Synopsis:	Alice tells Rogue that Magneto's in time.

Red has posed:
It has been a few days since Alice was down in M-town, and a little more since the incident with Alex at the mall. But now, with some determination, Alice was looking for Rogue in the mansion. Because on the one hand, Rogue wasn't Scott, and on the other hand, she was an X-man....

Rogue has posed:
Rogue's not hard to find if one is really, actively, looking for her. Especially as the lift elevator doors open and she walks into the main foyer from them. It's not really known if she's coming from above or below, but she's definitely got a destination in mind. The kitchen. Though her emerald gaze finds Alice and she offers the woman a smile. "Hey Alice. How goes?"

Red has posed:
"Ah, Miss Rogue! Just who I was looking for. I mean..." Alice sighs a moment as she hastens her steps. "I was down home on Friday, helping out at the M-town clinic, you know? The one that Shannon and Megan and everyone else helped to build and where Dr. Brightman is fixing his mistakes. And lo and behold, can you guess who appears there trying to pass off as a normal citizen?! Some Erik-guy! Just walzed up there as I was talking to Megan and a girl she knows and asks if the claims about Doctor Brightman were true! And then has no shame to tell us he is the very same metal maniupulating Magneto! The Genosha Warlord!"

Rogue has posed:
Rogue blinks and watches Alice a moment while listening to her ramble on about someone who came to Mutant Town and sort of butted his head into business. "Ah... okay. Well...I mean. So, like...did he threaten anyone? Anything? Did he do anything...demanding or patronizing?" She asks while motioning towards the kitchen. "So long as he's acting like a...slightly decent human being...I can let people know he's around...but..." She shrugs again.

Red has posed:
"No, but he claimed that he wanted to make sure that the doctor was really doing what was told about him. Fixing what his cure had messed up. Which... was kinda scary in its way as he revealed that he is that sought war criminal." Alice said, brushing back her hair. "But he was at least tryng to not intimidate people... I guess... but he was also possibly... recruiting? He invited Megan's friend to genosha as soon as she gets her powers back..."

Rogue has posed:
Rogue gets a sort of thoughtful look on her face, pausing in her steps and looking back to Alice then while pulling out her phone. "Oh." This and she looks to her phone a moment before glancing back to Alice, fingers working over keys as she talks. "Recruiting? Who's Megan's friend anyway? What's her powers? Since they seem to be giving Magneto a curious interest." She finishes whatever she's doing on her phone and slides it back into her pocket before gently folding arms across her chest while looking Alice over.

Red has posed:
"Some girl called... uh... Emily I think. She said she couldn'T controll her powers before she lost them, but now wants them back. I didn't understand what they were though." Alice admits, brushing the red hair back for a moment. "I think it was some kind of general offer to get more to his side?"

Rogue has posed:
"Of all the threats we've faced, I think Magneto is someone we keep an eye on for the just in case...but over the last few years he's...not been such a bad guy. He's helped us with some things. We've helped him with some things - believe it or not." Rogue offers. "I mean I'll let Scott and the others know...and I'm sure they'll appreciate the knowledge of...but as far as being worried about him...I don't think we are. Not as much now as before." She glances around a bit and then looks more pointedly at Alice. "Lot more landing at our feet in recent times that sort of outshine a fellow mutant with a desire to make sure mutants are being treated and handled....appropriately."

Red has posed:
"But he is still a wanted war criminal and such. I mean, as much as he tries for us, he still murdered all those people." Alice remarks. "And him throwing metal or stuff through bodies is scary." Not that being able to suffocate people with their clothing was something Alice realized she could do and was likewise scary.

Rogue has posed:
"A lot of us have done things we aren't proud of, Alice. And could be considered criminals of different sorts." Rogue supplies. "I ain't sayin' we've forgotten what he's done, but in the recent past, he's been tryin' to turn over a new leaf of sorts. Again, we watch him - just in case - but for the most part. If he ain't breaking anything, then we're not of the mind to fix it." This much more. "I mean, you know he could walk into the mansion any time right? Likely to visit the professor. Or Scott and Jean..." She shrugs then.

Red has posed:
"Why would he? He'd be outnumbered and in contrast to every film villain ever he probably has read the evil overlord list by now... which might explain why he is behaving decent..." Alice theorized, tapping her chin. "I mean, why *else* would he have a change of tactics?"

Rogue has posed:
"Look. I said I'll tell Scott and the others. But this isn't some grand holy shit kinda news where we need to gather the team and go out to find Erik and kick his ass. If he ain't doin' anything wrong, then we're gonna leave him alone." Rogue offers, her patience, at this point, relatively thin. "Also, I could toss a rock in Mutant Town and hit a few people who are either on Magneto's side, or align with his thought process." A sigh. "Besides, he's like the Professor's best friend... whether they think alike or not, I don't think that's ever gonna change."

Red has posed:
"I don't mean you to act or something... just... be wary, ok?" Alice remakrs with a sigh. "And talking to the second worst nightmare of my chldhood days is rather... uh... I dunno what to say. I mean, he at least behaved like a decent person, unlike any stryker or something. I have no qualms to stuff the underwear of someone up their butt if they are a bad person, but... he was polite goddanmed! Could you Bardex a polite old man who just happens to be a serial killer?"

Rogue has posed:
"My mother caused me to nearly kill another mutant. Instead the mutant wound up with their powers drained, and I now have them permanately." Rogue offers. "She's the leader of sorts of the Brotherhood and a personal thorn in my side. Erik is polite, he's charming. If you have a personal thing against him, then I'm sorry you had to deal with him. But as a whole...we'll be wary." She turns then. "I need to grab food. But on the whole of things, I'd me much more worried if you ran into Mystique than having ran into Erik..." And she walks off.

Red has posed:
Alice says, "I don't think I would have known ig it was Mystique... isn't that her spiel?""
