What Happens At Convention...

Synopsis:	Tim, Kid, and Zach happen upon each other at an electronic convention.

Red Robin has posed:
Manhattan, the perfect place for a Tech Expo, though it's not so much a hardware expo as it is software. A few of the big software companies have their newest programs showing, one in particular is DrakeOS, with it's newest iteration being that of an OS made FOR gamers, as in it keeps the ram down and ustilized the best graphics, lesser computers can do more based soley on the driver code.

On the other side of this Expo, is also Youtubers, one in particular is Tim Drake, or Timiplier, who a lot of people have come out to see, he has also made it known that his company Drake Softworks, showing off his newest OS for people.

"As you can see, this not only cleans out alot of dummy code found in alot of games and video card drivers, but it also is intuitive, and is able to handle VR like a champ." he says with a smile to a gathering of tech heads who are looking over the displays.

Kid has posed:
Well this was certainly an oppertunity! Most times Kid was interested in the hardware side of things. How to build and create machines was something of a passion, he was even making his own car. But the idea of software was semi-new to him! And so he decided to check out this expo.

As he walked in, he very much resembled a very large brutish individual. He wore jeans and boots, and a very large sweater, along with a backpack. His head was up, a concealing one really for all intents and purposes, hding his features.
    But none the less he stops by the youtuber section of things to listen to Timiplier speak. He wondered if it was truely THAT good as he begins to look over the displays. Though he couldn't help but pick up a display to look it over more closely and curiously

Zachary Zatara has posed:
In a significantly more modest booth, the Great Zatara (no, not the //Great// Zatara, but his nephew) is showing off magic tricks. This has actually become one of the rare times the teenager actually explains the mechanics behind his illusions. A grand opportunity for any of his fans, but he was not aware that he'd be competing with a bigger name and brand.

He is grumbly about it, to say the least. In grey pants and a black t-shirt that reads 'I DON'T BELIEVE IN MAGIC' in sparkly purple print, he leans over to describe how he just managed to slice his arm with a playing card. "It's all sleight of hand. Distractions are everywhere. If you don't pay attention, you'll miss it. I'll do it slower this time. See if any of you guys can catch it."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim walks over to the rather hulking person and smiles. "Interested? It;s really a work of genius." Well he wrote it himself, but he can't tell people that he is one of the worlds best hackers and coders. "If you are interested ,I could get you a Beta copy, the full release will be in march, but I am looking for a few more testers for this." he says, but notices Zach and chuckles. "Speaking of things that might be magical." he says as he points to the magic booth and decides to walk over, of course, Kid is more than welcome to walk with him, Tim looks to be the type to be very open.

Kid has posed:
Kid sets down the display and follows along. He begins to sigh - american sign language by the looks of it. "Is it useful for making robots and stuff?" he signs. A thick bracer/watch on his wrist does the speaking for him. For the observant...this hulking person had extreamly hairy hands, and greyish-green skin.
    That being said he WAS watching Zatara by the time they walk over. Paying attention to the magic trick. But he still kept his hood and head down.

Zachary Zatara has posed:
The trick is done again, and the fans and amateur magicians around Zatara still look dumbfounded when the once intact playing card goes directly through his arm without leaving a mark on his olive skin. He lets out a soft sigh but noticeably perks up when Timiplier and his hulking friend approach.

"Ah, if it isn't visitors from the other side?" He grins, flashing a perfect set of white teeth. "Unfortunately, all your programming skill won't help you decipher true magic!" He's showboating and trying to attract some of the people that were at the other YouTuber's station.

With a flick of his finger, he sends a top hat stationed on the booth sliding towards Tim's feet. "Lift the hat. If you dare."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim knows the slieght of hand stuff, he knows it very well, it's when real magic comes into play when he is out of his element, but again, he cant show how skilled he actualy is, because that might let out a whole host of problems. "I DO dare!" he says as he lifts the hat, wondering what trick is going to be played on him.

