Cast of Characters: 170, Dean Winchester

Eva (170) has posed:
On the outskirts of Bludhaven, In Avalon Heights, A small town house rests nestled amongst homes and businesses. Most people would over look this little town house. For those who know what they are looking for, it is a place of safety, A shelter from the storms that some people deal with and others are just happy to believe don't exist. Marked by strange symbols, some people would assume its some kind of fortune teller joint. Those who are in the know would recognize those symbols as Hunter Sigils. This place is a safehouse. Countless people walk past this place and none are the wiser. Seems like it is just there yet still out of place.

In Westchester county, A Certain Speedster is getting ready to do her first speed test in months. Eva Wilde is getting loosened up. "Okay lets see." She sets her stopwatch up. "3. 2. 1. NOW!" She hits the button and is off leaving Lightning arcing behind her. *BOOM!* The first sonic boom of several goes off. Her body is moving at blinding speeds towards Bludhaven. Coming to a stop right outside the strange house in Bludhaven, Eva hits the button and blinks noting that only a few seconds had past. Whats more... Her clothes are on fire. "SHIT!!!" Quickly she strips down to her bra and panties and puts out her clothing before rushing into the house to get changed.

Dean Winchester has posed:
Dean is out hunting for some possible information on his father. With Sam tied up in his own business, Dean has set out on his own. His Impala was driving down the street, heading towards the safehouse, he stops mid-road when he sees ... a chick on fire running into a house? What? The house he's after.

Pulling into a space in front of it, he shuts off his car and slides his gun in the waistband of his pants. He's already armed with salts, holy water, etc, in small bags and vials in his coat. Can never be too careful. "Hello? Anybody home?" He calls as he slowly, carefully steps into the house.

Eva (170) has posed:
"Come on in and make yourself Comfortable! I will be down in a moment. Just getting changed." Eva sighs as she gets herself sorted. "Dammit. Guess I'm not showering after that chaos. I will have to do the math later." She mutters as she quickly heads down the stairs. She is currently wearing a black Def Leppard tee that looks like its been through hell. Her jeans are actually loose fitting, clearly old though and dark blue. A pair of old chuck taylors are on her feet in pink.

Eva looks at the man and smiles, "Hiya. Welcome to the Safehouse. If you need anything say the word. If you feel the need to test me, let me know. I don't care, been through it all before." She states as she moves to take a seat. She pulls out a pen, paper and her stopwatch. Quietly she begins writing down the numbers and working things out.

Dean Winchester has posed:
"Right." Dean wanders in a bit further when she calls, looking around carefully. On alert, always have to be safe. When she comes back down, he arches an eyebrow. Oookay.

He pulls a silver blade from where it was hidden in his coat, flipping it in his hand to offer her the hilt. "Go for it then."

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva sighs. She takes the knife and slices her wrist. Not a shifter or any other thing weak to silver. She hands the blade back. She reaches onto the table. Taking an empty glass, she grabs some salt that is there because why the heck wouldn't there be salt in a hunter's safe house. Then if thats not enough, She pulls out a clear bottle with rosery beads in it with a lot of water. She pours that into the cup with salt and takes a sip of it. Not a demon or anything weak to salt. She does gag a little, "Now I need something to drink to kill that salt. Gah!"

In a burst of speed she's gone and then back now with a pair of Sodas. "Sorry I don't have anything hard here to drink. I'm, underage." She slides the soda cross the table and gives a smile.

"Alrighty. My name is Evangeline Wilde. Nice to meet you. And you are?"

Dean Winchester has posed:
Taking the blade back, he lightly cleans it out of habit on his shirt before tucking it back away. A Speedster. "Your... one of those mutants, aren't you?" Not quite supernatural, just genetically... abilified. Or something. He's still grasping at trying to understand the level of weird around this city.

"Dean Winchester." The last name alone, in the hunter world, would give him away as to his history, unless she was versed enough to actually pick up on the stories of him and his brother specifically.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva laughs, "Something like that. I was hunting a ccoa down in Chile. Damn thing killed my parents when I was younger. I did all the leg work, studying lore, The whole shabang on this thing. I caught up with it about 8 months ago now. I got the best of it and took it down. Then I found out something the lore didnt say. When one of those bastards dies, Lightning consumes it." She shutters. "So There I was, feeling at peace for a moment have this dead cat like thing beside on the ground. Lightning hit me and it. When I woke up I was in another place. Its hard to explain. No clue how long I was there. 6 months later I appeared here in Bludhaven."

She snickers a little. "Winchester huh?" She laughs. "Had a run in with your Brother about a month and a half ago? Something like that? Anyway he was hunting a vengeful spirit in the area. I know he was looking for you and for your dad. I've not heard anything of your dad. He asked me to get word to him if I had a run in with you or him. So I will get a message to him."

Dean Winchester has posed:
"That... sounds like a hell of a ride." Dean crosses his arms against his chest as he listens, keeping plenty of space between him and her. He does have a girlfriend. Nooo chances of some mistake happening or line get crossed.

"I've already found Sam, so don't worry, your off that hook. If you hear anything about Dad, you can reach either of us. Would be appreciated."

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva nods, "You're telling me. When I came back I was moving crazy fast. Imagine the world moving crazy slow. Like watching the slowest slow motion possible while you are moving at normal speed. Thats how messed up that ride was. A friend slowed me down. Taught me a few things." She smirks a little.

