• History: Modora is a small Eastern European country nestled in the Carpathians. Unique among its neighbours, it never fell under the sway of the Soviet Bloc. This is because, at only 5,636 km², Modora has always been too small to bother with. It is best known as the homeland of the terrorist Sonar.
  
  The Modoran government previously established an isolationist policy. Modora is not affiliated with the United Nations, and has few ties to the international community. Its only major export is the wool of a peculiar breed of brown sheep, which is bred in the area.
  
  Modora's despotic rulers have sought to keep it as an idyllic paradise by purging all modern science and technology. However, its isolation dramatically changed when a citizen, Bito Wladon, became Sonar, and ambitiously sought to gain the throne. Although Sonar's plot was foiled, Modora gained international recognition in the process, and even created its first postage stamp.
