Synopsis:	Dick and Karen meet at a club and bold statements are made.

Nightwing has posed:
Music pulsed through a Metropolis Nightclub. A gathering of the most influential people in the tri-state area commenced at the Verdant Peak nightclub. Suits and dresses, both appropriate and no, found themselves on the dance floor, others found themselves at the bar, indulging in top-shelf vintage alcoholic beverages, wines and harder liquors but simpler drinks like stout beers were also available.

Representing Gotham was one Dick Grayson, wearing a black three-piece suit, he straightens his blue tie and cracks his neck as he shakes hands and smiles.

Bruce owes him big time for this.

Dock always had a hard time being the social juggernaut. But man, can he lay on the charm.

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Is here right now she's looking around she dosn't wear civvys very often most of the time she's in her super suit or dressed in her lab coat for work at starr labs.. so she dosn't get out much . Right now she's here a the club sitting at the bar waiting for her date and hoping she dosn't get stood up again..

     she sighs and downs her drink wishing booze worked on her for once

Nightwing has posed:
Richard is schmoozing and making people laugh. But while he talks it out with people, he notices Karen Starr sitting at the bar by herself.

And God /DAMN/.

Dick is hearing muted tones and noises as he looks at her. And after a moment, he looks at them and says 'excuse me for a moment' before making his way over to where Power Girl is sitting.

"Hey there." He smiles. "Mind company?"

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Looks up and beams a huge smile " Richard, hey!' She sighs and looks back at her drink " Yes, please. I got stood up again ". She gives a weak smile.

     She puts her hand on her cheek " I suppose I should have guessed I'd run into a Wayne since I risked crossing the bridge over to Gotham" .

     Of course her girls are leaning on the bar drawing attention.

Nightwing has posed:
"Hey Karen, what's good?" Dick slides into a chair with a warmth on his face and in his eyes. "Ah geez, he's a loser then if they stand you up." Dick frowns, reaching for her hand. "You got this. You have any idea how much of a bombshell you are?" Dick was attempting to be encouraging, even if his eyes were slowly lowering to look at her...

Well, girls.

Hey, Dick is a gentleman, but he's /very/ attracted to Karen. She makes all the boys go crazy.

"Can't help it. Us Wayne's get around." he chuckles.

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Laughs, but it's that I don't believe you laugh " Yeah, I would believe you , if this wasn't the regular " she says with a sigh she doesn't move away from his hand and she notices her look but she can't help but lean just a little big she likes attention after all .

     She looks around " So what supermodel are you with today.. " She asks " I don't wanna get yelled at for taking your attention."

Nightwing has posed:
Despite where Dick's eyes rest, he almost doesn't notice that Karen makes them more visible to him. She likes attention and he seems /very/ happy to give it to her.

But he also notices their hands were still touching. Who is he here with? "Nobody. I came here alone, but that doesn't mean I haven't found a supermodel." He reaches to move a strand of hair from her face.

"So how about I don't get yelled at for admiring you and you still get a date tonight." He gestures to himself. "Will I do?"

Power Girl has posed:
Power Girl Blushes a little and looks down, and nods " yeah " She says, brushing her own hair to try and hide her blush " I think you'll be fine smooth talker," She grins.

     " But where too now? Cause my date said to meet him here but nothing else.. and honestly, you know booze doesn't work on me and you waynes don't like to get drunk " .

Nightwing has posed:
Dick laughs. "I try my best. And honestly, I think we should get out of here. Places like this? Something bound to go horrifically wrong. So...your place or mine?"

Bold Mr. Grayson. Extremely bold.

Power Girl Lifts an eyebrow and thinks " your right staying here is asking for something to happen " She thinks ' I could fly us to my base nobody can bother us there? But it's not much of a date you know " she smirks .
