Forgotten treasures.

Location:	A second hand store like Second time around but one that is open.
Synopsis:	And a few treasures are found

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie had to come into the city for a delivery at the club, but that gone done early, so Sam thought spend a bit of time in the city. He knows his lady likes antiques and items that can be given a second life. So Sam finds himself here in the second hand store, checking out things. He has been in many second hand stores over the years

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark has, as it could be said, sticky fingers. Things seem to simply go home with her that she has forgotten to pay for. Places like thrift and antique stores sometimes have great little treasures they don't realize they have. And it is far simpler to relieve them of such items than it is to try and do it in a museum or gem store. Plus it tends to cause her fellow Titans to want to judge her. It's annoying.

Today Cassie has made her way to a group of such shops to "browse". She has no specific intentions. But one never knows. That's the thrill of it all.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie is looking over the books at first, and does pick out a couple, but his next stop is a bit out of his normal things. He heads towards where the musical things are kept, instruments, sheet music, and such. The tall blonde man picks up a trumpet looking it over.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark entered after the blond man. A glance around noticed him but she made her way toward the glassware. Some truly hidden gems could be laying just ready to be plucked up!

Blue eyes sweep over vintage 1970's era Corelle plates with fall colored green leaves around them. White casserole crocks with pale blue floral patterns. Not really valuable but certainly sentimental for many. But then her eye catches a display inside a locked cabinet. She murmurs, "....hello... " walking over she eyes the oddly dark green hued drinking glasses. Her eyes settle on the price tags before scrutinizing their condition. She taps her lips with a finger. Considering.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will look at another couple of instruments and hmms. He then heads towards the front of the store. As he does he comes up the isle the other customer is on "Excuse me, " He says as he moves to pass her trying not to bump into her, he has pretty good manners it seems.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark glances up and smiles, "Sure." She scoots aside before looking back to the glasses. She then turns to walk toward shop keeper and the register's location. She waits for a moment to get the attention of the shop keeper - "Hi.. those green glasses in the cabinet. I'd like to buy the set but could I look at them more closely first?"

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie gets a buggy as the lady behind the counter offers Cassie a smile and nods. She will motion for her to follow her back to the display to let her see the set. Sam will head back to the musical instruments putting a few of the better condition ones into the cart, as well, as a few books of sheet music.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark smiles and heads back over. When allowed, she picks up the glasses, examining each with a critical eye. Looking for cracks and chips, even scratches. When the light catches them just right the dark green glass almost seems to glow. "Hmmm... " she looks them over one at a time then nods to the owner, "Yes, I'd like to buy them." Gathering the trio of glasses up she returns to the counter to arrange to pay and pack up the rare glasses. "Not a lot of this stuff around anymore. It's fun when I can find a few" she comments to, well, no one in general. Or to everyone.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie happens to be coming back up to look at some of the glassware himself. He hears the comment, and looks over to her "Carnival glass?" he asks her more used to that type of colored glass ware back home.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark glances up and grins, "Not this time. Uranium glass.. you can tell by how dark it is but how it almost glows when the light catches it just right. hit it with a black light and it looks like it's got neon in its core.." She seems quite pleased with her discovery.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie ahs and nods a bit to this and says "Ah think Ah have heard of it as well." He admits "Never been big into glasses and such but Ma does have a few pieces. He notices a pyrex piece and smiles "Ah should get her that one, Ah broke hers when ah was a kid."

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark smiles and nods , "I think every kid did that at least once" she says with a laugh. She turns to pay for her own findings, pulling out her phone to do wireless pay. Even antique shops have to keep up to date to stay profitable. She glances over, "good luck! hope your mom likes it."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods to the lady and says "Thanks." He will ask the lady over to get the dish and a few other itmes he has picked up over all a good day at the thirft shop.