Kid has posed:
Kid cants his head at the showboating. He signs "...is that not the point of true magic? it is indecipherable?" He was a bit confused on the matter now. But he watched the hat slide over with a blink and peers at it with distrust. He seen...a much less fun version of this trick one too many times. He slides away from Tim to watch from a safe distance.

Zachary Zatara has posed:
Moments before Tim Drake touches the hat, Zatara breathes out a whisper, barely able to be heard over the gasps of his growing audience. "Ekaf sdrib epacse morf eht tah..."

But that's nothing but nonsense, right? Or perhaps gibberish uttered too quietly for it to be comprehended.

Regardless, as the hat is lifted from the floor by Zatara's newest assistant, a wink is given to the giant figure signing (Zach assumes that he's impressed) and three pure white doves burst from that spot into the ground, soaring into the ceiling.

"Presto!" And they promptly burst into mini fireworks that land safely on the floor as mere confetti. Did Zachary break this building's animal and fire policy? Perhaps. But the applause that spreads through this corner of the convention is more than worth it.

Red Robin has posed:
Chuckles. "Oh wow, okay I have a trck for you." he says, deciding that he ought to show one small non magical trick, and he twirls the hat and places it on Kid's head, after showing that there's nothing in the hat. "He then takes out a watch. "Now, see the watch?" he says as he stuffs it onto his hand and smacks the back of his closed fist before opening the hand to show that there isn't anything in his hand now. "Oh my goodness, I seem to have misplaced my watch, good sir in the tophat, might you have seen my watch.' he says as he motions towards the hat, where funny enough, the watch can be found under it.

Kid has posed:
Kid gives Tim an incredulouse look as he place a hat on his head. He actually even GROWLS at Tim sounding much more like an animal than one would expect. But he at least doesn't do anything rash and simply listens.
    At the motioning...he removes the top hat only to find the watc slipping off his hoodie and into his massive hand. He blinks and shows everyone the revealed watch!

Zachary Zatara has posed:
Zatara's eyes widen a touch. "Oh, wow," He shakes his head, clearly surprised by the trick and presses forward as if this was all part of the plan. "I didn't know I was dealing with practitioners of the trade. It seems we may have magicians of you yet, Timiplier and..." He glances at Kid and gives him a one over. "What did you say your name was again?"

Red Robin has posed:
"Anyone can do it with practice." Tim says with a smile. "It's all slight of hand and.." he holds up a second watch, right next to the one Kid has. "Deception." he says with a smile as he placed one watch on his wrist, though doesnt reach for the other watch, probably a gift for kid for being a good sport.

Kid has posed:
Kid was looking over the watch, trying to figure out how it got there. He looks into the hat, but sees nothing special there. He than looks up at the ceiling as if there were answers. His hood falls off at this point, revealing the hulking man to infact be a gorilla.
    He looks back down at Zatara's question and blinks. He signs "Jua" his watch speaking out the very very short name. He looks to Tim again as he says deception and chuckles at the thought.

Zachary Zatara has posed:
Okay, Zatara's eyes widen even more at the reveal of a gorilla as do the eyes of members of the crowd. He collects himself quickly, coughing to gain the attention of the muttering crowd. "Name's Zachary Zatara, as I am sure you already know. Nice to meet you...Jua." And with a gesture, the top hat comes back to Zachary. "Thanks you two for participating."

Red Robin has posed:
Tim smiles. "Was a nice trick with the birds, anyway, I'll have to see you both around, I have a presentation to make with my new OS." he says as he waves to Zach, and gives Kid, or Jua, a pat on the back, not bothered that the man is a intelligent gorilla, people are people all the same.

Kid has posed:
Jua notices the widening eyes of Zatara and the crowd. He grunts and quickly puts his hood back on. He still isn't used to being in a crowd as himself. He signs "Nice to meet you too...Zachary. And uh...Timiplier" was that his real name? Kid was wondering that now
