Miss Martian has posed:
Early morning sunday, the New York branck of the US Mint is nearly deserted other than security...security forces which suddenly collapse as the air pressure in the building is quickly lowered to below the point where they can remain conscious. One of them says, "Good Job Skybreaker." Another, a humanoid that seems to be covered in leaves, says, "What has this to do with our purpose. The earth here is long dormant." The first speaker replies, "It is simple, why keep busting our butts to get money working for others, when we can simply print up as much as we will ever need and then pick and choose what jobs we want to do?"

The problem the four criminals have is none of them are security experts, so their arrival does not go un-noticed. The NYPD quickly issues a code 666....metahuman criminal activity alert.

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    That's the trouble with being unaffiliated. You don't even *know* about things like "code 666". You're unhooked from the broader community of heroes and as a result don't get events fed to you. "Luckily" for Dragonfly, however, Nancy wanted to hit a few spots in Manhattan today and, well, let's be honest: flying is a lot more convenient than driving or taking NYC's ageing (and scary!) subway. Maybe a run up Fifth? Maybe a visit to the Green Flea? And, of course, it's time to stop living like a nun now that money is coming back into the household. Anthropologie has a new line they've been advertising. It can't hurt to take a look, right?
    This is why Dragonfly finds herself sailing over the east side as she flies in from Brooklyn, looking down at the small, small people below. Including ... now that's weird. That guard looks unconscious and on the floor through the skylight. That can't be right, can it?
    Dragonfly sighs, glances over 5th Avenue way for a moment, then curses quietly to herself and starts a rapid descent.

Wonder Girl has posed:
The life of an Amazon warrior in training often involves early mornings and a whole lot of stuff that just tires a person out. That is all well and good when you are a normal person but when you're not exactly normal, They can REALLY push you hard. An early morning run, for instance. For a normal person who is in training, a 15 to 20 mile run is pretty average. For someone like Cassie Sandsmark, a 20 mile run is the tip of the iceburg.

The sun is just starting to peek over the horizon as Cassie makes her way through into New York City. Thats when she hears it. The alarms of the Federal Reserve. The young woman quickly makes her way in that direction.

Its a good thing that she is actually training. That means she is in her basic gear. From the steel Amazon bracers on her wrists, to the red tee with the 'Wonder' Logo emblazened across the chest. Her belt is around her waist with her lasso on the hip. Everything to say she is ready to do somethings but not really fully trained. She isn't wearing her armor after all. Not like she needs that most days.

Quickly she makes her way toward the reserve building. She's got no idea who or what is going on. All she knows is, its too early for this crap and someone needs sent back to bed... the hardway.

Miss Martian has posed:
M'gann is not human, and does a number of things differently than humans do. Sleeping, for example. She does sleep, but tends to do do by assuming an apparently inanimate form. Still, she does not need much sleep, so she is doind whsat she does...observing humans. In this case, she is observing the police. There were occasional criminals on Mars, but no police. It had to do with the long running war between the green martians and the pale (or white) martians...in Earth terms all Martians were tasked with making a citizen's arrest when criminals were discovered. Since Martian Judges were some of the most powerful telepaths, with deep probe abiliies and the ability to block the telepathy of others, criminals could not lie to them.

At least...that is what M'gann read...this was before she was born and before the death of Mars. The thing is, she is trying to figure out why humans have a specific class of people tasked with stopping crimminal activity. Therefore, she is following the SCU team being sent to the mint. She flies ahead, virtually invisible and looks around. The first one she spots is Dragonfly, flying over the building, but her telepathy assures her that the other is here to help. She flies up and fades into view saying, "I am Miss Martian, I am here to help. The police are on their way. I can see four people inside, two males, a plant creature, and a female. A Male in green and blue, a male in blue and white, the female in red and orange. The Male in blue and green is foing something with some machinary, the other three seem to be gathering up the security guards and keeping watch."

