International Relations: Member of the European Union; International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol); United Nations (U.N.); United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (U.N.E.S.C.O.); and World Trade Organisation (W.T.O.). Close ally of America, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Latveria, Mexico, Norway, and Wakanda. The Wild Pack's mercenary operations have occassiionaly set Symkaria at odds with Russia.

History: Symkaria is a small country within the Balkans of Europe. It had been conquered many times over the centuries. It has maintained close ties to the nation of Latveria. During World War II, Symkarian partisans prevented the full occupation of their country by the Nazi's, albeit at great cost. During the Cold War, Symkaria and Latveria formed a sort of bubble free from Soviet domination.
