The Light Force behaves much the same way as the various power rings of the emotional spectrum, and while Light Force users have been described as the White Lantern Corps, Light Force users are not bound by any organisation. There is no Book of Light, and there is no White Lantern Central Power Battery.

The Light Force is a universal constant, like the Speed Force, and can be accessed in a multitude of ways. Some mutants can tap into this energy naturally, while normal humans may learn to call it up magically, or even technologically. Its energy is cleansing, and capable of purging toxins, drugs, and other malignant substances, as well as curing diseases, mental instability, and criminal inhibitions.