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    "Jesus!" Dragonfly stops dead in her descent, swatting aside Miss Martian reflexively ... without touching her. Then the words sink in.
    "Uh ... sorry about that," she says, a little sheepishly, looking over at where the Martian has been thrown. "You kinda surprised me is all. If your name is descriptive ... uh ... you may want to learn about this Earth custom called "knocking".
    Beat.
    "Dragonfly. That's what I go by. I ... uh ... appreciate the help. Knowing who's the bad guy is useful."

Wonder Girl has posed:
Wondergirl is unaware of the other heroes present. Even if she knew they were there, she wouldn't have the first incling of what they could do, or who they were. As she arrives at the federal reserve, she looks around for an entrance. Then she snickers. No open door? Open a door! She moves toward one of the locked doors and breaks the lock with incredible ease.

Quietly she sneaks in (Yeah she broke a door open and sneaked in). Her attention is on any odd sounds and especially voices in the area. Her heightened senses are definitely engaged as she continues moving around.

Miss Martian has posed:
Skybreaker detects Wonder Girl's entrance and alerts the others. Terraformerr giver her a little something to play with, as tiny seeds he left behind suddenly sprout and turn into giant vines that wrap themselves around the young Amazon.

Skybreaker casts about for other foes and detects the two flying over the building. He and Sunstreak fly up to confront the two intruders. Aquaduct gets the presses started on printing...

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    "I'm guessing those two coming up are part of the crew you say is attacking?" Dragonfly asks as she points to the intruders from below. "Time to earn my paycheque."
    With that she accelerates straight down, forgetting herself for a moment and cracking the sound barrier as she zips in for a closer look, flying past the rising pair at a respectful distance, letting the thunder of her sonic boom do the probing for her.
    The sound of shattering skylights and windows below her reminds her why she shouldn't be flying that fast so low.
    Her eyes watch the pair like a ... well ... dragonfly?... Similes fail her in her mental monologue.
    "We can do this the easy way or the hard way," she calls. A short pause. "Uh... the easy way is you surrender now," she adds unnecessarily, completely blowing her decently impressive entrance with the sonic boom.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark is suddenly finding herself slightly rooted. She glances down at the plants and sighs, "Really?! I don't like touching on the first date!" She begins breaking fines and working her way free so she can take flight. Her attention goes to terraformer. "If you want to play, here I am!" She takes off toward him.

The young woman isn't messing around. She grabs the lasso off her hip and sends it flying toward the Terraformer. "You just messed with the wrong woman."

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
What would the world be like without Ben Tennyson?!

Honestly, kind of like it is now but without a really cool kid turning into a bunch of awesomesauce aliens. Pretty much not a dang thing would be different. BUT! Then the arrival of Ben Tennyson to assist with such a blatant act of crime wouldn't be happening! But it is. It SO IS~

The DX Mark 10 speeds around the corner and comes to a halt in front of the reserve. How it managed to get around traffic probably has a lot to do with how the car has been souped up but the door opens and out hops Ben Tennyson! He's rocking his green leather jacket like he's the coolest hero in the world. Which is unironic because he thinks he is. Which maybe kind of makes it ironic because he isn't... or is he? Confusing, yes.

Ben takes a second to peer at the building and he takes off running towards it.

Miss Martian has posed:
Terraformer seems to split in two, one dodging left the other going right. Then he foes it again...now there seems to be 4 of him. Only one is the real one probably, the others are formed from the plants that are now sprouting all up and down the hall. Skybreaker uses his Aereokinesis, causing the air inside Dragonfly's lungs to compress to a small ball in the brachial tubes but leaving none in her alveolia. Not only can she not breathe, but has to resist her lungs IMPLODING and bleeding internally. Sunstreak starts shooting bolts of fire at M'gann who franticly dodges. Currently no one is aware of the arrival of Ben.

