Another friendly Vampire...

Synopsis:	Buffy bumps into Morrigan, both on their way to visit Harry.

Buffy Summers has posed:
Evening is only just starting to fall, the sky turning a violet grey hue as the sun sets below the horizon. Buffy hasn't visited Harry and Karrin in a long while and she is hoping to join them for dinner before they head out of the country for an extended vacation.

Its been a long day full of classes and getting ready for her own extended vacation out of town, and she's really hoping for a nice quiet end of week before leaving Bludhaven behind.

The weathers been pretty fair lately and so she's dressed fairly lightly in a black leather jacket over black sweater and light pink pants, her blonde hair pulled back in a low ponytail.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan's been buried in research for months. Trying to make serums stronger and possibly unlock other variances of it. The tall redhead had decided to spend the afternoon in Bludhaven and enjoy the fair weather. But she wanted to see if she could catch a certain 'Wizard For Hire' at his office and see if he was interested in picking up on helping her track down her father.

She's dressed in light washed jeans, white dress shirt and brown boots with a long black jacket over it given there is still that light chill when the wind picks up. Her sunglasses are on still since the sun hasn't set completely and well...lights give her a headache. She pulls up short when she sees someone else approaching the same door as she was and there's a smile, "Looks like he's popular this evening." the Irish woman states with an accent that's pretty routine for those from that country.

Buffy Summers has posed:
It doesn't take long for Buffy to notice the tall redhead stepping g towards the same office/apartment that she is doing herself. She slows down a bit as she gives Morrigan the once over, arching a curious brow and tensing slightly as she senses...Something from her.

"Ohh hey, are you a friend of Harry's too, or just dropping by for a visit?" hmm.He hasn't mentioned her before but maybe she's a friend from out of town?

She chuckles at the comment. "Heh, I'm sure he'd be flattered."

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan's not sure where people get senses from, but she can't tell so doesn't know anything weird is going on. "Evening, I'm not really a friend. More of someone that's worked with him on some things." she admits. Like taking on Trolls with him and Dean. "I've just not stopped in and checked to see how he was in a really long time since business concluded on a case that he was working on for me." she explains.

"And I'm guessing he might be flattered, or be flustered and tell us to get on with ourselves." she chuckles.

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers oohs, "Oh, I see.That's cool. Are you like, from the parapet or something then?" if she knows what that is, then she'll know the implication, specifically, the connection with the witches and wizards that are in co tact with Harry.

"To be honest, I haven't visited him in a long while. I mean, I'm a close friend of his and Karrin's but you know, life got busy and last I checked, they were going on vacation out of the country soon..But I couldn't get through to his phone so hopefully we didn't miss them."

She chuckles a bit at the fluttery part and nods, "Good point, he sure gets flustered easily, that's for sure.." as they near the apartment, it sure does look dark in there. Did he close early for the day or did they leave town sooner than expected?

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a bit of a confused, but intrigued look at the word, but shakes her head, "No. I just work at Mount Sinai Hospital. I found Harry in the phone book and then ran into him here and there. He's a very helpful person." she states with a smile. There's a curious look though, "Karrin? Don't think I've met her, but he was single last time I saw him...which means it really has been a long time." she chuckles.

Then she takes the sunglasses off and peers through one of the windows, "Looks like he isn't in. I'd have called or emailed, but he didn't need to lose another electronic device." she muses to that. She then looks to Buffy as she straightens back up, "I'm Morrigan, by the way. Sorry for my lack of manners and all of that." she offers.

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers smirks and shrugs. Sooo not a witch then. Maybe she's just a cop or..."Ooh, you a doctor or something? That's cool." she shrugs, "Yeah, they've been together a couple of years now. Karrin's awesome, although they e been busy and it's been a while."

She sighs and nods, "But we may be too late.." glancing at Morrigan, she nods and smiles, "Nice to meet you, I'm Buffy. "

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
"Aye, I am a Doctor. I specialize in Pathology and Hematology." Morrigan states with a smile. "I may or may not patch people up on the side as well." she muses. "I'm guessing we just never got to that stage of 'Oh this is who I'm dating.' in talks. But that is no ones fault really. Happy that he is seeing someone." she smiles to that.

"I think that we are too late. Hopefully they'll have a good vacation and enjoy it." she nods to that. "It's nice to meet you as well, Buffy. Do you live here in Bludhaven?" she asks.

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers nods and ahs. "Oh I get it, so you helped him on his murder cases and stuff. I can see how that would work out well.." Ohh and there's more. Her smile fades a bit. "Oh...Really? Sorry, I guess that didn't help but.." she shrugs helplessly and can't help but be biased towards Karrin, being her other BFF and all.

"Gee, that sucks that you came all this way for nothing. Hopefully he didn't fry his last phone but I'll try and call him later or something." another shrug is given. "Yeah, I live at the Blue Lady I guess. But I travel to Gotham a lot since I go to college there. I'm all over the place really.."

She gives Morrigan a curious glance. "Will you be staying in town for a while?"

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
Morrigan gives a chuckle, "I had no romantic intentions with Mister Dresden, just sad that I didn't keep up with him regularly after some of the situations we got into." she admits without explaining further. "So nothing to be apologizing for." she adds with a smile. Then there is mention of the Blue Lady and that makes her give a curious quirk of her eyebrow, "You live with Thomas or did someone new buy the place?" she asks her.

Then there's a shake of her head, "No, I was just out here on an off day. I don't get out here regularly so figured it would be nice to check in on folks over here and all of that." she tells her.

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy Summers nods slowly, thoughtfully, but decides not to pursue her whatever relationship with Harry. Not really her business Afterall. "Yeah, I moved in with him about six months ago. We've been together for nearly two years now. You know him too?" Buffy smiles and shrugs, "It's an interesting place, Bludhaven is. A lot of...strange things happen around here." if Morrigan has worked on some cases with Harry, she's probably been involved with at least a few..Strange cases too.

Morrigan MacIntyre has posed:
"Congratulations on that." Morrigan states with a smile when she hears that Buffy is Thomas' other half. "Aye, I've met Thomas a few times at the Blue Lady." she admits. "Used to be a place that associates liked to meet at for after work drinks, but that died out." she shrugs to that. "And yeah, Bludhaven is indeed a weird place. Sadly that's going on with a lot of places around the states these days." she frowns at that. "But we've all got to patrol our little parts and do our best to keep it safe." she adds.

"I need to start heading back to my neck of the woods though. It was nice to meet you, Buffy." she dips her head to her. "I'll call and leave a message on the machine for Harry. Hopefully it doesn't blow up." she chuckles as she slides her sunglasses into her pocket and drags out her car keys.

Buffy Summers has posed:
"Mmmhmm..." she nods slowly, studying her features thoughtfully, idly wondering..Something perhaps but doesn't venture further. "Yeah, I work there on call and some friends of mine often meet there for business. I sometimes help Harry on his cases and he helps me with mine."

She chuckles and nods, "Well it was nice meeting you, seems we run in similar social circles..I'm sure we'll bump into each other again."
