Profile
Arnold Wesker is a former ventriloquist and stage actor turned mobster crimelord. While Wesker himself seems meek, small in personality, and not threatening at all, for a crimelord- that all changes when his hand slides into his puppet 'Scarface', where his alternate personality comes to life. Scarface is a clever, threatening and conniving clever mobster that bosses Wesker around and runs the criminal operations of his gang.
Calling himself 'The Ventriloquist', it's unclear just how separated the two personalities of Wesker and Scarface are from one another. Wesker doesn't seem to know what Scarface is thinking or planning next, but the same also can be said about Scarface and Wesker. What is clear is that Wesker is a sick individual with dissociative identity disorder who's alternate personality is expressed through his puppet.
The Ventriloquist usually runs his operations in and around Gotham, but Scarface has been looking to branch out, eventually. When the timings right.

Description
Description:
His build is not very athletic, being a bit rotund in the stomach area. He usually is wearing a start black, two piece suit with a white undershirt. The suit has a stylized 'V' logo on the right side. He wears clean, polished black dress shoes.
Usually accompanying him is a ventriloquist puppet dressed like a 1920's gangster. The puppet has a large scar running across it's face- head topped In a fedora with a black suit with a red rose in it's top pocket. This is Scarface, the real brains of the operations of The Ventriloquist Gang.
History
History 1:
Arnold Wesker has always had problems with his life since he was a child. Meek, and lonesome since he was a child, his parents did their best to get him to become outgoing and less isolated. One day, on a trip to a pier to visit the appearance of a bird known as an albatross, his parents we're run over by a truck containing mannequins. He'd grow up beveling the bird was bad luck for the rest of his life.
He coped with this all his young adult life by repressing all strong emotion and becoming even more meek, more withdrawn. At some point, he took to becoming a stage ventriloquist to make ends meet, playing at small venues and making not very much money.
Regardless, his repressed emotions lead to him having a psychotic breakdown and killing another man in a bar fight, which he claimed was an accident. He was arrested, charged and was convicted of wrong doing- and sent to Blackgate Prison where he shared a cell with a man named 'Donnegan'.
Donnegan owned a wooden ventriloquist dummy he named 'Woody'. Wesker had become intrigued with the dummy, and handled the dummy when Donnegan was out of the cell. When the other man found out, he beat Wesker mercilessly in retaliation. This caused Wesker to become more despondent and isolated in an even isolating place such as prison.
Not seeing a way out, Wesker committed to hanging himself. When he put the noose around his neck while Donnegan slept, Woody began to speak to him, even while his owner slept. Wesker tried to ignore it at first, but Woody started revealing to him Doonegan's secrets-- primarily that he had been digging a secret escape tunnel. Woody proposed that Arnold escape rather than commit suicide. Arnold agreed and picked up Woody.
Except Donnegan woke up at attacked Wesker again, violently so for touching his puppet again. Wesker fought back this time, but during the fight, Donnegan had hit the puppet with a corkscrew, making a large gash along the face of the dummy. Gaining an upper hand, and with the help of a loose brick, Wesker killed Donnegan and hung his body up using the same rope he'd intended to kill himself with by hanging.
Escaping through the tunnel, it led to the prison's boathouse area, and picking up a shotgun at Woody's bequest, he shot some guards on his way out, before stealing a raft, and paddling back to the mainland of Gotham, back to freedom.
Woody, unsatisfied with his name, or- rather Wesker, manipulating the puppet- through which his more violent tendencies could finally be expressed- renamed himself Scarface. A name more befitting a clever, criminal mind than 'Woody'.
History 2:
Personality
Personality:
Then we have the other side of the coin. Scarface. He's everything Wesker isn't, almost an exact opposite of Wesker, that he expresses through his puppet. The man idealized. Scarface doesn't put up with being sleighed. People that sleight him get killed. He's bold, conniving, a natural leader.