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    "What the...?!" Dragonfly only mouths that as the ability to move air over her vocal cords is greatly curtailed. Her face contorts in shock and pain. And anger. Her mind reaches out, directed by her right hand as a somatic focus, and grabs at Skybreaker, directing him at frightening speeds and Zen archer accuracy in a beeline toward the one throwing fire around the sky. She clutches at her throat with her left hand, desperately trying to find some way to get air into her lungs.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie notes the multiplied Terraformers. She missed the lasso toss onto him because he was splitting. So she puts her lasso back on her hip. "I guess I need to do a little gardening. Time to pull the weeds!" She takes off flying toward the first of the four. A solid punch is given. She's holding back, trying her best to not kill but to definitely knock out. Lots of self control. While she is being trained to go all out, It wouldn't be very heroic to go so far.

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
Ben actually opens the front door. There's a lot of ways in but for once he's decided to try the most logical option. He's even surprised when the door actually opens. "Didn't expect that to work. Cool." With that revelation said to himself, Ben can hear the commotion deeper into the building and takes off in that direction.

It only takes him a few moments to get to the drama that is unfolding. "Oh man. This is awesome. I mean, it's not actually awesome because, y'know, crime. BUT THIS IS AWESOME!" He lifts the sleeve up as he runs towards the all out free-for-all that's going on. There's a smirk that creeps onto his lips as he prepares for catch phrasing.

"IT'S HERO TIME!"

Ben leaps up and into the air, somersaulting towards the fight of a lifetime. He raises the Omnitrix up and slaps his hand down against it.

... Nothing happens.

"Wai-wha?" Ben blinks and eyes the Omnitrix during his haphazard descent towards the floor. The face locks in place and a green loading circle starts spinning on the face of it.

"Oh man. Scanning? NOW?!"

Ben smacks hard onto the floor and rolls.

"Ow."

Miss Martian has posed:
Ben discovers that the corridor is filled with plants...Cassie broke the lock on the door on her way in and he was following her footsteps. The plants here are tasked with wrapping up intruders, so the propceed to coccoon the hapless hero in strands of fiberous green.

Cassie hirs the first plant-man hared enough to deck a human. Her fist sinks in...but his is made of countless cmalleer plants twined together, her punch knocks him around and bends his body where she hits, but does not really hurt him much. Kind of like hitting someone made of vines macrome-ed together into a human form. In the mean time the other three plant men are surrounding Cassie and trying to hit her with their plant fists...they are strong but a bit soft.

Skybreaker can fly...though he is having trouble pulling out of the angle that Dragonfly has him on. He yells a warning and Sunstreak dodges...and fires a fire bolt at Dragonfly to distract her. Skybreaker is too busy maintaining concentration on Dragonfly to attack M'gann...but she is given a break long enough to blast at the Inhuman with a force beam from her eyes...

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    There's a problem with trying to distract Dragonfly. Well, several, really. These are:

    1. She's already very badly distracted. By not breathing.
    2. The source of that distraction is the focus of all the attention she has to spare that's not focused at her oxygen.
    3. She's not really the most observant person on the face of the planet; situational awareness is simply not her strong point.
    4. Flames aren't going to distract her. They're not even going to tickle her. Given her current state she might mistake them for blood rushing to her head as she starts to faint.

    Still, that breathing thing is a problem and she can't stay conscious for much longer. And if she's going to plummet to Earth unconscious she's taking at least one other person with her. Her black-clad form accelerates suddenly to a speed far higher than the speed she probed the approaching pair with. Mach 1. Mach 2. Mach ... well, 2.5 is about all she manages before she closes with Skybreaker. And she can fly. Oh *boy* can she fly. Fast. Accurate. And trailing a shockwave that will shatter eardrums even if she doesn't connect.
    And brother, you'd better believe she's planning on connecting.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Dragonfly is not the only one who is dealing with distraction. While Cassie is dealing with Terraformer, she hears someone below her talking about it being hero time, Wow and she thought she was a nerd! She glances down to see the kid getting wrapped up! Several strikes connect with her before she is able to actually react to them. When she does, she uses her bracers to deflect several strikes before swinging away and decking one of the fake ones.

