Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Angel, Sarah Osborn

Angel has posed:
The day was ending, and the sun was setting. The city was starting to settle for the night's dark embrace, as a different sort of "person" began to walk onto the streets of the City. It was a time for the creatures of the night. And one of them was already up.

Inside the Hyperion Hotel, Angel was reading several documents at the check in counter. Shuffling papers back and forth, Angel appears distracted and concerned. The angst was pouring off him as his frown deepens.

Sarah Osborn has posed:
Goblin-girl arrives at the hotel, it is hard to tell behind her mask, but she also is distracted and concerned. Ever since she started investigating her own past about a month ago, she has been learning things that she would rather not know, but thinks she has to. She says, "Good evening Angel, I thought I should check in. It seems like the Blood has kind of vanished from the streets...think the attack by aliens had anything to do with that?

Angel has posed:
Angel starts, looks up, and sees Goblin Girl in the Main Lobby. With a nod, and a slight smile, Angel drops the parchments onto the desk, and turns to face her. "Hi! It is good to see you again. It has been too long. How are things going?" Angel nods at her statement, and hmmms. "Yeah, you are probably right. I have noticed that as well. Strange, actually." Angel taps his chin with his right index finger, looks up as though thinking of something, and turns his gaze back on GG. "It was quite a situation. I tried to stay out of it, as there were a other non-humans that tried to take advantage." Angel's frown returns.

Sarah Osborn has posed:
Goblin-girl says, in response to the question of how things are going, "Truthfully, Angel, I an worried. I have come to an unsettling conclusion about the source of my powers, and it has left me worried about my sanity."

Angel has posed:
"Oh?" Angel allows a note of concern into his voice. Allies were hard to come by, and Goblin Girl had been a good one to him, and his friends and allies. "Is there anything I can do, or Angel Investigations can do to help you? I kow others as well. Maybe they could help?" ANgel moves a few steps closer, to be a little nearer to GG. "You aren't alone. We can help."

Sarah Osborn has posed:
Sarah sighs, "Let me give you some background. I was raised by some distant relatives, and as you know I have abnormal powers. I decided to do some investigation a few weeks ago of my parents death. While doing so I came to the conclusion that a certain person was logically my grandfather. He showed up on my birthday, after being thought dead for about five years. I discovered at the time that he has powers similar to my own. After a bit of investigation, I came to the conclusion that he is the Green Goblin...the first one."

Angel has posed:
"I see." Angel says with a nod. Angel exhudes confidence, and he doesn't stop now, supporting her as best he can. "I understand how you would be feeling the way you do. I can certainly attest to a...strange set of circumstances outside the normal life." Angel quirks a self-deprecating smile.

"Have you had an opportunity to talk to your grandfather? It must have been a shock to find out who he is, but I am sure that it would go a long way to putting some of your fears to rest. Maybe he isn't so bad? Did he tell you what happened to him and why you have inherited these abilities?"

Sarah Osborn has posed:
"Well, I know why I have them...my brother and I got a blood transfusion from my grandfather after an automobile accident about seven years ago," replies Sarah. "I did try to confront him, but he denies being the Green Goblin. I am looking into the few clues he gave me though. It seems likely that my uncle was the Second Green Goblin...and that his becoming the goblin may have had something to do with an explosion a number of years ago I plan to investigate."

Sarah Osborn has posed:
What Sarah purposefully did not mention is that she confronted her grandfather Norman as Goblin-girl, not as Sarah. She has yet to address him on the subject as herself.

Angel has posed:
"It's always blood..." Angel says in a whisper. "I understand. It makes sense that if it was volatile blood, than it would affect you and your brother." Angel nods. "Even though he denies it, it sounds like you have some pretty hard evidence. Plus, I would keep looking at the rest of it, those clues you mentioned. I knew you would be a great detective." Angel says, with sincerity.

"Well your secrets are safe with me. If you need my help in anyway to track down anything let me know. Oh, and I don't think you are crazy." Angel says, with a nod. "It is important to get to the bottom our our pasts. Only then can you find some semblance of peace."

Sarah Osborn has posed:
Sarah impulsively hugs Angel, "Thanks Angel. I am sorry you had to miss the birthday party, but well, it was held by day..." She frowns behind her mask, "Actually, it got a bit messy, the Joker crashed the party trying to Kidnap my grandfather."

Angel has posed:
Angel stifens for a second, as Sarah hugs him, but relaxes after a moment when the surprise is gone. "Um. You are welcome." Angel pat-pats her head softly. Although a bit uncomfortable, he knows it is important to be comforting at this time. Sarah needed it.

Releasing Sarah, Angel allows himself another smile, and says, "Thanks. Sorry I missed the party, but yeah, sun, well, hurts." Angel nods. "Happy Belated Birthday....the Joker? And your Grandfather? Wow. Too bad I missed it, sounds exciting."

Sarah Osborn has posed:
Sarah said, "Well, it was partly due to that kidnapping attempt that I realized my grandfather has powers. Fortunately the Joker decided to leave, but I could not save everyone." Norman's limo driver and bodyguards were killed before she knew the Joker was there...nothing she could do...but it still bothers her.

Angel has posed:
"That is one of the things I like about you. You care. Those people lost their lives, not because you failed them, but because the villains killed them. You did your best. I understand that you feel for them, and that is what makes you a good guy." Angel adds, "Um. girl."

"I would continue to do what your doing. And you'll find your answers. You will." Angel nods. "Everything will work out, I promise!"
