Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Remo Williams, Witchblade

Remo Williams has posed:
His name was Remo and he was looking for something different.
Remo had his own idea of what constituted "different". *Because when you get right down to it,* he thought after exiting the alley that now had a dumpster occupied by the gently-decomposing bodies of four Triad members, *people are the same all over the planet. You've got good guys, you've got bad guys, you've got nice people and you've got people like those four. I, however, am a Nice Person. I was called that by a six-year-old girl on a beach in Californiathree years ago, while I was helping her with her sand castle. And I don't think I've changed that much.*
He also recalled that, while talking with Smitty, some ignorant surfer decided to plow through the sand castle, making that little girl cry. He remembered the surfer's words: "Nice Guys finish last." Remo also remembered saying, "Not today they don't," taking the surfboard from the surfer holding it, and rammed it down into the sand...under the toes of the surfer's left foot.
He smiled as he recalled saying, "Hang five!" cheerfully and walking away. Good times.

Witchblade has posed:
Shawarma, Sara Pezzini. She's here and enjoying the food. It's good to get out of her desk to eat, so shawarma it is. Right now, she's settled at a table, pita bread and sizled meat, she's keeping her head up, chewing, eating, and....oh yes, she's enjoying this one. It's good. It's, no, no, scratch that. It's great. A little chicken. A little spices, pita bread, shave it off, serve. Sara's fine with this.

Moslty since the food's great. She's got water by her to. Screw the PD issue food in the cafeteria. Sara's found a new favored haunt. Here!

Remo Williams has posed:
She definitely would've noticed the new guy coming in, for three reasons. One, new faces always got her attention, though by now, she was adept at not revealing that she notices those details. Normal clothes, brown leather jacket, turtleneck shirt, chinos and loafers. Not ugly, not particularly handsome, a face that was, well, forgettable. The only part that really stood out were the guy's wrists. They were as thick as tomato cans. Not pudgy, either. The second things she noticed was how he walked. The place was a bit crowded this time of night, but he always seemed to avoid everyone, like there was some sort of shield around him.
Oh yeah, the third thing: the Witchblade was giving off some pretty hard-to-miss signals. As normal and as average-looking he seemed to be...he stood out to the Witchblade like Secretariat at a glue factory.

Witchblade has posed:
Oh Pez has noticed, and she's constructing pita bread, and slices of chicken, with spices. Sipping her water she's playing it off as she's focused on her food. That's a half truth really, but the moment Remo strolls in, the tendrils are racing down her arm, but she's eating, distracting the symbiote with food. At least. That's the plan, it's....sorta working, up until her right hand's covered with tendrils and her nails become blades. On the plus side...makes stabbing the shawarma easier....

On the downside....kind of noticeable. Sara's eyes flit to Remo, hthe Witchblade not happy at that....thing coming near it. Sara's battling for control, as bladed nails slash and stab chicken strips and she is eating from it. Oh, the Witchblade is less than happy at all. Sara's doing her best to rein it in. Slowly. Carefully...

Remo Williams has posed:
Remo walks to the counter and orders the white tea with lemon, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners; Remo really doesn't feel like being poisoned tonight. As he orders, he feels that familiar sensation, the hairs rising on the back of his neck. *Don't overreact. Remember, feelings cannot kill you.* He took the tea and walked over to a booth three tables away from Sara. As he sat down, he remembered that Capes probably didn't want to be interrupted at their meals. He took a sip of the tea, smiling slightly, then checked the menu to see if they offered rice. Maybe with a little duck.
As he sat there, he murmured, "I'm not here to cause trouble. Honest."

Witchblade has posed:
Sara's watching, she's slid her chair over a little to get a better look at Remo. Shaaking her head Sara's still fighting for control really. If she doesn't get a grip on the Witchblade, people will get hurt at the very least. Not good...

With shwarma and pita bread and chicken from three different bladed nails, she chews carefully, distracting the Witchblade. It's not that easy, the symbiote fixated on Remo and how it can hurt or worse. Sara's metaphorically grabbing it by the neck and, well, the Witchblade is a slippery thing. It's fighting her every single step of the way. What the Witchbalde wants, Sara's determined not to give in. Not now. Not ever. After the fiasco in Wade's office, she's keeping a tight grip on the Witchblade itselffor everyone's safety.

Yet she's watching Remo. She's got a certain look in her eyes. Narrowed eyes assess Remo for anysigns of a threat, as she slides her hand off the table. Great. The Witchblade is not the smartest symbiote.

Or, rather, it's smart, but not aligned with Pez though, they are on the same page only once every so often. But Pez can get a grip on it, the tendrils slowly receding up her arm, the shwarma on the table. "So" Sara points out. The last time she met anyone with any magic sense....Constantine was terrified she was going to kill him. That still makes her giggle.

Remo Williams has posed:
And that's when Remo smiled. It was a small smile, and it looked like it hurt his face a little making it. There's something about that smile that makes it easier for the Witchblade to listen to her, as if there was something about Remo that had confused it for a few minutes. He took another sip of his tea and sighed. Maybe it would be better if he kept his distance, and he was all set to just take his tea and walk out the door...
And that's when he looked at Sara and their eyes meet.
So much for keeping his distance.

Witchblade has posed:
Hersll hell breaks loose when Remo meets her eyes. That's....not good. Sara's along for the ride as the Witchblade isn't happy in the least. That's an understatement....as Sara grits her teeth, watching Remo. The Witchblade is struggling to get free, though Sara's taking her food outside to get away from Remo, from this....thing that's got the Witchblade ready to fight or, or.....something. Sara's not sure, and Sara being worried is, well, not a good thing. Nope, not safe. Sara's out the door. Not that she's hard to find, though. If Remo wants to find her, she's easy enough to track.
