Synopsis: Summary needed
Cast of Characters: Gorilla Grodd, Kid

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd has been in the cage here for weeks. And yes, even as he slips back into the cage, lowering the illusion he placed to do a bit of recruitment, he can't help but chuckle. It is a long game that he is playing but it is working. The buzz in the animal rights world is slowly building and it will only take one or two more incidents. The Space Mold, curse it, is distracting from his agenda but he is patient. This opportunity is too good to pass up but he is still quite frankly bored.

Kid has posed:
Well the last few days...well weeks have been hard. But he made up for it...even if he had to deal with more injuries than usual. On one of his last encounter he heard that talking gorillas just...didn't exist. With a dejected sigh, he decided to visit an animal sanctuary in his human 'mobster' guise. As he meanders in he stops infront of the cage Grodd was held in, looking in observing what he thought was a normal gorilla.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The Plumbers...these guys were not the kinds of fellows you called to cover up something at Watergate, but they were, in fact, jerks. Both of them had blond mustaches and matching plaid uniforms, sonic plungers that would take care of anything in their way. The guards inside the front of the place were down in seconds. Grodd heard them of course, but did nothing. He was 'just' a Gorilla after all.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd stares at the man staring at him and smiles. Guy seemed particularly more blank than most and generic than most. Grodd grinned and waved at the friendly human he regarded as dumb as a rock but as the sonic pulses came outside he smiled. Finally, something to do, but as he briefly extended his senses out into the area, he could tell that something was wrong. He wasn't sensing anything there. They might be telepathically shielded and if so, that was a prlem, a horse of a different color indeed.

Kid has posed:
Kid waved back in a friendly manner. He recalled what that one human said about KoKo, a gorilla who speaks in sign. He speaks in sign...mabey this Gorilla did too. He signs "Hello. It is nice to see you?" the way his body moved though indicated...perhaps hope for something more.
But than came the plumbers, and he looked annoyed. With a roll of his eyes, he twist a nob on his watch. This time as he signs, a voice emits from the watch "Alright. Listen up idiots. You can beat it, or I can beat you. I ain't in the mood" he went from a curiouse body language, to an extreamly aggressive one within a moment

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The plumbers stun a few other people, pointing their plungers at them, speaking with outrageous over hyped accents, "We are here to take care of business." People panic and many are knocked unconcious right away. They set the things to lethal and begin to fire at Grodd. One of them looks at Kid and grunts, "You idiot, we're not supposed to hurt humans bu we will. Get out of the way you idiot.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd is intruiged by the man signing. He signs back. "Nice to see you too." For a stupid human he was polite at the least. Then as the men attacked he growled and leaped STRAIGHT up to the egde of the cage at the top, roaring at the idiots and ready to thrash them. He reached out with his mind and found nothing there.

Kid has posed:
The signing back brings a smile to Kids face...or would have if it wasn't for the plumbers. As they shoot to Grood who dodges, he lets out a beastial roar - ain't no way any ordinary human can unleast a sound like that. He picks up a nearby barrel and hurls it at the Plumbers to buy himself and the fast acting gorilla some time. And than in a similar fashion to Grodd he leaps over to a cage just opposit Grodd, somehow able to hold on. He looks around at the buildings structure. He leans over to a thick beam to balance himself with one hand as he signs out "Guess you gonna have to keep up!" and sticks out his tongue at them!

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The two begin to shoot more at Grodd and Kid, small laser blasts potent enough to harm even a Gorilla form a perfect cross pattern as Grodd leaps up higher and stomps his feet, telekinetic rage causing the whole building to crumble. A few stored barrels at the top begin to roll down the awning. Grodd signs, "You JACKASSES! What gives you the right?" He would turn them into mud telepathically but can't blow his cover since this chance might not come again but as he hears the roar from Kid he has a suspicion and reaches out, quietly, . o O "Who are you?"

Kid has posed:
Kid flips the plumbers the bird, before swinging onto the beam, doing his best to dodge the lasers. Without a second thought he moons the plumbers signing "KISS MY ARSS!" before dodging away from an oncomming lazor. As he is about to swing up though he hears a voice in his head. It gives him pause as he looks around perhaps bewilder. It was just enough destraction that he was lazered right in the shoulder. He tumbles off the beam and barely catches the cage. He was in obviouse pain, but couldn't think about that now. As the lazor aim up...a new illusion forms below. Rattlesnakes to startle the plumbers. While that going on he begins to ascende once more, just dodging an oncomming barrel after landing on the awning. He looks around, as if to figure out who spoke to his mind.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The plumbers switch up, climbing up a few of the ladders and sonicing the windows in the building behind the Gorillas as Grodd jumps up and downa nd back and forth tossing a barrel at two of the idiots. One of them dodges but barely. The plumbers seem utterly immune to the telepathic effects but do 'see' the snakes at the same time and act startled but then are genuinely afraid for a moment then ignore tem and shoot more lasers. . o O "It's me. I don't know who these guys are but we need to work together.

