Date of Scene: 30 September 2022
Location: Apartment 214, Hugo Building
Synopsis: Moving back in with the BFF
Cast of Characters: Buffy Summers, Willow Rosenberg

Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy was had a large trunk in her hands which she was carrying into the bedroom. The move had been annoying more than difficult. It didn't help she'd just gotten her stuff back from the place she had previously shared with a boyfriend she didn't remember. Now she'd had to load up again and head from the Summers Home, where her mother and sister still lived, back to the apartment she had once shared with Willow. Now that the whole roommate thing had been figured out.

"I think this is the last of it. Maybe one or two more boxes in the hall." That had been the easiest way. Take things from the rented Uhaul trailer to their floor then back out. Then once everything was in the hall, Joyce headed off to return the trailer and go home, leaving them to finish moving everything into the apartment itself.
Willow Rosenberg has posed:
Willow was torn between excitement, and worry - after all, she was getting a new former roommate when she hadn't been aware that she was living on her own! That aside, she didn't know how Buffy would take her. She'd grown a lot in the interim. Would Buffy expect her to be the same old Willow? Heck, she wasn't the same either!

"You will know we've added to the runes that keep us safe. The boys helped with that!" Plus in her time with Tala her magic had grown some. "Is that all?"
Buffy Summers has posed:
Buffy dropped the trunk just inside her room. It landed with a loud thud on the floor, which the neighbors below probably wouldn't appreciate. Thankfully, she was normally a quiet neighbor! As long as nothing attacked her in her home.

"I'll grab the last couple." She moved back to the hall, peeked around to be sure no one was looking, then picked up the lot. Which would be giving away her strength if there were witnesses. Thankfully, no witnesses.

"So what sort of protection is there then? Obviously you've not invited any vampires in," she said as she kicked the door closed behind her and headed toward her room to deposit the load.
Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Mostly things from Zhao's past. On the lines of lesser demons, and were-whatever. You know. That sort of thing. Plus Tala showed me how to make mine stronger. Too bad you really can't see the meta-physics of the magic itself. In mage-sight it's really cool!"

Of course Willow always had her salt, candles, and sage. Because.

"I thought we could order out tonight. My treat?"
Buffy Summers has posed:
Another thud as the boxes hit the floor then Buffy scrambled to keep the pile from toppling over. Then she came out of the bedroom, heading directly for the bathroom where she washed her hands. The boxes didn't seem especially dusty but she still felt like they were and thus needed to clean up a bit.

Then she moved back to the living room. "I think it's better I can't see it. Is it like neon and glowy, like at one of those rave parties? Or just more like graffiti? And sure, ordering something sounds perfect." It was kind of required on a moving day. No one ever felt like cooking.
Willow Rosenberg has posed:
"Most of it.. well no. You see, some of some it is neon and glowy all the time. But some of it is like graffiti unless it is active. Does that make sense?" Willow knew glyphs and sigils were active for a short while when they were transcribed - regardless if they became passive until they were needed. "I still think you'd like it."

"What would you like to eat, anyways?"
