Downtime in the Diner

Location:	Mutant Town, New York City
Synopsis:	A random meeting of heroes in a diner

Cyberdragon has posed:
With tensions so high, in the World with Anti mutant sentiment, times like this for Cyberdragon are fairly enjoyible. A chance to rest, relax, and eat. He's been here since the attack, helping to protect mutant Town, staying, sleeping. And of course eating. Perhaps somethat that has surprised some of the inhabitants, is that Cyberdragon is someone in some sort of highly advanced Suit of armor.

Young Man of 17 has been helping protect the town, one who's not a mutant. And what's more when the attackers came the other day some of the attackers had been armed with Armor penetrating rounds, and one of those got through his armor and right now the human is nursing a wound in his right lower side. Thankfully nothing Vital was hit as he is sitting at a diner table in a uniform that helps hide his identity. Nothing special, or flashy, but it does include a cowl and hood to preserve his secret Identity. So Right now he's just starting to eat a meal, one of the first good meals he has had in a while since this chaos started.

She-Hulk has posed:
The front door opens with a little jingle of the bell and in steps She-Hulk. She has to duck just slightly for the door frame but not much. Otherwise, she'd mess up her hair. She holds the door open to allow someone else following her, in the form of a certain god. "I tell you, I never will understand people," she's muttering as she shakes her head. She looks around the diner and spots an open booth that has the extra wide seats. She likes her space. Besides, it looks sturdier than those rickety barstools and stand-alone tables that would probably collapse under her weight.

"Poor kid had gills. Who cares. I'm giant and green but just cause isn't from an X gene, people are okay with it. That's just plain stupid."

Thor has posed:
    "I do not claim to understand any of you Midgardians or your even weirder customs. But I do understand a fight, and you, girl Hulk, are nice to have in a fight. Better at the comments than the big guy too." Thor notes as he steps in behind She-Hulk, and ducks just as much as she does, though he is a touch smaller than her.

    The God of Thunder takes a seat opposite the green woman and the bench groans beneath his weight, but he does scoot over and waits for a bar maiden to come fetch his order and give the man his barrel of mead or some such drink.

Cyberdragon has posed:
For the most Part when She-Hulk and Thor of all people come into the Diner it makes the human in the outfit that hides his features look up and almost a wave of relief comes over as he stands Up as one of the Diner waitresses come over as she asks what she can get the heroes to eat.

The Young man Stand sup grabbing his side as stretching hurts some. But he comes Over, She-Hulk, Thor? You hanging out here for any lenth of Time?" he asks As standing up beside him is a biomechanical dragon as The Dragon looks to Thor and speaks in Old Norse, <<Greetings Odinson.>>

She-Hulk has posed:
"I don't think they have mead. But they do have a killer milkshake. Chocolate for me," Shulkie says to the waitress. "Vanilla for the big guy. I'm not sure he can handle anything too exotic." She winks to the lady then pulls out a menu to peruse the offerings.

as the dragon and kid walk over, she glances at the pair then gives a bright smile. "And this is why I love Mutant Town. Where else are there talking dragons?" She realizes who she's talking to and quickly adds. "Thor, don't answer that." Then she turns to John. "Figure I'm going to be here long enough to eat a good meal and a few milkshakes. What's up, kid?"

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
There's a ripple in empty air, within the club, in a safe space, and out flops well a tall redhead... A Raven glides out and lands on a nearby chair, as does a tiny cat-sized creature that looks like a dragon of old, theres runes down his sides and well his scales are predoinantly hematite in color with brass tinge toward the tips, and his eyes appear to be solid smooth Amethysts... The little creature moves as if alive and probably is, but more in the lines of a living construct, rather than something born... The creature whirrs at Kae as the Raven pipes in after tilting its head and looking around "M'dear? I think you missed..." in the most prim and propper english accent...

Kae then responds "Long bloody distance on that gateway." she says as the ripple dissapears.. And yes she'sresponding with an English accent, though hers is more Londoner in sound.

Thor has posed:
    Thor was about to respond to the waitress when the woman he's with answers for him. This earns She Hulk a scowl from Thor as his eyes squint briefly and he answers. "I better like it or it will be a feud you will not enjoy Madam Hulk."

    Then Cyberdragon appears next to the table and Thor scurries quickly to put himself between the metal dragon and the woman he calls friend. "I thought all dragons were slain on Midgard! Stand back Lady-Hulk! I will fend this foe off!" The Asgardian says, bringing his fists up in order to ready himself for another fight.