Kid has posed:
Kid realizes it comming from Grodd and he stares at him. He had the look of any human who would come face to face with a telepathic gorilla. A bit ironic considering the situation. He just nods slowly...very slowly. His mind going a hundred miles a minut.
He signs "Alright. Got your lead monkey man" yes he just called grodd a monkey. he leaps up to another awning, and than up some ladders. On this level were more barrels and he signs "Incomming!" and he begins picking them up and rolling them down towards Grodd. They were banana barrels of all things

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The evil plumbers begin to climb up the fire escape. Grodd sends another barrel down towards them. One dodges, the other does not, as he looks a bit concussed. Grodd is not a happy person but the barell that was sent by Kid hits the other one who gets pushed against the wall and drops his plunger. Grodd grins and signs, "Excellent job!

Kid has posed:
Let out a harsh beastial laugh at the sight. Now this was fun! He signs "We are not out of this yet. We still got one to go!" in reference to the plumber who didn't drop the plunger.
Kid reaches behind his back and pulls out a screw driver. With quick accuracy he quickly begins undoing the hinges on a nearby sign just over the plunger. He signs "Watch your head" and with a snap, the sign tumbles down towards the plunger.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The other plumber get hit by the sign and flies back....only to reveal circuits! They are robot plumbers. Grodd signs, "Well that explains why i couldnt use telepathy on them..." the other gets up...but damaged. If he has more spark in him, he has less. Almost like he had one less life or something. Both continue to move up the fire escape.

Kid has posed:
Kid signs "Whoa....neat! Except the whole trying to kill us bit." he narrowly avoids another plunger attack, being forced to jump to an even higher spot. He pushes himself agaist a wall to avoid another attack. This time he reaches out telepathically o o O "Any ideas how we stop em monkey man?"

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd puts his hand to his chin. Time to use his mind and these things are a threat that he has to take a chance on his cover. "We need to build something to fry their circuits..." he looks at an air conditioner near the wall, "We can repurpose the coolant in that with..." he looks around and sees a transformer on a nearby powerline, "That....we can temporarily electrify the fireecape and make sure we arent touching it.

Kid has posed:
o o O "Got you covered monkey man. Here" he reaches behind himself and tosses Grodd a tool belt. The plumber are not the only equipped fellas here! o o O "I expect those back" Kid than begins moving as quick as he can across beams and supports towards the powerline.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
The plumbers send pulse waves at the landing that Grodd is on but he dodges them, leaping over to grab the air conditioner and unscrew the thing from the wall and sets to motion, reconfiguring the coolant as fast as he can in ways that work quite well and do not make logical sense to someone incapable of super science. He is fast, very fast but it is still taking time.

Kid has posed:
Kid is lucky in that the plumber really want Grodd! But Kid understood the gorilla would need time. It is than that Kid drops his human disguise, revealing himself to infact be a Gorilla who actually looked even larger than Grodd! Though Kid himself doesn't look like any known Gorilla (including gorilla city ones). He let out a roar to try and get one of the plumbers attention. And all this was being done underwork. With a practice hand and his own tools, Kid was begining to rewire the transformer. He wasn't as quick as grodd in this regard, but he clearly knew what he was doing

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd is not quite finished when the first one is right near him. Reaching with primal rage and telekinis he stomps on the platform which shakes everything. The plumber falls to the bottom, stutters and starts to run right up, not even pretending to be human. Grodd grunts and says, out loud this time, "Hurry!

Kid has posed:
Kid works as quick as he can o o O "Working on...Got it!" comes kids mind. Transformer in hand and carefully held so he is not electricuted, he moves to the beam and back to Grodd. Once position over the fire-escape, he poses ready to drop the live transformer.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd grabs the transformer and shrieks as one happy ape. He connects the two components together and then fuses them with a twist of two or three wires, unleashing the power of a single thrust as he leaps in the air to not be affected as lightning jolts in and out of the fire escape for a single moment frying both robots. It seems to go on forever but finally stops as Grodd lands with a satisfied grunt.

Kid has posed:
Kid let out a beastial chuckle at seeing the bots fri. He even goes so far as to pound his chest in victory! He soon jumps and rolls as he nears the ground, landing. His was a heavily scarred Gorilla and had wraps on one arm and his shoulder. He goes over and begins trying to tear into the robots as he reassumes his human disguise. o o O "so...there are other like me... who are you?"

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd grunts and smiles, . o O "Name is Grodd. I am leader of Gorilla City. I am trying to teach the humans a lesson their prejudice by faking less intelligence than I actually have. So far it is working well, but I have enemies. Powerful enemies and that was something I had not anticipated

Kid has posed:
Kid freezes and slowly turns to look at Grood. He looked stunned as he slowly rises o o O "...it...it is real? Gorilla City?" it looks as if his mind was just blown. He was in legitmate shock as he has difficulty processing this. He looks around. o o O "...how does...a place that not supposed to exist have enemies?"