She sighs. "Okay Its about time to end this problem." She quickly takes hold of the fake terriformer that she just punched. With a rapid movement she starts spinning around, trying to take out the other three all in a single go. Mid spin she calls out, "Don't struggle kid. Try to break out if you can. I'll be down to help in just a moment or two!"

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
Ben Tennyson is pretty much powerless at this moment. There are strands of plants that are wrapping him up like there's nothing that he can do about it. And with that Omnitrix still scanning the nearest alien species... there's not a lot he can do. He's got no weapons! He is the weapon!

"Hey uh! Can we not? I'm allergic to poison ivy!"

Those words are just muttered to the plants but he's not going to not cheer the others on. "Hey! Hold 'em off! I'll be there in a sec!" Ben tries to wriggle free of his plant bindings but only manages to get one hand near the Omnitrix. He just needs it to beep. "Come on... come on!"

Miss Martian has posed:
Skybreaker is pummeled by M'gann's force beams and sees Dragonfly accelerating towards him. He EXPANDS the compressed air pocket before releasing it and throwing a shireld of hsardened air around himself. He does ot have time to see what effect the internal explosion has on Dragoinfly before ie is struck backwards with the force of a cannon hitting his shield. He can not keep up the shield and passes out fromn the strain...falling from the sky.

Dragonfly does not note the fire that hit her...being too focused on another target, she took some burns before her acceleration blew the flames out. Sunstreak has turned her attention back to M'gann, she had not really intended to HIT Dragonfly, but the girl did not dodge! M'gann counters the bolt of fire with bolts of force from her eyes...the two engage in a power struggle scattering flames flahing through the sky like a lasking fireworks display.

Cassie assumes this was one of the fakes, and uses it to pummel the others, She at least succeeds in knocking them all back into the walls, buying herself time to try something else. None of the four appear much hurt (though it may be hard to tell). Ben manages to wriggle enough to free the omnimatrix so he can touch it.

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    Dragonfly's mouth opens wider than seems plausible as hair streams out of her lungs in a stream barely modulated by her voice, making her sound like a hoarse, old-timey train blowing its whistle as it approaches a crossing. Or like a V2 rocket hitting its target which is how she hits Skybreaker's shield. She retches a bit as she desperately claws for breath, her abused lungs sending signals to her brain saying "STOP BREATHING"; her abused brain screaming back down her nerves "BREATHE DAMMIT!".
    As she gets herself better under control she spots her opponent falling. "And there you go, jerk!" she calls down. "You had the chance to do this the easy wa... uh... you might wanna pull up about now..." A short pause as she processes the situation. "Ah, shit!" She plummets down at speed to catch her unconscious foe. "Why can't I be like ... uh ... that guy. Whatsisname. That doesn't give a damn!" she mutters on her way down, reaching out with her mind as she closes in to catch Skybreaker before he splatters.
    That muttering is pretty hoarse. And is that blood she's tasting?

Wonder Girl has posed:
Wonder Girl gets a moment. With a quick movement, she dives down and pulls Ben the rest of the way out of his current pickle. "Listen, kid, Get out of here before you get hurt!" She tells Ben before taking off and flying at terriformer and his three copies.

Her first attempt at punching them was held back a little. It didn't do enough damage. So now she steps it up a bit. She slams her fists into the first Terriformer she finds. It would be enough to break bricks. She's definitely not messing around anymore.

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
"This... sucks!" Squeezed and getting a little bit too wrapped up in his own plant foolishness, it takes Ben a moment to realize that that beep he's been wanting... actually happens. When it beeps, he can feel the face of the Omnitrix pop back up to touch his fingers. "Finally!"

There's a few spins of the dial because he's not exactly sure what he's selecting thanks to being all wrapped up in plantness. "Time to Go Hero!" Yeah, Ben has a couple of different catch phrases.

Ben slaps the Omnitrix and his instantaneous transformation is cued with a flash of green light.

"CRASHHOPPER!"

