A young woman who seems a bit mousey is before you. She has dark hair, done in a pixie cut. It frames her soft white face well. The contrast between her flesh and her deep sapphire eyes is definitely eye catching. Her face is roundish and she has a full lips.

Looking down over her body, Its clear that either she is naturally very thin or hasn't been eating enough. She is slightly taller then most girls her age. Her hourglass build is nice but is almost remniscent of a model. She has long legs and rather small feet.

She is currently wearing a rather cute grey sweater which happens to have a little crossed lightning bolt patch on it, done in baby blue. A pair of tight pants clings to her legs, accenting them rather well and on her feet is a pair of old sneakers.

History

Born in Southern Pennsylvania, Rikki Riley was the daughter of Michael and Janet Riley. Residing in Lancaster County, Her Father worked as a Bank Manager while her mother opted to stay home, taking care of the young girl.

Her life was pretty normal. She had a flare for domestics like cooking and sewing. She would help her mom with these things when she was little and then she was taught how to do them. In school, She got into music, singing in the school chorus and playing the cello. Grade wise, She was smart but more focused on the things she enjoyed rather then applying herself to the school work. This caused her to look less intelligent then she actually is.

Her Sweet 16th birthday was really not so sweet. Her parents decided to take her out for a nice dinner. On their way there, a storm moved in. Strong winds howled and lightning flared across the sky. As they stopped at a stoplight. A powerline snapped and came crashing down on the roof of their SUV. The Vehicle shut down immediately. Inside they were safe for the time being but rather then stay in, Her parents began panicking. They jumped out of the car, being careful not to complete the circuit between the vehicle and the ground. Once they were out they told Rikki to open the door and jump to them. She did. As she touched the ground, her parents took hold of her to embrace her. Just then, lightning struck behind her parents. The shockwave from the strike threw the family against the SUV.

A few days later, Rikki awakened to the sound of hospital equipment beeping. She survived. Her parents however weren't so lucky. Rikki recovered from her injuries with only minor scarring. Her rate of recovery was unbelievably fast. Her body was badly burnt and she healed within a week. She was released into a new life, without her parents.

For 6 months, she was a shell of the girl she used to be. The constant reminders of her parents. Being alone. The pain of it all. The mourning never seemed to end. On top of this, she was having a problem, She was burning through her parents life insurance money. Her appetite had become near insatiable. She wasn't putting on weight, in fact she was losing weight. On top of this her sense of time seemed to be way off. The only thing she could think was it had to do with her being away from her parents, So, she ran. She took off running, leaving her life behind. As she ran, lightning began forming around her. This freaked her out. It didn't click that it wasn't hurting her. She was trying to run from it. It was a hellish memory and all she wanted was to be free of it. A few minutes later, she was in New York City. She had no idea how she got there. Since then, she's been hiding out in an abandoned apartment, using what little money she has left to try to survive. Sadly this also means having to have sticky fingers just to get by.

Rikki is a very much withdrawn and rather broken young woman. This largely has to do with the fact that she is still in mourning over her parents. When she is not broken up, she is a kind and caring young woman. She has a great respect for others and wants to help as best she can. She loves to cook and sew clothing. Cello is also one of her favorite things in the world. She hates seeing people mistreated and will put herself in harms way to keep it from happening as well as help people out as best she can with food or patching up clothing.

ACCELERATED FUNCTIONALITY
Due to the Speed Force flowing through her, Everything about Rikki is far faster then a normal human. She processes information at ungodly speeds, allowing her to function at high speeds without being hurt. While this can help her to learn things in a hurry, she also forgets faster as well. For her to retain information she must actually use it and study just as a person without such speed would.

ENHANCED AGILITY
Rikki is able to react to things coming at her with precision movements. This isn't because of training but because to her, a bullet isn't exactly as fast as it used to be and is fully dodgeable or even catchable.

ENHANCED HEALING
Rikki's body functions extremely fast. As such its ability to heal is amplified allowing her to heal much faster then a normal person. Bones heal in a day or two, minor injuries within hours. Limbs do not regenerate.

SPEED FORCE AURA
Running at blinding speeds is not without its problems. Thankfully the Speed Force protects those its closely connected to in the form of an Aura. This aura keeps Rikki safe from the negative effects of speed. Namely the impact of debris, Friction, Wind resistance, and the strain on a persons clothing! This Aura extends to anyone she touches at High speed allowing her to rush in, pick someone up and take them to safety without ever slowing down.

SPEED FORCE CONDUIT
When Rikki's body was made part of a very high powered circuit, She became imbued with the speed force. This allows her to move at insane speeds and simply function at a much faster pace then the world around her. This also makes her noticeable to other speed force users. At present her top speed is around Mach 3. This may increase in time but for now that is her cap.

VIBRATION
As a speedster, Rikki is able to vibrate her body at super speed. If she can get the get the frequency right, she is able to phase through objects. She still has a lot to learn about it. She can also vibrate her voicebox to disguise her voice.

VORTICES

Using her speed, Rikki is able to generate vortices. This is mainly done by running around in circles. Other forms are possible but she really doesn't know them yet. With this ability she can whip up tornados beyond an EF5 level, well over 200 mph sustained winds. Doing this though can cause a lot of damage so she tends to limit herself to a max of 100mph unless absolutely necessary. In time, with training, She will be able to use this to ability with her arms and feet pushing things away, pulling them in or even preventing things from falling.

COOKING
Rikki was taught to cook at a young age and she does so frequently. Its one of her last connections to her family.

MUSIC
Rikki can sing and play the cello. She's not an expert but she does try her best.

PICKPOCKET
One of those regrettable skills, She needed to learn to supplement her funds by lifting pocket change.

SEWING

Rikki is able to mend clothing or even make new clothes due to having learned from her mother.

Rikki's parents both had life insurance policies. Both are getting rather thin due to the large amount Rikki needs to eat to survive.

FEAR OF LIGTHNING
Losing one parent to lightning would be enough to freak a person out. Losing both would scar a person mentally. Losing both and getting put into a coma only to wake up and find out that you survived when your parents didn't? That will make a person terrified of lightning. Throw in the fact that When she runs, lightning is a side effect and you have a recipe for a powered individual who is literally terrified of their powers.

METABOLISM
Rikki needs to eat. And Eat. And Eat. And for a change of pace, Eat. Her Metabolism is high enough that she can make Olympic runners blush with the amount she needs to intake. Still, its her tradeoff for superpowers. If she doesn't get enough food though, she can starve to death and quickly.

ORPHAN
When Rikki lost her parents she lost a part of herself. She was really close with them, Especially her mother. She has spent a lot of time trying to rediscover herself.

THE CALL

Like all Speed Force Speedsters, When Rikki pushes herself she can feel the call of the speed force to her. If she pushes too hard, she could potentially enter the speed force which can result in being lost.
