1901 AD
Victor Timely founds the town of Timely, Wisconsin, and quickly establishes Timely Industries which, along with Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, helps bring about the 20th century's technological revolution.

1906 AD
An incredibly powerful earthquake destroys almost all of the Coast City, California. The earthquake caused whole sections of the city to sink underground, which were quickly covered over with rubble and debris. Some of the submerged sections of the city were not completely buried, and in some areas whole buildings remained undamaged. After the earthquake, the rubble and debris above the submerged sections stayed intact, and during reconstruction of the city, the artificial ceilings of the caverns were built upon. No one knew that lost sections of the city still remained underground, and they would remain lost for decades.

1912 AD

1914 AD
Union Jack's one-man commando style antics are extremely successful against German aggressors. Wonder Woman ventures into the Patriarch's World.

1917 AD
The Phantom Eagle, Union Jack, Crimson Cavalier, Sir Steel, and Silver Squire band together as the Freedom Five to fight the Germans.

1919 AD
Captain Leonard McKenzie of the Oracle led an expedition to Antarctica to locate the Endurance, an exploratory ship that had disappeared a dozen years before.

1920 AD
When Prohibition is enacted, Gotham gangster Guiseppe Bertinelli unites the Beretti and Galante families behind him, wins a gang war with the Cassamentos and Inzerillos, and becomes top capo of Gotham's 'Five Families' of organised crime.