Those powerful legs of Crashhopper kick through the plants and the mighty Ben Tennyson has taken alien form! "Alright! Let's hop to it!"

And Crashhopper leaps into the battle but has exactly no idea what's going on. He does know that if he puts himself in the way, though, that could help out. He can take a hit. Kind of.

Miss Martian has posed:
Dragonfly catches Skybreaker before the police have street pizza for their arrival party. M'gann and Sunstreak are currently stalemated, M'gann reads her opponentls mind to know where and when to block everry strike buit dares not move closer and can not spare the effort from flying and blocking to launch an offensive.

Inside, things are going from bad to worse as enough noise has been made to catch the attention of Aquaduct. He starts by using the wayer in the fire sprinklers and surrounding the two heroes in large bubbles of water.

Dragonfly (Arazello) has posed:
    Yes. Yes it is blood she's tasting. And coughing up. Dragonfly yanks--a bit roughly--Skybreaker her way to wrap an arm around his torso, pinning his arms, as she herself falls barely under control to the pavement below.
    "Mental note: stop being flashy. Just hit the bastards out of the blue."
    She dumps her foe face-first on the ground and sits on him, leaning against a concrete wall. "Ow! This hurt!"

Wonder Girl has posed:
One down. Oh look! A bigger problem! She winces as suddenly, things are getting more then a little wet. She looks at the now changed kid and sighs, "Warned ya! Okay, We need a plan. If we can get Aquaduct into the water I can shut her down quick. But we gotta..." *Glub Glub Glub* The water quickly covers her up. She begins swimming toward the edge of the bubble and begins punching at the surface of it, Trying to work her way out of the rather nasty situation.

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
"Don't worry! I've got this!"

Crashhopper leaps with all of his mighty leaping skills and sails out of the water with great ease. Both of those tremendously powerful legs are aimed at Aquaduct for some full on super dropkick action.

Granted, from this angle, Crashhopper's Kick just may be able to help take out two birds with one alien, if he manages to connect. Not that he's actually planning this or anything because Ben is more of an action first kind of guy. Especially when he's in alien form. It's all about the kicking of the butt!

"KICK MOVE!"

Why does he have to shout stuff when he fights? WTF, Crashhopper?!

Miss Martian has posed:
Crashopper kisks free of the water and flies about halfway towards Aquaduct when he gets grabbed out of the air by one of the Terraformer clones...they were knocked around by Cassie but not out of the action long. Cassie swims towards the edge of her water bubble...but it seems to be moving with her (apparently Ben's move was faster and Aquaduct could not follow both, so is concentrating on Wonder Girl). Ben realixes he has three other terraformers scraping themselves off the walls and coming towards him.

The police arrive, with an amublance or two. The paremedic checks over both hero and villian, deciging the villain simply passed out from strain (and sedates him to keep him under. While he is worried about Dragonfly, she insists she will be fine...

M'gann senses trouble inside, and dodges down through the roof of the building to pass insubstantially through the floors between to solidify in time to slam into Aquaduct. Distracted, he loses control of the water bubbles, flooding the whole room to about calf high.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Its no use. There is no escaping the bubble of water. She is holding her breath. Doing her best to maintain herself. Time is ticking and she can't waste a single moment. Panic is setting into Cassie's mind. She HAS to get out of this. A simple though clicks in her head.

The bubble bursts, freeing her. She glances up to the green girl and nods to her. Now there is a problem though. She's pissed. Seeing an opportunity, She grabs her Lasso. She swings the lasso over head, lining up the toss and then, she looses it, sending it flying towards Aquaduct. With hope she's going to catch him.

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
Crashhopper lands back on the floor, splashing in the water without worrying too much about it. He's got those powerful legs that can keep him from slipping and sliding. Or, well, maybe not. He slips during a splash a bit. "Oh no. Not goin' down that easy. I just got in this fight!"

Crashhopper leaps with a mighty leap and stabs his claws into the nearest wall. He spots how the three Terraformers headed in his direction and grins. "Oh, it's you guys. I thought I recognized you from America's Lamest Freakos!" He makes a face at them and then leaps off the wall and into the air. "Surf's Up, idiots!"

