The dilapidated warehouse echoed with the sounds of two friends in conflict. The metal walls, hollowed by time, thrummed with the frosty hum of Kevin's new suit, its icy luminescence casting long, jagged shadows across the empty space. Ghost Spider perched on a beam above him, her expression hidden behind her white mask, body language taut with frustration.

"Kevin, this isn't a game," she chastised, her voice echoing off the high ceilings. Her eyes were hidden behind the white lenses of her mask, but her concern was evident in her tone. "You can't just steal an Oscorp prototype and run around the city. You have to return the suit."

She watched as Frost Phantom practiced moving in his suit, generating ice with a sweep of his arm, only for it to vanish into mist when he lost concentration.

"I don't see the problem," he countered, his voice distorted by the suit. "I didn't steal it, I found it. And I'm using it to help people, just like you do."

Ghost Spider crossed her arms. "This isn't 'finders keepers,' Kevin," she shot back. "It's not about who uses the powers, but how they're used."

He halted his practice to glare at her. "You think I can't handle this, don't you?" he accused, gesturing to the suit.

"Kevin..."

"Stop calling me Kevin!" he snapped, irritation flaring in his eyes. "I'm Frost Phantom."

She took a step back, stunned by his outburst. "Okay... Frost Phantom," she conceded. "But this isn't just about your new name or your new suit. This is about responsibility, about understanding the implications of our actions. You don't know who might be after this suit, what they might do to get it back, and let's be honest.. you are NOT good at using it."

He dismissed her concerns with a wave of his hand. "So, what, I should just leave it for the next random person to find? At least I'm trying to use it for good."

She sighed, pressing her gloved fingers against the bridge of her nose. "You're missing the point," she said, her voice weary. "The fact that you found this suit means there's a hole in Oscorp's security, which needs to be addressed. And this power... it's not something to be taken lightly. It's dangerous. It can hurt you and everyone around you! You saw that at the jewlry store!"

Frost Phantom, or Kevin, fell silent, his frosty suit flickering slightly as he absorbed her words. "I thought you, of all people, would understand," he said quietly, disappointment seeping into his voice. "I thought you'd be proud."

"I am proud, Kevin," she replied, her voice softening. "Proud of the man you've become. But this... this is a dangerous game you're playing."

His gaze hardened as he straightened, his suit humming with cold energy. "Maybe," he acknowledged, his voice cold. "But maybe it's a game worth playing."

And with that, he shot a line of frost against a far wall, propelling himself towards the open rooftop, leaving Ghost Spider alone in the echoing silence of the warehouse. She sighed, staring at the place where he had been, her heart heavy with worry.

"Kevin," she whispered to the empty space, "I just hope you know what you're doing."

The echo of his new name, Frost Phantom, hung in the warehouse, a cold testament to their heated exchange. Kevin was gone, and in his place was the Frost Phantom. Only time would tell if he was ready for what that truly meant.
