a threat, but not the most immediate, at least not to your people Jean."

Phoenix has posed:
"Then I understand there are unseen threats best left for the likes of you, Sorcerer Supreme?" Jean offers with a humble smile, more than willing to admit that her small experience dealing with otherworldly threats wasn't the best. She certainly wouldn't covet Strange's job. "I wish you the best, and if you need a telepath, you know who to call..." she gets up and extends her hand towards Strange, "always a pleasure, perhaps next time we can simply meet for a cup of tea, without existential threats looming..."

Doctor Strange has posed:
"Tea sounds lovely Doctor Grey." Strange says, extending his hand to meet Jean's as he turns to face her fully. "Wong and many of the other people that stop by do enjoy their tea. You're welcome back any time you like." Stephen notes with a grin and yet he doesn't respond to her mentions of his job and duties, because yeah they suck, and really it's best for him and her to not mention and to keep her somewhat safe from the eldritch horrors and nightmares constantly aiming to consume this very reality.
