Arc has posed:
Adams County, Pennsylvania.

Its about midday and the sun is high in the sky. In a small town, a young woman who looks nearly anorexic is out walking. That woman is Rikki Reilly. The small number of people who pass her by don't seem to notice or really care about her situation. The tight knit attitude of the area shows full well.

A mother and daughter walk past her. The daughter can't be more than five. Somehow she breaks away from her mom and starts running towards a small toy store which happens to be across a semi busy street.

Few would truly see what happens next. The thunderous rush of air and the crackle of electricity resounds as a streak of orange moves into the street, grabs the kid an returns them to their mom. It happens so fast, even the traffic cameras wouldn't truly get a good look at what just happened.

Red Robin has posed:
Sunglasses on, a long leather coat and his hair brushed back. You wouldent know it's Tim, nor any Hero for that matter.

After the comotion, and of course traffic cameras don't have the fps that His own tech has, even if it's only a single frame of it. Tim leans against a wall as the woman walks past him. "A speedster, not shocked to see one outside of Keystone... Though I've been looking for you, Arc." he says in a quiet voice as he holds up a Card. "Alvin Draper, I reprisent someone who is looking for people with certain.... skills." he says as he looks her over. "Interested in doing more than just small time heroics?" While the small time heroics are good, and needed, sometimes a person needs the bigger stuff.

Arc has posed:
The young speedster looks at the guy. That actually shook her a bit. "I've not been called that in a while.". Rikki looks pretty rough to be honest. Like she is starving herself. "Not since Westchester if I am completely honest."

She immediately begins studying the man. "You've been looking for me? Why? The last time I did anything I wound up possessed by a demon and was running round the world causing mayhem." She snickers, "I was quite literally a Speed Demon."

Red Robin has posed:
The man chuckles. "Like I said, new beggining, do somthing more than the small stuff." He says as he places his card in her hand. "Text the number on the back, you'll be alerted when there is a meeting, and meet your new benifactor, also, as a startup." he tosses her a bank card. "Two thousand, should be enough to get you to NYC, think about it, if you decide no, then the money is still yours." He says as he pushes off the wall and starts to walk away. "Oh... and if will be the hardest trainning you have ever endured, but a small price to pay to make the world a safer place."

Arc has posed:
Rikki looks at the card and then the back for the number to text. In a blink she's right in front of the man, "In case you didn't notice, I'm not doing so hot. In fact, If I don't come up with a more steady means of keeping my caloric intake up, I'm not going to be around much longer. I have exhausted the money I got from my family's passing... I grew much of my own food and it still wasn't enough. I want to help others. I want to save the world. I'm terrified of my own power cause it cost me everything but... I have thought about it enough. I'm going to New York City I guess. See you when you get there."

Well she is certainly cocky enough to be a speedster. Then again, a run from PA to NYC is a morning jog for her really. "I think its time to sell my house."

Tim nods and turns to get int ohis car, The ol' Alvin Draper persona is comming in handy, though he notes that it's two others now. "Time to find out where Garfield is at." he says as he drives off...
