Star Shimmer has posed:
The past 24 hours have been erratic at best. After the conversation with her mother, Autumn has been busy. She's been doing everything she could to find out more about her mystery sister. The only people she refused to talk to was her parents. Its been very difficult.

Finally she made headway in her search. A nurse at the hospital had a father in the old folks home that Autumn frequented. They had met in passing there and that was the key that opened the door to a copy of a birth Certificate for one, Deanna Murphy.

"Okay Autumn, My sister is a Mutant who apparently has bat like features. Gods what is it with this city and bats?" She rubs her head. "Her name is Deanna but she might not go by that." She mutters as she walks through a crowded store. Suddenly on the tv, a report about a blood bank being robbed. Then there is the image of someone who looks awefully batty... "Well, I guess I need to find out if I can do better then GCPD's finest..."

Sunset, and Onyx gets up. She had 'acquired' two hip flasks and a suitable belt, and filled them both with the stolen blood - after taking her fill from the rest of the bloodbag, the rest in her fridge, she starts to go out. See? She didn't hurt anyone to get food... stealing what she needs. She heads out towards the park, hoping to find some nature to be in - but she was near the park and heard something, her ears perked up. Such pretty sounds... she follows the guitar medley to a busker in a park in Bludhaven, chittering softly.

After seeing the events on the TV, she heads out of the store and to her next daily stop. The Park. She's saving money up for the move and for food to get through the end of the month. So More busking!

She is the one in the park. She's the one playing music and hoping to get through things tonight so she can keep going with the hunt. Still, There is no hunt without funds and funds are kinda important after all. The music rings out in full sweet tones. She happens to be playing a jazz song... "OOOoooOooOoo Ya give me feaaaaavvvveaahhhhh Feeeaaavaahhhh...." She smiles and begins dancing along with her guitar.

Onyx Koumori moves stealthily along, approaching the source of that song, shrouding herself in darkness as she creeps up behind the bench, tilting her head as she listens to the music, hummming along with it, her shroud even dissipating as she crouches behind the bench.

Star Shimmer has posed:
"Never know how much I love you, Never know how much I care. When ya put your arms around me baby, I get a fever thats so hard to bear. Ya give me fever! When ya kiss me, fever when ya hold me tight, Fever, in the morning, Fever all through the night." Autumn sings with a smile. She even spins around. She shakes her butt a little to the beat. She has a rather flat bottom but, its just starting to fill out a little.

The musician doesn't notice the bat girl approaching. She doesn't see her or anything. She simply keeps playing. She does happen to hear another voice singing. Its not uncommon for her though."

Onyx Koumori just crouches there, waiting. She sniffsniffs as she smells you - you smell... dod. Oddly... familiar... she can't place it. She doesn't move much, continuing to hum along.

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn Stillwater smiles as she continues singing. "Sun lights up the daytime, Moon lights up the night. I Light up when you call my name and you know I'm gonna treat you right, you give me fever! When you kiss me, Fever when you hold me tight. Fever! In the morning! Fever all through the night!" She smirks and looks like she is having fun with it.

A man smiles to her as he walks up and throws a couple bucks in her guitar case. She beams and gives a soft thank you to him.

Onyx Koumori glances at that, not sure what's going on as she chitters softly, maybe loud enough to be heard. She's confused by what's going on as she is hiding there, still entranced by the music though.

Now that wasn't a familiar. Autumn looks around curiously. She doesn't say anything about it. She simply continues the song. After all, she's not feeling like she's in danger. "Everybody's got the fever! That is something you all know! Fever isn't such a new thing. Fever started long ago! Romeo love Juliet, Juliet, she felt the same. When he put his arms around her, He said "Julie Baby, you're my flame! Thou giveth fever! When we kisseth, Fever with thy flaming youth. Fever, I'm Afire! Fever, I burn forsooth!"

A little girl walks up with a 10 from her mommy. She smiles really big and drops it in the guitar case. The guitarist girl just smiles to the little girl and whispers a thank you to her.

Onyx Koumori wonders why the people are paying her money - what those green pieces of paper are. She heard the thanks easily enough as she just continues to kneel there - wondering why this guitarist smells so familiar.

Autumn Stillwater smiles and continues singing. It doesn't take much longer. She simple sings a little more, "Now you've listened to my story, Here's the point that I have made. Chicks were born to give you fever, Be it Fehrenheit or Centigrade, we give you Fever. When we kiss ya, Fever if ya live and learn. Fever! Till you sizzle, What a lovely way to burn. What a lovely way to Buuuuuuuurrrrrrrrnnnn!!!!" She smiles a little and gives a little bow as a few people applaud. "Thank you."

The evening light is fading and the Bludhaven park lights spark. She smiles a little more and looks around. A few more people throw money into her guitar case. Things feel just right. There is a feeling though. A feeling that there is someone watching her. She looks around curiously.

Onyx Koumori just watches Autumn. Finally, a voice speaks from behind the bench. "Such beuatiful sounds... what do you call that?" There's an unnatural darkness behind the bench. "I... never heard... anytinglike that... it was so beautiful..."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn Stillwater blinks hearing the voice behind her. She looks around and just sees darkness. "Errrr, Its umm Fever by Peggy Lee. A classic." She smiles a little bit. "Ummm are you going to try to rob me or something? I really don't want to fight with anyone tonight." She looks around curiously. She's nervous.

Onyx Koumori blinks. "No... I'm just trying to figure out why you smell familiar..." She stands up to her full dimunitive height... as the shroud drops. "Such pretty music..." she croons as she tilts her head. "I.... I never heard anyting of the like." She tilts her head, her eyes completely covered by goggles.

