News Files: Casper the Friendly Ghost

Regrettably, little Casper McFadden died from pneumonia in Whipstaff Manor during the winter of 1935. He had gone out to play in the cold for too long. He was just twelve years old. Still innocent and filled with the kind of hope that would make a Blue Lantern proud, he has dedicated his afterlife to helping others, once as a medic during the Second World War, and later as a friendly ghost. While he has left his ancestral home in Caernarvon, Avalon, Blüdhaven, New Jersey, he always returns. It is home after all.

Casper is the only character allowed from this theme as a FC.