"Oh thats good news! Glad to hear you two hooked up. I will keep my ears open for word of your dad. So how can I help you today. If you're needing a place to crash, Shower, or just to resupply or stuff to study, Say the word. I got stuff stowed here for just that."

Dean Winchester has posed:
"Looking for possible information. I passed this place before but didn't have the time to stop in. Been busy. Good on the rest for now, though, thanks." Dean wanders around the room a little, uncrossing his arms. He's relaxing some, but not completely. Enough that his back is turned to her temporarily, but very brief.

"But you obviously don't know. So what all has Sam told you?" Depending on how in the 'know' she is, she might know that Dean completely dropped off the grid for almost a full year. Which is odd.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva looks at Dean and nods, "Well, I have my library in the basement. Well most of it. Sorta half mine half my parents. A bunch of the books have been moved to where I am actually living. Turns out a Vice Principal for a school for powered individuals ran into me while I was clearing a vamp nest. Turns out she liked the idea of having a teacher there who knew about monsters and such. I was hoping to get out of hunting. You know how well that tends to work out." She shutters. "Anyway I will help anyway I can."

"Well, not a whole lot. Sam didn't know where you were. He didn't go into any details about it and I didn't press him for them. So I am largely in the dark about things.

Dean Winchester has posed:
"Yeah, I was gone for about a year. Not his fault we got separated." Turning back around to fully face her, Dean questions: "So is this place yours? And... having the books and such is nice, but who -are- you exactly? Hunter? Occult librarian?"

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva nods slowly, "Sounds like fun. So I guess you went solo for a while." She then looks at the man curiously. "This place is mine. I used some money willed to me to get this place when I got out of the speed force. As for me, I am a retiring hunter. At least I'm trying to retire. I've been trying to step back. I still keep an eye on signs and news reports. When I get wind of a job I try to find hunters nearby to take it. If I can't find someone, I can always go do it myself." She shrugs a little shrugs. "Actually I am getting ready to start teaching this stuff to a bunch of people who may encounter it. I just can't believe people being open to this and willing to have someone like me teach it!"

Dean Winchester has posed:
"Hard to go solo when your in a dungeon." Dean comments off-handedly, though a sour twist in his tone.

He chuckles: "Retiring? Good luck. Seriously. If you manage it, more power to you." He's a firm believer that once your in the life, it never leaves you alone. Look at his brother and the hell it put him through. "So your going to teach... all of our methods and secrets.. At a school?"

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva winces, "Damn. No envy there. Hope you are on the road to recovery." She shakes her head, really not liking that.

She laughs, "Oh hell no. I would not want a bunch of kids running around trying to hunt even if they have crazy powers. I have no desire to see them get themselves killed. What I will do is teach them the basics of defending themselves. Salt, How to deal with Vamps, What to do in the event of demons. Nothing crazy."

Dean Winchester has posed:
"I've been out for a while now, I'm fine." A little more bitter and a slightly darker personality, but otherwise, still Dean.

"Giving away our trade secrets would, you know, possibly get the rest of us killed. Not just them." His restless pacing finally ends when he settles to claim a seat across the room, sighing as he settles. "Just be careful."

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva nods, "Well, I give you my word, I am not giving away too much in the way of secrets. Just the basics so if they ever run into this crap, They can at least escape and get word to those of us who do this. Hell I have enough nightmares for several people. No way I'm going to get hunters hurt or a bunch of kids. It will be okay."

Dean Winchester has posed:
"I'll hold you to that." Dean rises from his spot, pulling a pen from his pocket. "Got a piece of paper?"

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva hands over over the tablet she was writing on. She doesn't flip the page. Just a complete mental lapse on her part really. There is several numbers on the page. The time it took her to get from Westchester to New Avalon. There is a formula there figuring up just how fast she was going. The bottom line is ~Mach 3. "Here you go."

Dean Winchester has posed:
Its a bunch of math mumbo jumbo to Dean. Sam might find it incredibly interesting, but Dean gives a brief cursory glance. He'll comment to Sam a little later. If its important, the big brain will look into it.

He jots down a phone number at the top of the tablet- less likely to get torn off and tossed. "Here. Call me if you need anything." He offers it back to her.

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva nods, "Will do. I'll add it to my cell... Oh shit." Her cell was in her clothing that just caught fire. "Aw man! I guess I need a new phone. Ah well." She shakes her head. "Maybe I can salvage the sim card out of it. Sorry about earlier. I'm guessing you got a bit of a show. I was testing my speed, I ran from the school to here. Wound up going fast enough for my clothing to catch fire."

Dean Winchester has posed:
"Yeah... should be careful with that. Try a fire retardant or something. Could always run around in a fireman's suit." Dean smirks a little, turning towards the door. "I'll talk to you later, Eva. Nice meeting you and all, but I've got other stops to make. Later."

Eva (170) has posed:
Eva snickers, "That would slow me down I think. I will have to talk to some people. I've never had this problem before. I guess I just took things for granted." She shrugs, "Yeah I should get going as well.Catch ya later, Dean. Its been a blast. Be safe out there and don't get yourself killed." She smiles. IN the blink of an eye, she the house is locked up, lights out and gas off. She's gone. The only sign she was there is a streak of lightning which quickly vanishes.