    "This realm is full of danger and woes!" Thor says as the young mage suddenly appears as a raven, and he looks to it. "What word does Father Odin send?" Obviously Thor has the bird confused for one of his father's messenger birds.

Cyberdragon has posed:
As he relaxes and will have a chair pulled up beside him the Dragon settles down beside the young masked man. "Oh just me more or less, I been in the area ever since Magneto went Nuts at the Whitehouse. And it has not been uneventful." he says "Not really up to handling what the Big leaguers handle what with Doom, Hydra. So I help out where I can." And The Dragon Sits down like a feline tail curling around him. Then when the Raven and Small dragon come in the Biomechanical dragon turns his head to look at the direction as he stands up when the new comers come in.

Of course The waitress says, "And you would be in bed in you were my son resting. Young man." She says.

When the New comer appears she looks at the cat sized dragon and Raven. The talking confirms that they are not animals. And she asks, "Can I get you a Table Mis?"

But Thor's reaction will make John stumble back and as he tries to get back up he Grunts out in pain and instantly, A flash of light and instantly the Dragon and masked young man Merge into one creature as he says, "Hold Odinson We are friends of Tonyt STark! I swear to you by the Allfather!" he says holding his hand sup and wings around him defensively...

She-Hulk has posed:
Most people would be trying to calm down the misunderstanding. As SHulkie watches the boy and dragon merge into one being, facing off with the protective Asgardian, she can't help but laugh. Not one dragon now but two as a little one seems to be skittering about as well. Maybe they're related. Mommy and baby. That makes her giggle more as she looks to the newcomer Kaelyn only to see the raven.

Not understanding that Thor is rsponding to the raven, not the young woman, Shulkie has to ask between giggles. "If you're Asgardian too, might want to help the big guy out here before he starts a war between the realms."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae stands up and the little dragon occupies one shoulder, the raven occupies the other. The Raven then answers Thor "No message, I do not work for Odin.." he motions to Kae with his beak. "I am Poe... I'm Kaelyn's Familiar..." Of course this is out before Kae has a chance to speak and she sighs and nods "Yup, Just Kaelyn." says the tallish redhead as she glances toward the cybernetic dragon person curiously...

The woman then smirks "Working on something kinda like that..." she mutters and smiles just a bit before glancing around... "Soo since I can't tell from inside the building, can anyone tell me where my gateway dumped me?" she asks curiously while trying to dust her self off... It's then the little dragon notices a bowl of chexmix.... He twitches a few times then leaps off Kae's shoulder, gliding toward it before litterally diving inside the large bowl... As someone reaches for chexmix the little creature growls and bats at their fingers with paws and wings, getting a rather startled yelp from the waitress, followed by a giggle at the creatures antics...

Kae meanwhile deadpans... "Great, Fanhuil has found the chexmix..." Poe then tilts his head and would be smirking as best he could at this point before saying "You made him..." Kae then blinks "Like to point that out and rub it in?" She says and then sighs and bows as she looks to Thor, then 'Shulkie' and then cyberdragon... "Many apologies, but I might point out, it's never a good idea to create hyperactive pseudodragon constructs with a mind and will of their own... they make trouble."

Thor has posed:
    "I end war betwix't the realms!" Thor says over his shoulder towards She-Hulk but he lowers his fists as the young boy and metal dragon merge. "WITCHES!" He says, stepping forward just to be stopped by John's words. "Ye be a friend of Tony Stark? That short metal man. If he be a friend of yours, ye shall be a friend of ours." Thor replies, inviting the young man to join the two large people for an after fight fueling.

     Thor was about to sit down after the answer from the Raven. "Then it is well me- DRAGON!" He bellows and moves with all urgent haste as the god moves to smite the miniscule dragon with the brunt of his Asgardian fist upon the metal dragon on someone else's table.

Cyberdragon has posed:
The Biomechanical Draogn backpeddels as the Waitress will reach out to try and grab Thor by the ear. The Waitress is much stronger that she appears as she tries to take ahold of him by perhaps one of the Most sensitive parts of the body. She hopes and says, "YOUNG MAN I DON"T Care WHO you are you will behave your self in My diner!" AS Cyberdragon moves back as he swallows hard holding his side. A number of the customers will move back trying to keep out of the way incase Momma Cass can't put Thor in check with her classic ear pinch attack of doom!"

