Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake has come to the club to meet with a few people and is just finishing talking to a member of one of the bands who plays here, about opening in an event that is planned for Wayne corp emploies in the near future.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
It's not often that the yeen decides to dress well, but I mean, when working in a place like this? A hoodie just wouldn't do and there are a few outfits the aardwolf can pull off without it looking too weird. A simple, long sleeve button down shirt, a nice vest and some slacks? Nothing he hasn't worn before for some rare occasions.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake sees the fellow he has met once or twice, and nods to him in greetings. As the other man leaves the table, Tim sits back, after looking at his tablet a moment.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
There's a slight flick of a tail and perked ears when someone waves to him - pretty easy to get someones attention when they have heightened senses - and he heads towards the table, offering a smile in greeting and a simple, "Long time no see, is there anything I can get you?" Well that explains the dressed up yeen, assisting with service perhaps?

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake hmms, and says "Hmms, I wouldn't mind a refill on my coffee." He lifts his mug, and says to the yeen "Your working here? It has been a while, your doing ok I hope."

Kit Killovarras has posed:
There's a little chuckle and a quick, "Not normally, no. A server called in sick and I the owner pretty well, so I offered to cover the blank shift." as he gives a little shrug. Then he walks off, not bothering to ask if the coffee is regular or decaf, though he fairly quickly comes back with the right pot of coffee though. "So, how have you been?" he asks with a little tilt of his head as he tops up the mug, leaving JUST enough room if he wants to add cream or sugar.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake looks over and says "I am pretty good, been working with X-corp. He admits, and takes the coffee not adding anything to it. "Thank you, ." He tells the young man. "Mr DeCosta and I have been trying to find ways to help intergreat more people from the area into other jobs.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
Kit nods slightly and gives a little chuckle. "I mean, the problem you're going to run into normally would be with people like me.." he says, giving Tim a glance. "For people who can pass, it's as simple as teaching them the job and either helping them to integrate their powers into their work, or helping them learn how to avoid using their powers at the wrong time. There are a lot of us though who can't pass as human and honestly? We shouldn't have to.."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods a bit and says "We have gotten a couple into jobs, but I will admit, most of those who do not pass as humans who we have been able to place, powers have put them into specific jobs I will admit, but hopfuly with time, we can get more into more diverse jobs.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
"A lot of people who can't pass will have to deal with things like not wanting to be seen, but there are some who would rather flaunt what they are too. Finding out which is which is going to be another thing to focus on." The yeen muses with a little smile. "There are also a few in general who might be more comfortable suppressing their powers, so figuring out their preference on whether or not they'd be expected to use them at work might be a good approach too."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods a bit and says "That is part of the applications, if you want to work in a job that you use your powers or not. And for those who don't want to, if they don't have skills for other locals, then we are working on getting them training, so they can get those skills.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
The yeen nods and offers a little smile, "Sounds like you've covered a lot of bases with this." he says with a chuckle, then his ears perk up ever so slightly and he turns his attention towards something else, focusing on something as a full service tray dances itself over to another table. Telekinesis can be useful if you know how to use it right and with a little bit of flare.

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake 's brow raises a bit and watches the yeen and where he is looking "So that your doing?" He asks nodding back towards the tray that is floating across the room.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
Once the dishes set themselves out gracefully in front of the people who ordered them, the yeen just gives a little smile and a slight, "Mhmm." before his attention turns back to Tim and he explains, "One of a few things I can do, but it makes service work fairly easy. Saves on the occasional broken dishes too."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake chuckles and nods his head a bit "I imagine, " He thinks about SB and his tatical Tk, vs powers like the normal use of it. "I can see where it would come in handy and help out quite a bit.

Kit Killovarras has posed:
The Aardwolf just chuckles a little and nods, "It can be, but it has it's limits too. Though, I'm pretty sure a pyrokinetic could probably turn service work into a hell of a spectacle too." He gives Tim a glance and a little tilt of his head before musing, "Could you imagine having your meal flash-cooked to perfection as it's being set down in front of you?"

Red Robin has posed:
Tim Drake nods a bit and says "Somewhat like a super Hibachi." He hmms, and says "Would need to be someone who enjoyed making a spectacle of themselves though."

Kit Killovarras has posed:
There's a little nod from the Yeen and a toothy little smile before he explains, "Some of us do, so long as we know we can do it safely." with a little sigh. "Normally, people see me on the sidewalk and they run away screaming about monsters, but in a place like this? No one really bats an eye, or if they do, it's usually more out of amusement than fear."
