Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    It was another night on the Watchtower, and Hal Jordan was working mission monitor duty. Wandering around the WT, Hal looks in a few rooms, snooping around, seeing if anyone else was present tonight. So far, it had been a boring shift and Hal was ALMOST hoping for some form a excitement.

    "Quiet. Huh. Well, that isn't a bad thing I suppose. Maybe Barry is around, or Ollie..." Hal wanders down the Hal and smiles, as though an old memory was playing around inside his head.

Green Lantern (Cruz) has posed:
A message gets sent to you by the rookie Lantern Jessica Cruz. "Hello, Mr. Jordan. May I drop in? I haven't heard from either you or Kyle in a while and wanted to get back in touch." Jessica is hovering in space at a respectful distance from the Watchtower, flaring her aura up very bright to be visible to those who'd look.

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    Receiving the message, Hal Jordan responds to the communique, with a "Absolutely! I'll open the secure hatch. Come on in!" With that, Hal floats to the control panel, hits a few buttons, and then flies over to meet with Jessica. Looking out the port window, he notes that she is using her emerald energy to let him know where she was.

    "Nice touch!" Waving her inside, Hal floats back and lets the airlock de-pressurize, although with the ring and some willpower, that was probably not necessary.

Green Lantern (Cruz) has posed:
Jessica Cruz nods as she enters the airlock, not having the knack of phasing yet. She smiles as she lands, waiting for the airlock to repressurize. And then enters the Watchtower itself, nodding slowly. "Nice place," she states. "Just... haven't heard from either of you in a while. Just wanted to see how things were going." Her aura dims to nonexistence once back in atmosphere again on the station.

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    Opening his arms wide, Hal Jordan nods, smiles, and says, "Welcome to the Watchtower!" Nodding his head, he turns and motions for her to follow him on a quick tour. As they move through the WT, Hal says, "Yeah, it has been a while. I've been wanting to check in with you, see how you are doing, but it's been one crisis after another."

    Hal pauses, as though catching up. "Either of us...oh, Kyle! Yeah, haven't seen him around much either...hmmm..." Hal looks down the hall, as they pass the Gym, and the members quarters. "I'll have to check in with him. So, how goes your training?"

Green Lantern (Cruz) has posed:
Jessica Cruz smiles. "Yeah - things are going well. I've mostly been staying around Earth and the Sol system - rescued a stranded cruiser." She shrugs. "Not really much to tell. Trying to finish my latest book - it's almost ready for publication. Trying to see if I an save my series - the last one bombed due to Volthoom.

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    "Excellent! Sounds like you have things well in hand then. Learning the ropes, geting some experience under your belt. And moving past Volthoom and the past. I am impressed." Hal nods, and continues the tour. "So what do you have next up then? Anything in particular, or just doing the super hero thing?" Hal looks at her and smiles, like a comrade-in-arms. "It's a tough job, but you seem to be fitting in well. Oh, and good luck with the book, of course!"

Green Lantern (Cruz) has posed:
Jessica Cruz nods. "I... I haven't tested myself yet... I... I odn'tk now how well I'd do against a Yelllow... fear... is not something easily overcome when tested..." She sighs soflty. "BUt so far, things are going well."

Green Lantern (Jordan) has posed:
    "Excellent to hear it!" Hal smiles and nods. "One step at a time. Take it slowly, and you'll get the hang of it!" As they come to the end of the tour, Hal looks over at Jessica and says, "Also, if you ever need to get ahold of me to check in or for help, you know how to reach me. Free long distance." Hal holds up his ring finger, and adds, "Great plan. Only have to charge it up once every 24 hours." Hal's smile turns into a grin. "Anyway, I hate to chat and run, but my time is up, and I almost forgot...I need to go to work. Huh. Imagine that. We good? Need anything else?"

Green Lantern (Cruz) has posed:
Jessica Cruz smiles faintly. "Admission to the Justice League, maybe? Or maybe that's a bit silly of me. I am on Alpha Flight - thought it'd be a good idea to be associaed with space stuff close to Earth. It's been beneficial so far." Nodding, she heads back to the airlock. "I can find my own way out. Nice seeing you again, Hal."