Autumn Stillwater suddenly can see the full person in front of her. She looks at Onyx and, yeah she jumps a little with a little start. Then... She calms down. Things begin falling into place. She blinks a few times. "Deanna!?" She looks over the girl and her heart is racing. Could this be her sister?!

Onyx Koumori blinks. "Huh?" she asks blankly. "My name is Onyx Koumori... who is Deanna?" she asks as she moves closer to you, sniffsniffing as she grabs your wrist. "You smell a bit like a boy... but..." She sniffsniffs again. "So familiar... somehow..." She looks puzzled.

Autumn Stillwater blinks a few times, "Onyx. Umm... I'm complicated. Just go with me being a girl." She states as she sits down. "Deanna is my sister. A Mutant girl who my parents gave away to some lab. She had bat like features. Her name was Deanna Murphy." She frowns softly. "Sorry I just got my hopes up."

Onyx Koumori blinks. "I was... raised in a lab..." she whispers softly. "I..." She trails off. "May I... taste?" she whispers softly, smiling to reveal her fangs. "It'll... let me confirm it..." She gazes at you. "If that is acceptable....?"

Autumn Stillwater blinks, "Taste me?" She looks around and takes a deep breath. "Okay." She just sits there and lets it happen. She's a little worried about it. After all, getting nommed on is a little odd after all."

Onyx Koumori gently takes your wrist as she sinks her fangs into your wrist. It doesn't hurt - it feels oddly good, as she only takes a bit then pulls back, shuddering softly as she slaps a bandage on it. "You taste... like me..." she whispers softly. "I... I believe you. Maybe I am this Deanna."

Autumn Stillwater Looks at Onyx, "Lets see. My mom and dad gave my older sister to some lab. I know that my sister has bat like features. My parents were upset about having a mutant child. So they basically tossed her away, gave her to this lab to see if they could fix her. I didn't know about it until last night."

Onyx Koumori gazes at you. "They didn't 'fix' me..." she whispers softly. "They made me... into a vampire.... or something..." She smiles faintly, clicking her tongue. "Thank you, you're tasty but... it'd be wrong to take more..."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn Stillwater frowns. "Its you..." She whispers. Quietly she reaches out and just embraces her sister tightly. "Do you have a place to stay?" She asks curiously. "I have a place down in Gotham. I mean I can't approve of you stealing blood but, I think it would be better then drinking from others. I dunno. I will have to talk to a friend. But, I have a place you can stay if you like."

Onyx Koumori blinks. "A lady named Goblin Girl has taken me in... but... I could go anywhere. As long... as I have... ummmm.... a completely dark room. I'm allergic to sunlight..." She smiles faintly. "And I have to do what I have to do to survive... you ever been starved? Repeatedly? Feels terrible? That's why I feed." She grabs a hip flask and takes a long swig.

Autumn Stillwater frowns, "Not in the way you have. I can explain later if you like." She takes a deep breath. "My living room can be pretty dark during the day. I usually am at school and stuff so you'd have the place to yourself while I'm gone during the day. Nights I tend to sleep. I have some friends who might be able to help with your need to feed."

Onyx Koumori murmurs, "It has to be perfectly without sunlight... I burn... and weaken... in the sun." She sighs softly as she lowers her gaze. "Why were you looking for me?"

Autumn Stillwater frowns, "Because Mom and Dad were wrong. They were wrong to give you away. They were wrong to give you to a lab! I wish I had known. I'm so sorry Onyx. By the way, My name is Donald Murphy but I am going to change my name to Autumn Stillwater. That is the name I use. I'm your little... sister. I can't say brother... I can explain but yeah."

Onyx Koumori nods. "So both of us aren't going by our birth names - that's easy enough. You're Autumn and I'm Onyx. I don't understand what you mean though..." She tilts her head as she looks you up and down. "You look like a girl - but don't smell like one..."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn Stillwater frowns and rubs her head. "Its hard to explain." She frowns a little more. "I was born a boy. I realized that inside I wasn't a boy. Inside I was a girl. Everything about being a boy felt wrong to me. So, I told mom. She started getting me girl's clothing. Then we went a step further. I was put on medicine that kept me from further developing as a boy. Recently I started another medicine that will make me look much more like a girl. It is tough."

Onyx Koumori nods slowly. "Oh, here," she states as she snaps her fingers and... two tiny eyes peek out from Onyx's gray hair - then a small rat emerges. "Templeton... liek the rat from Charlotte's Web..." she murmurs as the rat runs over - its eyes have a faint cyan glow to them, like what you see under Onyx's goggles.

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn Stillwater giggles a little and reaches down to pet the rat. Despite the creepy nature of the rodent, Autumn doesn't freak out. In fact, she flat out seems to radiate with love. She pets templeton with a smile. "I loved Charlotte's web. It was a good story. Charlotte was my favorite. She just showed so much love. it was amazing."

Onyx Koumori (127) has posed:
Onyx Koumori smiles softly. "Yes... Templeton is no ordinary rat - he's my familiar." She smiles. "I can see through his eyes... and he can talk to me - he thinks you're very... kind." She smiles, her tail and Templeton's swishing together. "So... I... I'm not sure how I'd contact you if we separated... so I won't let you... I... this is the best thing that's happened to me... all my life. Especially since I was almost executed by the lab..."

Star Shimmer has posed:
Autumn Stillwater looks down in her Guitar case and notes the bills in it. A small smile crosses her lips. "I can resolve that problem. We need to get you phone. That will let you get ahold of me or anyone else." She smiles and packs up her guitar.

She hears that last part. "Oh gods. I am so sorry Onyx. I really am. If I'd have known, I'd have tried to get you out of there. Who would freaking do that!"
