Cast of Characters: Cannonball, Rage

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie is in his room, having just gotten a call from his mom, and then watched the article from TMZ. He has called Andrea and asked her to come talk to him, as soon as possible. He opens the fridge to get a drink looks over at the burbon but decided on Cheerwine soda, as he waits for Andrea

Rage has posed:
There is a knocking on the door from outside as Andrea waits. She and Jay may have got in really late, being that she waited for him to drive him home (and snag some New York chili dogs on the way). She's wearing a pair of relaxed jeans and an Xavier's tanktop, having been on her way for a workout.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will move to his chair, phone in hand video cued in case she has not seen it. He tries to make sure he aint projecting anything outwards as he calls out "Come in." When she enters the room, he will ask her "Have a seat, care for a something to drink?"

Rage has posed:
Nudging the door open, Andrea strides in through the door. "Hey." She says, then flops down into a seat, folding one leg over the other. "What's up?" She waves off the offer of a drink for now.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks over to her, and says "I was curious you looked at any of your publicity sites today?' He will ask her, and sips his soda. "Seems you made it on TMZ last night or this morning."

Rage has posed:
"Mmm... that is probably why I have thirty missed calls from my agent this morning. I had the phone turned off. I wanted to sleep in." Andrea says as her brows lift upwards. ".. Did I have a wardrobe malfunction? I was wearing underwear."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie will offer her his phone and says "Na nothing like that, but probably best if you watch it." He offers her his phone where he has it cued up on.

Rage has posed:
Andrea takes his phone and taps play, then watches curiously. Her brows shoot up higher, then lets out a laugh. "Holy shit, Jay looks so hot on TV. Check out those arms of his. Oh, they said nice things about him." She giggles as she tucks her hair back behind her ear. "This is hardly spicy. That's super tame compared to what I'm usually seeing about myself."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods his head a bit to this and says "Oh I am sure, but Ah got a call about this pretty early this morning, Ma, and the little ones saw it on TV. Ah got a few questions about it.

Rage has posed:
"Okay, fire away. What's your questions?" Andrea says as she rewinds the video, scrubbing the timeline with her finger as she zooms in and out, tilting her head to one side.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "Well one of them, Ah wager you don't know, was wondering what Jay thought when he saw this. So guess, Ah should start with "Thought you said he and you were just friends.'"

Rage has posed:
"We are just friends." Andrea says as she tucks her hair back behind her ear. "We had fun dancing. I wanted to hit the club and burn off some steam and congratulate him on the job. I asked him to dance with me."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie hmms and nods a bit to this and says "Well you might want to make sure you talk to him about this asap." Sam aint so sure he believes that just friends, from the way his brother was looking at her, but he lets that lay for now.

Rage has posed:
"It's literally nothing. In about three hours I won't even be on the main page of the site and you'd have to hit the next button twice to find it. I'll talk to him, but maybe you should." Andrea says as she wiggles her foot that is crossed over her knee. "He kissed me last night, then I could tell immediately he wasn't happy. It was just a moment that we got caught up in. I just hope he doesn't dwell on it."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie hmms and nods his head a bit to this and says "Well, Ah aint sure what his reaction to this will be so might want to make sure ya keep an eye out for that." He does add "Got him to let his wings out I see."

Rage has posed:
"I did." Andrea says with a grin on her face. "I was so happy that he did that so that we could go dancing. It meant a lot." She rubs the back of her neck, cheeks flushed. "I hope it meant a lot to him as well. I had maybe one of the best nights of my life. I just felt like myself, and I could tell he was having fun."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie says, "I am hoping to talk to him about having the wings out in town. I don't think he has thought much about how other folks there might look at it. Different place than back home, and honestly got me thinking about something else."

Rage has posed:
"Other folks won't know he has his wings hidden if he is hiding them. Would anyone know I'm a werewolf if I was working there? Would you want me to walk around eight foot tall and furry?" Andrea says as she leans back into her chair. "Personal comfort is important. But he worked the rest of his shift with his wings out." She says with a smile. "It takes time to build confidence. I wouldn't push him about this. Let him evolve on his own as a person."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods a bit and says "Just don't want to have him have to answer if a kid with obvious mutations asks if he is ashamed of it. Specially if one of the little ones end up wiht one.

Rage has posed:
"You could say it's for sanitary reasons, that he doesn't want feathers falling off into people's food, or his wings getting in the way and hurting himself if people are hustling about in close quarters." Andrea points out. "Or you could tell the little boy that not everyone is confident in themselves, and that sometimes, you have to be comfortable in your skin in your own way and that there is nothing wrong in either choice you make in life. As long as it's /your/ choice." She has a bit of conviction in her voice, as this is a topic that is close to her heart. The center of Starlight's mission statement.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie nods, and says "Well, Ah was more thinking Ah just don't want him on the spot, and making sure he realizes if he wants to let them out it is all ok.

Rage has posed:
"I think I made a strong case for him last night to let the wings out." Andrea says as she gives her arm a rub with her hand. Taking in a slow breath, she lets it out and glances off to the side.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to her and says "Uh huh." He keeps the whole thoughts about the friends to himself. "Well it is good to see him smile, and Ma, is thinking sending him up here was a good idea. The little ones will probably torment you two though.

Rage has posed:
"I'm glad he is here too. I think he and I are both learning how to smile again. I like him a lot, but it's up to him if anything is to happen from this. I'm not going to push him." Andrea says as she blows a strand of hair away from her face. "And I'm okay with little ones teasing me." She does give a small grin. "Alejandro slipped me his number and Jay got rid of it." She says with a giggle.

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie 's brow raises a bit to this and says "Really? He did not seem very happy with him kissing your cheek. I will say" He looks to her and says "Just hope ya don't to tired of heading the sitting in a tree line.

Rage has posed:
"I could tell he was a bit bothered by how forward Alejandro was. The kid got some serious swagger. Jay took offense to him kissing me cheek and wanted to beat the heck out of him or something. He got very protective." Andrea says as she bites on her bottom lip. "... I'm not used to that. A guy defending my honor. It was incredibly hot." She sighs out loudly. "I know as his older brother you don't wanna hear this, but holy cow, when he did that, I wanted to .." She takes in a deep breath. "You know. Wolf. Pounce."

Cannonball has posed:
Samuel Guthrie looks to her and says "Lalalalalalalalalalalalalalla" at the last bit. "Well, it was the way we were brought up. It took me a while to get more used to the city life, and some of it still makes me go what but he will be even more so than me at least for a while.

Rage has posed:
"Well, I like it. Southern gentleman is what I could use in my life, even if we're just friends." Andrea says with a smile on her face, giving a shake of her head. "I know he likes me. He's just scared to get hurt, or afraid he may betray the last girl's memories. All I can do is respect his need for space. Last night I felt was a breakthrough. A chuck of the wall came out. It's up to him to decide what to do with it. Patch the hole or poke a few more."