His witty banter is realized when he slams those feet into the floor to create a shockwave strong enough to create a TIDAL WAVE of that water and send it off in the direction of the three terra-stooges!

Miss Martian has posed:
Crasshopper uses his powerful legs to strike the floor, creating a shock wave that sends a wave of water towards the three other Terraformers clones, while throwing himself backwards into the wall smashimng the one holding im against it. Not a bad move other than the 6' wide hole he knocks in the floor lertting the water drain down onto the level below. Still, he DID knock down the enemy before it drained away.

The magic lasso of Zeus flies through the air, catching Aquaduct as he gets to his feet and hitting him with the power of a thunderbolt (literally). His nerves are shocked and he collapses. Sunracer flies in through the open front door at this point, getting close enough to M'gann that she reverts to her natural form...

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark flies back to the floor and touches down. She releases her lasso and winds it back to her hip. She shakes her head. "Well I was hoping to cool off." She is soaked from head to toe courtesy of that water bubble. She quickly spins her body around at high speed, getting rid of some of the water. "Nice to meet you. My name is Wondergirl." She states to M'gann and then to Ben.

"Hold on a minute." She takes off running out the door after Sunracer. "Stop! Now!" A moment later she is flying out in front of her. She stops arms crossed in front of her looking intimidating as possible. "You have brought shame to yourself and to all women. Its time for you to make amends. Surrender."

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
Crashhopper drops back down to the floor just in time for his Omnitrix to time out and that's the end of that. There's a flash of green light and Crashhopper is gone. In his place stands the kid from earlier: Ben Tennyson.

"Ben Tennyson. Superhero At Large. Kicker of Bad Guy Bootay. Also, single. Just putting that out there." Ben grins as he admires all of his handy work... the collateral damage and everything. He actually winces a little bit. "I hope these guys are insured." He's pretty good to chat while Wonder Girl takes care of that Sunracer business.

Miss Martian has posed:
M'gann reverts to Green Martian form once Wonder Girl chases Sunracer outside. She has no trouble knowing the real Terraformer, he is the only one with a mind, she says to him, "Surrender or I will tell Wonder Girl which one you are and hold you in place with a force blast while she shocks you unconscious." Terraformer and Sunracer were never really as much into robbery as Aquaduct, so they agree to surrender. M'gann introduces herself, M'gann M'orzz, Miss Martian they call me

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark smiles, "Thats what I thought. Lets go." She happily takes Sunracer back to the building. She looks around and finds some rope. With a smirk she starts tying them up. "Good fight! Thats a nice way to start the morning. I will have to tell Diana about it." She snickers over that one. "Errr Wonder Woman. She's one of my mentors! I was in training in Themyscyria by order of my dad." She shutters at the mention of him.

Ben Tennyson (233) has posed:
"Awesome. Welp, I'm pretty sure you guys can take it from here. Now that I've totally saved the day." Ben grins and is loving the fact that he's actually managed to do some heroing this time. "I'm pretty sure there's all kinds of press outside so I'll take care of that. You two uh..." Ben looks around at the horrible, horrible mess that's been made. "Good luck!" And that's when he turns to try and walk right out of here. Definitely time to go speak to his adoring public!

Miss Martian has posed:
M'gann says, "Pleased to meet you, Wonder Girl and Ben Tennyson, as I said, I am Miss Martian...and I suppose I should be going. Thank you for the help." She does not ask Cassie who her father is.

Wonder Girl has posed:
Cassie Sandsmark looks at Ben and winces, "Ya know, its not a good idea to deal with them until bad guys are dealt with. I mean turned over to the cops or at least fully tied up. Otherwise you can wind up being made a fool of by them. Just a thought. I need to go." With that she finishes tying up the villains and is gone. Nope. Not going to wait around for the press. She's not doing this for glory or fame. She's doing it to help people.
