Samuel Guthrie will lead the two down and into the control room of the dager rom, letting them look over the empty room. "Welcome to the Danger room, where you can see most anything you can imagine."

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir follows after Rachel, flips through notes and furrows her brow. "Okay, I'm thinking of the changes now, go ahead and read them. Mostly it's fit and design. I'll need softer soles and lighter boots in general if I'm gonna be the party rogue, even if pebbles on cement might suck. I'm just gonna have to get used to it. Need a better way to get quick access to my bare hands, too. I have some notes."

She looks around. "Makes sense. I don't need much, myself. Not sure how I'm gonna do much with this yet, though."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks over to her, and says "Ok, Erika, do you understand, why i want you to be trained for when you do not have items to use with you?"

Erika Kristasdottir sighs some. "Yeah. Do you understand that if nasty people want to hurt me, the nasty people are probably trained and carrying stuff? I mean, they're basically delivering the stuff TO me, you know? But anyway, I'm not totally useless without stuff."

She sighs a bit. She's seen her friends attacked. She's run over the scenarios a few times. She made miniatures for her friends. "Look, just... I know, okay? Just give me the setup."

Samuel Guthrie will sit down and type at the lkeyboard"Your not to use tihs program unless you have an authorized user working the controls. He will trype a bit more, and you will see a group os kids ranging from 14-17 or so walk in. Three boys and three girls, along with an odd thin robot looking thing. "The kids you see before you are some of the original new mutants. Which one of them has something that your going to be able to take from them and stop them.

Marvel Girl has posed:
Rachel Grey Cocks her head as she follows into the room and looks around.. Something is suddenly wrong because she's almost instantly wreathed in fire ! even her outfit shifts back to what it was as she seems to blaze.. her voice full of RAGE "Where is this abomination of technology from ! " .

Erika Kristasdottir tilts her head a moment. "My bet is on Moonstar, but it's still not great odds. Is there terrain here?"

Then Rachel goes up in flames. "Oh, jeez." She dives off to the side and does a good shoulder roll, coming up in guard facing her. "Mind not blowing me up because you're triggered by hell if I know?"

Samuel Guthrie looks over and says "Calm down Rach, it is a mix of earthen, Shi'ar, and probably a few others that the Prof and the other guys have found and used it." He will stand and says "It aint going to hurt ya hon, it is set not to hurt folks."

Marvel Girl has posed:
Rachel Grey Is clearly ready for battle her flaming arms are ready to tear the machines to bits! clearly, she doesn't like sh'ar anything "Shi'ar scum! "is about all she manages.. her eyes seem to dim for a moment and she holds her head " ohhh " .

Erika Kristasdottir gnashes her teeth and spits out something in Icelandic that would absolutely get her in trouble if anyone else in the room was fluent, and tries to find something to take cover behind - in the space of the room, the only thing that's obvious is the sim-New Mutants, and they're a bit far. She edges that way anyways, maybe she can dive behind Sunspot if Rachel decides to go nuclear for some reason.

"What the hell, Rachel? Do I put you on the hand grenade list too, now? My God. Any other triggers we should know about? I'd kind of like to know these things before I have to dive for cover?" She breathes a bit heavily, all loaded with adrenaline now.

Samuel Guthrie will stand and look into Rachel's eyes. He will move to her, and braveing the flame put his hand gently on the side of her face to look into her eyes "Rachel this stuff is just machine it is not sentient, it can not hurt you." He thinks it is a whole robot thing. "This is what we used to train to fight, we are safe here, nothing here is going to do more than knock you on your ass, and bruice ya maybe but no lasting harm."

Marvel Girl has posed:
Hot hot hot yep sam's getting hot! as she holds her head and seems to be fighting with something inside her cause she's sputtering between blue and Red for some reasons as they hear " No! My body ! " then she flares red and her eye's Blaze for just a moment before she Stops and the flames go out.. She grabs the wall to hold herself up.

Erika Kristasdottir sighs loudly and takes some deep breaths. After a few seconds, she offers, "Are you okay? Is there something going on?" She debates between approaching to be reassuring - not her best skill sometimes - or basically anything else. Eventually, she roams over toward the controls and tries to puzzle them out a bit. Maybe she can do something useful with them for the situation.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie is suddenly sun burnt and will winces but he moves to help Rachel steady herself. He will look at her and says "You ok Rach?" He asks, blinking and at least his eyelids are not burnt.

Marvel Girl has posed:
Rachel Grey Frowns holding onto the wall then sam and looks around " What happened.. what the hell " She says clearly confused " We were coming to some room and then somebody in the force " she shakes her head holding it.

Souvenir has posed:
Erika Kristasdottir inspects the controls, looking for documentation. Hmmm. Well, Rachel's.. event.. happened when Sam added the New Mutants, so what's the command log here? Can I command them to exit, or undo? She fiddles a bit, carefully trying to figure out the basics without reading anything, since she doesn't want to do that prematurely and not have the option later.

"You looked around, screamed, and went nuclear. Kind of a total surprise, right?"

Samuel Guthrie looks to her and says "Not quite sure what happened, but you sorta zoned out when ya saw the stuff here." I the control room there is a few documents but not alot, the room with the new mutants is pretty blank.

Marvel Girl has posed:
Rachel Grey Frowns she holds her head " The shi'ar they did something.. makes the phoenix angry or something inside it angry " she says as she stumbles clearly trying to leave the room not wanting to be in here anymore.. she's also clearly in no condition to keep fighting it's like all the fight just left her.

Erika Kristasdottir blows hair out of her face in frustration, looking at the small pile of papers.

One of the rich genotypical girls in one of her classes knows how to speed read. She goes through a lot of pens.

Pens -1. Erika starts flipping through every bit of paperwork she can find, committing as much information to memory as she can, then scanning through help files quickly, reading five lines at a time back and forth. Her eyes flick up to Rachel, then down as she opens the door from the panel. "Get some rest, you look wiped out."

Samuel Guthrie says, "come on, we will set this up another time. He motions Erika to head with them. "Only when people are here to run it." He tells her "Lets get on bakc upstairs.""

Rachel Grey Clings to sam she's clearly not able to stand straight , like all the energy was taken out of her.. lease mentally fighting off that fragment kinda struck her like a blow and she's trying to figure out what happened.

Erika Kristasdottir mmm-hmmms, scrolling through the index, then sighing. "Okay. I'll have to look it over later, I guess. I'm just.. trying to get an idea." She sighs because Sam is about to get insistent. "Okay, fine. I'm coming." She touches the controls in a few places, trying to make sure she remembers later, then goes to offer Rachel a n arm to help carry her back to her bed.

Samuel Guthrie turns and clicks the buttons to turn stuff off. The last one to disappear is the friend they lost. He sighs softly and heads to help get Rachel to get some rest.
