What happens when you take a Velociraptor and combine it with Mutagen? This is what someone asked and the result is Vanandi. A natural huntress for the Foot Clan, who is ruthless, highly intelligent, and perhaps blindly loyal to anyone who is "Alpha" of her "Pack" Family. She enjoys the thrill of the hunt, using her natural given skills to aid her on whatever task that might be given to her and is not easily persuaded to stop once she is on the prowl.

Description:
Her neck is more human-like in length, connecting to a human like body, with no obvious gender markers that a human could relate with. Instead her chest is rather flate with large scaled plates that start around the base of her throat and go all the way down to follow the underside of her reptile, raptor tail.
Her waist does have a slight hourglass shape, giving away the only part of her human-like makeup to her possible gender, while at her hips it goes back to being ambiguous, with nothing standing out. Her arms are human-like with only two fingers and thumb. All three with predatory claws.
Also three stripes go around her shoulders, and a stripe pattern continues down her back and upper part of her tail.
Down her legs are that of also being human like, but at the knee they bend back a bit, giving her more of a digitigrade legs, that lead down to her raptor like feet, including the massive, dangerous talon that is her big toe. She has three stripes that go over her upper thighs and five on her shins.
For clothing she can wear tailored made outfits that are designe d for her alone. From Kimono like dresses, to leather-cloth armor with a helmet.
History
History:
This egg would it up becoming a bit of their own text experiment among their more scientific minds, perhaps even someone even with genetics understanding. The result was a success as the raptor not even hatched yet, altered by the Mutagen would become the humanoid raptor seen known; Venandi.
Venandi was trained at a young age not only human manner of education, but also college level subjects to test her level of intellect. Once she was able to demonstrate the ability to walk, she was also taken directly into combat training, learning not only the way of the Ninja, but other types of martial types of combat that could work with her natural weapons.
Her life growing up was very structured, though sometimes randomness would be thrown in to test her ability to adapt or shift from altering schedule suddenly.
While she still has much to learn, Venandi is ever-growing in her talents, always looking to explore the unknowns, and push herself harder to make her family proud. This is her story...
Personality
Personality:
Venandi is a complicated creature. She has one foot in the world of man, while another foot is still that of a velociraptor. When dealing with a situation, she swings back and forth between these two sets. Her first instinct to the problem is to go by her natural one, but it isn't long till the more human-like training comes in and she might determine it is better to not follow her primal instinct, though other times, she may determine that it is the best course of action after all.
While some may think that Venandi would blindly charge cause of her natural instincts, this is far from the case. She is a velociraptor, a hunter, and a stealthy one at that. She doesn't simply charge at any enemy or any problem. Instead she studies it from a safe distance, examining its movements, and thinks before she leaps. However, she is also aware that you can't always take the safe choice to observe, sometimes you just have to hope that if you do have to make a quick move before thinking it out clearly, that everything will still work out; But that too comes with a bit of thinking before leaping. Just... A quicker version of it.
Venandi is also very aware that she is alone in the world. As, at least far as she knows, she is the only one of her kind. A strange creation of man, mutated to look even more like them, and has no others like her. While she sees the Foot Clan as her family and respects all of them as her pack, she can not help but feel the way she does at times. Though she tries to hide this from public view, sometimes it slips out when she believes she is alone, before she forces herself to do some task to get her mind off of it. As such, Venandi has become a bit of a book-worm in her free time, enjoying reading all types of novels! Education to even the more silly fantasy types. Though she does enjoy science fiction the most.
While with the Clan, who she sees as her Pack-mates, she is respectful to all of them, even when she doesn't agree with them. After all, no family is perfect and hers is not at all, but she loves them still. She shows her softer side around some of them and perhaps those she shouldn't, unaware or maybe not wanting to believe how back-stabbig mankind can be, even though a small part of her knows it-- she doesn't want to accept that her pack could turn on her. For if they did, they'd have to have a good reason, right? When on of them is injured, she worries for their health. When one of them is sick, she tries to see what she can do to help calm the fever. If one of them is hungry, she tries to bring them food. She cares, deeply, just she isn't always the best at showing it at times given she also has to balance that, with being a warrior.
Personality 2:
She has no remorse for these people outside of her pack. The only ones who are safe from her deadly fangs and claws, is the ones she is ordered to not harm... And even then, she is always waiting, and she likes to sometimes remind those people as well if they push to far.
For those who have, however, betrayed the Clan or left the Clan on bad terms, they even have a bigger issue to deal with. While orders can keep her from going after them, she will still try to keep tabs on their movements. She might even visit them, maybe asking them 'why', but she is always on the edge of wanting to maim them. Not kill, oh no. For them, death would be too EASY. Perhaps this is when a small part of the human raising displays, but for them, she feels a cold, burning, hatred for. A Hatred she can't really express in words, but her thoughts of what she would do to them for betrayal or even thinking of hurting her pack runs deep.
To hurt her pack, is to hurt her after all. To hurt their chance at survival, makes them an even larger threat to their future, and to get away with such a "crime" in her mind. To be allowed after hurting, injuring, or even defacing her FAMILY, is enough to push her to a blind, raging, hatred for them. For she does not forget a face, she does not forget a scent, and more importantly, she does not forget an act against her pack.
However, what about acts of kindness toward her? What if one should spare her life? Does she still see them as an enemy? Yes, but! She will repay that debt in some way, so long as it doesn't go against her Alpha's wishes. It is hard to say if this call of 'honor' is something that was taught to her or perhaps something instinctive, bt she also does not forget a face, scent, or the act of kindness toward her; Or a pack-mate.
Some may call Venandi unpredictable. Some may call her a monster. Others may see her as a loyal solider or even a lap dog. In the end, Venandi is what she is. A creature stuck between worlds and she can only be Venandi.
Abilities
Natural Gifts:
Velociraptors are known for their speed, keen sense, and sharp, razor claws. They are also known for their intellect and ability to learn very quickly, making them dangerous hunters. Venandi shares these gifts, given she came from these very same creatures within Jurassic Park. She is highly intelligent, able to learn far faster than a normal human. She can read a book once and nearly remember every line, which she can recite on request. She can also repeat a task after seeing it done once, with maybe a minor fault here and there, but is quick to correct herself. She can keep pace with a motorbike easily and even a vehicle out on the streets. Her senses allow her to pick up a scent from miles away, with her eyes similar to like that of an eagle or cat. Her claws can easily cut into rock, with her teeth able to crush bone.

