Quite the intelligent young man, Fredrik sped through his education, graduating high school early, and completed his post-secondary, becoming a psychologist, by age 25. While he has delved into, and taken a specialization, in psychology surrounding the occult and myths, having written several papers on the psychology of the occult and myths on the modern mind, this doesn't quite pay the bills as he'd hoped. Because of this, he also has his practice open to the public, and is always willing to take on new patients and offer them a sympathetic ear, words of advice, and comfort food galore.

BREAD AND BUTTER
When it comes down to it, he can basically make any food or drink. The staples like bread and butter included. The more complicated the food, the longer it takes for him to make. He can't make the plates or the cutlery, however.
BREAFAST AT TIFFANY'S
Breakfast foods! Pancakes, waffles, bacon, hash browns, syrup, cereal, and all things of breakfasty goodness! He's got breakfast covered, whether it's something simple like eggs and orange juice or something a little more complicated like a three cheese ham and chive omelette with candied walnuts on the side.
CHEESEBURGER IN PARADISE
Cheeseburgers, or any similar hot foods like hot dogs, buns and condiments included, are always a good solid option. Really, he can make any hot cooked meat, and include all the trimmings and such. He's even capable of creating the vegetarian and vegan options.
SWEET DREAMS
He can make any edible food item, and what better than sweets? Candy, pies, ice cream, strawberries and whipped cream, you name it! Sweets foods are perhaps his favourite thing to create, and are the foods he makes the most.Skills

MYTHS AND LEGENDS
As part of his studies, and partly due to his upbringing, he has become somewhat of an expert on a multitude of myths, legends, and things of the occult. He's even written a few papers on them! He knows a good few things about these things.
PSYCHOLOGY
As a doctor of psychology, he's trained to deal with various issues regarding the mind. Also, due to his studies and training, he can pick up on the small, subconscious behaviour of others that may betray how they truly feel about something. He's adept at picking up clues as to a person's life, and generally analyzing their behaviour to find out the core of who they are.
WEAPONS
While not an expert at them, he's been taught, through his life, how to use guns (by his father) and how to use swords (which he learned for his LARPing). He's adept enough with them to be able to protect himself somewhat, should the need arise.Resources

Whether it's his parents or his sister, he knows he can go to them for anything, whether it's to bounce ideas off of or to just blow off steam, or even just to drop in to say hello, they'll always be there for him, and vice versa.

Just as they are a resource, they can be his weakness. If he ever thought they were in trouble, he wouldn't hesitate to try and help them.