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd says, "oh its very real. I grew up there." He mentally chuckles, . o O "I rule it. I also live to protect it which is what I am doing in this smelly 'anima; shelter. Your mental signature seems...familiar."

Kid has posed:
Kid eyes dart and suddenly he seemed much more aggressive. He was radiating anger...a growing rage from a haunted past. o o O "You...grew up there. You....rule it. How...how long?" his body was tensing up as he physically speaks. The voice was harsh as if it hasn't been used in years "How long" he demands.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd cocks his head from side to side. "Gorilla City has existed for hundreds of years. What is it to you human?" He crouches defensively now, ready to defend himself but not quite so quick to turn on ally that just helped him. Grodd's telepathic presence is MUCH stronger now and Kid can sense that he is the stronger mind, even if Grodd hasn't penetrated his illusion just yet.

Kid has posed:
And Kid didn't care. A teenager already dares to challege authroity and those with greater power. An enraged one? Even more so. He roars out completly forgetting his illusion was up "Where were you!?!?!?!" he charge Grodd to tackle him to the ground. Memories of his past, the vague ones of being in the jungle ones, the ones of feeling other gorillas die, the memories of being experimented on for years, confined to a tiny cage "WHERE!?!?!?! WHAT KIND OF LEADER ARE YOU!?!?!" did Grodd deserve the blame, or even know where all this was comming from? Likely not - but Grodd was the closest thing to family he has met...and only one within the warped landscape in his mind that he can blame in this moment of rage

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd unleashes his own rage right back; though of course the smart thing would be to manipulate that. "I. DIDN'T. KNOW." Which is, remarkably enough true. Had he known he would have made it his singular mission to rescue Kidd. "None of us did," though he is now pouring through Kid's memories trying to find out just who or what DID do this so he can crush them.

Kid has posed:
"Lies!" Kid was out of control. He was a torrent of rage - which was only being fueld by freeling Grodds rage. Gone was the sensible mind and all that was left was a beast. His illusion drops away once more, unable to be held at this point. Kid memories revealed that he knew very little infomation, his memoriy and mind warped by the very experiments...or his own subconciouse trying to protect him from the pain. But there was a hidden memory...a dangerous one. Even now - they were tracking Kid, able to keep track of the Gorilla.
Other infomation that could be gleamed was that it was A group of humans who specifically hunted for telepathic gorillas. Wishing to experiment on them as test subject to see how to improve themselves. The memories bled into each other as it become far to painful for Kid to relive in this moment.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd grunts and has more experience, more power and frankly more darkness than Kid and finally he simply pulses the absolute truth of his statement, "We are going to find them and deal with them." He begins to pulse calm and trust on his new citizen. "I am sorry for your pain and your loss. We did not know. But we will make them pay. We will find them...and make them all pay.

Kid has posed:
While Kid was an emotional mess, Grodd experince and power helped overun Kids reaction. It was amazingly easy actually - Kid was /very/ easy to manipulate emotionly. And while he was not as powerful as Grodd...the potential could be felt. Kid slowly calms down. He looks to Grodd not understanding why he suddenly felt trust towards the other Gorilla. Like anyone who just comes out of a rage, he was mostly confused. He nods slowly suddenly falling back to that mute like state.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd feels a brief moment of glee like a shiny button waiting to be pushed but sadly Kid was a Gorilla and thus worthy of some protection and respect. "Better. Now. You are still being tracked by these fools, did you know that?

Kid has posed:
Kid growls, kept only in check by Grodd. He shakes his head and began looking around, paranoid. There was terror there. His signing was irregular "Have to go. Can't go back....won't go back" his illusion comes back up "Have to leave."

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd says, "No, you can't go back. But two aces in the hole young Gorilla. First..." he hands him a communicator, "You can get a hold of me at any time. And second..." he hands him a small tiny box. Where did THAT come from? "It's a one way teleport to a safehouse. I will instruct them to expect you. We will find out who these people are...and crush them...later."

Kid has posed:
"Them?" he signs after taking the communicator and tiny box. It was starting to actually click in his head. There ARE other gorillas. Talking gorilla. Telepathic gorillas? Kid doesn't object, he merely nods and signs "..I...will come. But...i...I need some time" to just get his head around this. His entire world just fliped twice in the span of an hour! Once knowing about other gorillas and another knowing he was being tracked.

Gorilla Grodd has posed:
Gorilla Grodd says, "Take the time you need. And if you keep that communicator, I can find you later. Meanwhile, I need to get back to the schelter. Take care Kid."

Kid has posed:
Kid nods and stuffs the items into his backpack. The young gorilla quickly skitters away. It clear he has alot to go through in his head...but it was likely he would indeed be seeing Grodd again, eventually