When you can end up in different parts of the world, you are taught different languages, including how to read and write in them. The ones that Venandi is fluently in are English, Japanese, Sign Language, and Mandarin. Everything else is still a learning process.
One With the Shadows:
The way of the ninja is something that Venandi was taught, along with combination of her natural skills. She knows how to be stealth, several different forms of martial arts, using her claws as someone would use Tekko-Kagi, and lets not forget about her dangerous big toe claw. She also knows how to move her body in flips and air somersaults, to parkouring over terrain and buildings. Balancing on then ledges with the use of her tail to keep balance. Then there is the use of her natural tracking and trained method of human tracking, to be sure she never loses the complete chase of her target; Also in aiding herself in hiding her own tracks.

Combat Armor:
Being her unique nature and physical stature, Venandi has a custom armor designed for her. It is made from cloth and leather, with some metal to aid in further protection. The purpose of the armor is to not get in the way of her swift movements, not weigh her down, and yet still be functional. The armor comes with a metal helmet, chest covering, upper layers, bracers, upper tail armor, tail tip armor, Shin bracers and foot coverings that expose the heel and toes.

The Velociraptor will imprint on whoever, it does not have to be their own species. As such whoever she has imprinted on, they become their 'Alpha' and all those the Alpha sees as family, becomes their family; Their Pack. Venandi is no different, she sees Shredder as her Alpha, and the Foot Clan as her pack. She will do anything for them, no matter dark, cruel, or outrageous the command. She is willing to sacrifice everything for the Pack, for their survival, including her life.
Carnivore Taste:
Being a velociraptor born turned man-like, Venandi still desires meat. Her stomach can not handle things that her species were not meant to eat, thus she is sensitive to some things that people may take for granted. She enjoys her steaks, chicken, and many other forms of meat; so long as its kept raw. She can eat cooked meat, but she finds the smell awful and the taste all wrong. If someone gives her the wrong thing, it can upset her stomach and even make her ill for a few days.
Inner Beast:
The Raptor and Human sides of Venandi are always in conflict, while she is always in control of her actions, there are times that she can be pushed to great, blinding emotional states; Such as rage or fear. The intellect will surrender to instinct, and like a cat pushed back into a corner, she will lash out without thinking and could even get herself hurt.
Living Creature:
Venandi is not super human. She does not have some overly tough skin that can deflect bullets. She can not breath underwater. She is not immune to radioactivity or disease. No, she is a living creature. She needs air to breath, water to stay hydrated, food to keep her muscles fed, excercise to stay healthy. She can be killed like any other person out there, and in a world of aliens and metas, this means she is not very high on the food chain.
