Taking notes

Synopsis:	Miyako and Kaelyn talk briefly of graffiti and argumentative books.

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore is wandering town, looking here and there in a sort of vaguely aimless fashion with a small memo book in hand. Right now, she's on foot, sticking fairly close to the local fire station. Hmmm.

She taps her chin lightly, sniffing at the air and jotting down a brief note with a frown, looking behind a dumpster before stepping away in dissapointment. More sniffing at the air. Mildly bothered.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae is well, she's outside her shop, currently the woman is using an old school hand-tied broom to sweep out the outside dining area and then later the front of the doorstep... She glances around now curiously, stepping away from the broom, which is still sweeping by the way. She walks over to a table, picks up a mug and takes a long drink from it before making her way back to the broom to start sweeping some more.

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore wanders past the store and crinkles her nose, then idly walks around the building, looking behind things. She frowns. A lot. "Ugh, this whole place stinks. I can't find ANYTHING." She slumps a bit and frowns, then wanders over in search of something to drink. She waves quietly, not even paying attention to the broom. She had to have seen it, so just.. not weird enough? "Hi."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae blinks and stares at MIyako curiously and ummms "What's stinking?" She inhails and looks around curiously... "SMells like fresh coffee and food right now..." She adds... Then taps her chin "A little incense too.."

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore sighs and looks down. "I don't know. I can never find anything around here! I think there MIGHT? be some very bad graffiti around? But it hasn't gone bad yet, so it isn't.. smelly." She frowns. "I don't know how to explain that better. I'm sorry." She digs out the hand cream and puts some more on, stretching her hands.

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Ke blinks and stares at Miyako some more "Ummmm.... Ooookay?" She asks curiously. She then tilts her head to the left... "What's making this place stink?" She asks now.

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore frowns. "I don't know. The big area spell is gone now, but there's something here. Ish. Maybe. I haven't found it, and I don't know where to look. But somebody said they heard a rumor of some weird graffiti in town somewhere, and.. Well, that's usually a problem. Have you seen any? Because it would be nice to find it before there are mind-breaking eldritch monsters wandering around town..." Frustrated sigh. "I don't even know if it's true."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae oooh's and rubs at her neck again, letting the broom do the cleaning "Ummm I've not seen any wierd grafitti... I don't usually get out very often, cept to source materials and stuff for my art..." She adds and then umms "SInce when were there mind-breaking eldritch thingies?"

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore hmms, "Someone has some weird ink, and they draw insane drawings with it, and then later something comes out of it and stirs up trouble. But I only find out after they start trouble. It's really frustrating. Keep an eye out?" She looks down and sighs. Frustration without release. She resolves to take some me time in the middle of the project. "How have you been doing? I'm getting sick of walking around lost."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae peers and nods again... "Well yer in Sunnyvale, with a good map you'll be fine. Right?" She says cheerfully again, and now sits down to drink her drink....

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore hmmms. "Maybe." She ponders a bit. and sits down. "Do you have any books you need to know more about or anything? I should at least offer to be helpful."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae tilts her head and ummms.. "Allways hunting new books..." She says and grins a bit.,.. "I like checking all the old stores and networking with other magi to find as many as I can..."

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore nods. "I can read paper." She shrugs faintly. "Not just the ink on it. If you need to know anything about any books you are looking at. I don't know much about the ink bit though."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae oohs and then stares "You can't read the ink on paper SO you can't read books?" She asks curiously, now tilting her head as she leans forward.

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore hmms? "I can read ordinary books. I tried reading a magic book once, and it felt like a bit of an argument. I put it back down. I'm not sure why though." She hmmms. "But I can tell you about paper. Where it came from, things like that."

Kaelyn Silverleaf has posed:
Kae blinks and rubs at the back of her neck "First time for everything I guess... First I've heard of that kinda condition..." She says and taps at her chin, may have to do soem research...."

Origami has posed:
Miyako Moore nods. "That would be good. It's why I don't read magic books. I have a relationship with the page, not the ink." She shrugs and smiles a bit. "I appreciate anything you can find, though.."
