Continuing through Kentucky

Location:	66 East 11th Street, Greenwich Village
Synopsis:	Sam shows Andrea and Jay his new farm in Kentucky.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie has bought some land in Kentucky, some that used to belong to the Cabets. He went through Berto's lawyers so no one realized it was a Guthrie buying it till it was his. He has had the old house there removed, and a new one has been built. Today is his first chance to come down and actually look over the place. He drives an old pick up to his new place, and check it out.

Icarus has posed:
The car didn't really blend in out here. Yet Andrea liked it and she wanted to rent it so here they were. Not that Jay was complaining. He had broken quite a few speed laws since getting behind the wheel. Also he'd learned a few things.

Dukes of Hazzard was full of liars since tires did not squeal on dirt roads. That was the biggest lesson.

He didn't need directions to get to Sam's new place. He knew the route by heart. But things were different now. It wasn't painful just to think about it. More a dull ache instead of a piercing ice pick.

As they turned up the drive, he pulled up next to Sam's truck and puts the car in park before hopping out. He'd try to get to Andrea's door but, knowing her, she likely was already out of the car on her own.

Rage has posed:
Already out of the car is Andrea as she pops up like a rocket. "We're here! I love this car. I'm buying you one when we get home. Pick a color. Also, we need to get some racing tires on them."

Taking in a deep breath of the crisp, Kentucky air, she stretches her arms outwards, then wraps them around Jay once he makes his way around the car, tumbling into him a bit.

"So, this is the new place, huh? Resting on the ashes of your enemy. That's such an asshole move and I love it. Hey, Sam!"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will comes walking out the front door of the house onto the porch. He looks over and offers them a wave and a smile "Yea, I think this place is going to be nice, got some friends who will be working it for me while I am away. Thinking about putting a small vineyard on the back end of it. " He walks over offering both hugs,]

Icarus has posed:
His brother gets a warm hug then he steps back a bit to look over the exterior of the house then to the property beyond. "Vineyard?" Jay looks over at him sharply. "Didn't know you were interested in making wine. I mean moonshine, sure. But wine?" he teases.

"It does look a hundred percent better than what was here before. Not just cause of who they were. It simply was a nicer home

Rage has posed:
Returning the hug, Andrea looks amused. "I don't know if you can compete with Napa in the wine business. But I'll buy a few bottles once you get it up and running if that's the goal. But I'm sure he's putting it in for Alexis."

Humming in a teasing manner, she takes a look around the land, giving her lips a lick in thought. "So what else are you going to do? You gonna put a well in and pull water outta it or you got pipes?" She teases.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie smirks a bit and says "A well, with pipes, we even considering indoor bathrooms." He puts on the accent extra thick. He then goes back to normal "Yea, Alexis's family own some in Italy we went to, and she spent some summers there so thought it would be a nice thing for her. I figure probably won't produce a lot of wine, but some, and can always try to do shine also.

Icarus has posed:
"Since shine is becoming legal in a lot of places, so weird. But that makes more sense that it was for Alexis. Even if it is just for family or local if you go that big. Something that might be fun to do and explore."

Jay motions to the house. "Gonna give us the grand tour or do the yokels have to stay on the porch with the dogs?"

Not that he has dogs. Yet. He needs a dog.

Rage has posed:
Technically Andrea is like a big dog, with bigger teeth and a lot of fur. "Yes, give us the tour and show us the guest room." She says with a waggle of her brows as she loops her hand into Jay's for a squeeze. "The hotel we're at it is .. uh.. it's okay." It's not okay. It's not! But she's trying her best to not be dramatic.

"So what else are you going to do? Swimming pool? Hot tub? Garden?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will take them inside, and says "Well, a garden of course not sure how big Ah want to do. Have considered raising a few horses as well. I mean it is almost a law around here you have a piece of land ya have to raise horses. " He will show them the house, right now it is bare bone furniture, seems he plns on letting Alexis help with that.

Icarus has posed:
Probably the best to have help with it. If the boys were left to the decorating, it might be a big frightening for others. Course, they'd both appreciate each other's taste. The ladies? Not so much. Not sure they are into antlers.

"It's really nice. Fancier than I expected from you," Jay teases his big bro. "But seriously nice. Lots of room to grow too when you have a dozen littles."