She-Hulk has posed:
As Momma Cass makes her grab for Thor, a green arm snaps out and shoves the hand away as Shulkie stands up to her full height. "No touching without permission, your place or not. And you sure as hell don't look like Fred although hey, it's possible. I don't judge. You don't try to lay hands on a Asgardian unless you want to lose it. You talk to them. Like, y'know, people."

She opts to demonstrate. "Thor! Leave the dragon alone! It's not dangerous unless you happen to be a bowl of Chexmix. Everyone just settle down. We just want to get a lot of food, spend a lot of money and head home so let's just chill, 'kay?" She does look at Cyberdragon with a bit of concern. "You okay there, kid?"

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
There's a loud long squeek emitted by Fanhuil, and the tiny creature can be seen skjittering across the floor, the bowl of checksmix between his wings as he tries to run away with his snacks!!!! Kae blinks and sighs "for Lans sake..." she mutters... She then calls out to Thor "Fanhuil is harmless, sir? I made em... He's not any more dangerous than a small cat." Kae says and sighs as she watches the Shenannigans.

Then the waitress gets involved... Kae blinks a few times and just well stares... "Oooh this can't be good." she mutters, as the tiny dragon makes its way between Kae's feet, with the bowl.. Kae casually reaches down and picks up the bowl before setting it on the table "It's not yours Fan..." The little creature, while hiding behind Kae's legs now warbles and seems to sulk.

Kae blinks at the continued goings on and adds again "Umm yah, unless you're a tiny crunchy snack, Fan's not a problem.

Thor has posed:
    For what appears to be the first time, Thor seems to blush as he gets scolded not once, but twice. He stops his blow well above the table and slumps back down towards his bench seat with a groan from the chair cussions and woodwork in the frame.

    "Dragons are always problems, unless metal ones endorsed by Tony Stark and ... I guess your pet." Thor says with a soft wave as his apology while turning his face away from the waitress who tried to attack him and the man's blue eyes linger on She-Hulks for a few moments before he looks shyly away.

Cyberdragon has posed:
Finally AS he will hold his side as Momma Cas says, "I'm his sister!" she says as She-hulk holds her arm and says. "And I treat anyone who acts like a child as a child." And when Thor calms down She comes over to help Cyberdragon stand back up as The Dragon opens up splitting at the neck and chest over the arms allowing the young man to come out of the suit as he clutches his side some. "Oh shit..." he says which earns him a prompt

"Watch your mouth."

From Momma Cass. And of course John nods, sitting back down as the Dragon Looks to Thor, //~I do believe he's matured some from what I remember of him.~// The dragon says. sitting down eyeing the little construct Dragon and then turns to Kae, //~You actually gave him free will?~// he asks almost in disbelief, //~as for where you are, Brunswick, Mutant Town, Newyork state USA.~//

She-Hulk has posed:
As Momma Cas goes to taking care of the kid, Shulkie looks to Thor. She doesn't bother sitting back down. Instead, she reaches into the pocket of her jeans and pulls out a twenty. She drops in on their table then motions with her arm for Thor. "C'mon, Big Guy. I've kinda lost my appetite. Let's go find some place where we can get you a mead. Or at least something without an alcoholic content above negative three." She smirks a bit then glances at the waitress. "Cancel our order. The money is for the trouble."

Not that there was any trouble but Shulkie figures it's for the best. She hooks her thumb for the door. "Let's go see if we can find something else to get into." And she heads for the door.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae blinks as the two super heroes leave, and she glances around curioulsy before sniffing "Nope not me." she mutters after smelling the air audibly... "Less I'm completely noseblind and I've been wading in herbs or something." she mutters, and her green eyes now settle on Cyber... "So! How's your day?"

Cyberdragon has posed:
as he sits down holding his side, "Well apart from getting shot, and recovering most of the day, decently." he says as he drinks osme of his milkshake. And withs. "No I think it was just the confusion around Asgard's favorite son. and thinkign Cyber was a threat."

//~My fault Really, I should have suspected he'd react badly to a dragon.~//the dragon says beside the young masked hero.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae oooh's and nods slowly.... "Really, Thor's gotta get over the dragon thing... There's a few dragons here in Midgard, they're hiding because of folks like Thor hunting them." She says and shrugs. "I know a few good ones.."

Cyberdragon has posed:
"Well with the attack on the Whitehouse and death of the president. Things in Mutant town are pretty crazy, right now I am just resting, healing and waiting for the next bunch of thugs to stroll in. Me and Cyber could really use some help..."
