Erica Reyes was a social outcast. A slightly out of it daydreamer who only ever really wanted some friends and a place to belong. Friends and a life like when she was young, before seizures came and made her 'different', before the meds turned her world to slightly out of focus and gray. There were bright spots, but none of them ever lingered long enough to pull her free... until she got the Bite.

Now Erica is a smokin' hot blonde with the confidence to match. She has her spot of belonging, and people to trust. Now she's ready to take on the word with amazing high heels, red lipstick, and a cocky smile.

ENHANCED SENSES

Erica's senses are far sharper than a human's: She can hear a person's heart beat from across the room, hear a conversation in another room, smell scents of people that have touched things around her, see better in the dark.

HEALING

Erica heals from injuries much faster than a human. Injuries likely to be debilitating or fatal to a human, she can survive and recover in a matter of days. There are exceptions to this.

HOWL

Erica can howl to call or warn away other wolves who know her. (and possibly draw other dangers)

SPEED

Erica is faster than humans, and with focus can dodge or catch arrows.

STRENGTH

Erica is stronger than regular humans her size and build - able to lift up to approximately 500 lbs before needing a hand.

COMPUTERS

While Erica is no hacker, she knows her way around computers a fair bit, and can do some low key password sniffing. She also knows how to find things people think they have erased or cleared from their cache. (Thanks, Dad, for that!)

CONFIDENCE

Is Confidence a skill? Erica would argue it was, one hard won for someone who went from invisible to invincible all but overnight. Appearing confident, even cocky, when the world is going to hell in a handbasket, is a skill.

COOKING

Perhaps no surprise to anyone who may have bothered to get to know the blonde beta before her transformation, she has fairly well established cooking habits. Her mother worked too much, her father had no desire to cook, and cooking gave her some control - a well followed recipe would turn out just as planned ... unlike a planned day combined with her seizures.

RESEARCH

Erica has a quick mind, and years of reading and studying that help her be able to find what it is she's looking for, be it in a book, or online.

SINGING

While she will never be a Beyonce or a Cher, Erica has excellent pitch, control, and a love for singing that leaves her singing whenever she at least thinks she is alone.

ALPHA STRIKE

Injuries incurred from an Alpha, be it her own or any other, heal human slow and make a beta like Erica much more vulnerable to death.

FULL MOON

Just as it is in the legends and lore, the full moon rules the werewolf that resides inside Erica. The three nights of a full moon are dangerous, both to those close to her as well as the beta herself. Control can be a slippery thing to hold onto, even when confident in it. Sometimes Erica will rely on chains to keep herself away from harming others.

SILVER

Silver burns, and has been known to kill a werewolf. Erica tossed all her silver jewelry when it made her skin itch, and has no desire to find out what it feels like in bullet form.

WOLVESBANE

Also known as mountain ash, this plant in any form: Flower, powdered, rendered into edible or an infusion, can completely cancel out and override werewolf healing. A dose of wolvesbane, not properly dealt with, will poison a wolf until death.
